PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST!

Our unit is newly renovated. It's 50sqm with veranda, mountain view. It is clean, cozy which makes you feel at home. You can bring cooked food and cook your preferred meal inside the unit :) No worries, we got you! We have a complete basic kitchenware. You just need to bring your ingredients and condiments ;) We provide drinking water all through out your stay. We provide the following in the kitchen area:
* Refrigerator
* Induction Cooker
* Microwave
* Rice Cooker
* Water Dispenser with drinking water
* Coffee Maker
* Utensils
* Plates and Glasses
*Electric Kettle
*Oven Toaster

In the Bedroom area, we provide 2 double size bed with single size pull out. We also provide clean (2) duvet, (2) blanket and (6) pillows. We have 43" Android TV with Cignal cable also free wifi (Globe Broadband)

Regarding your toiletries, we do not provide those, but we provide (3) clean bath towels throughout your stay.

GUEST FEE!!

Everyone is asking regarding extra payment besides your unit rental in our property. Guest fee is your access to Pico De Loro's amenities such as Pico Beach, Country club where the pool is. Indoor and Outdoor activities with additional payment. You MUST pay the Guest Fee upon registration. Guest Fee varies on season.

1. Bring your own toiletries. We only provide (3) clean bath towels through out your stay. 2. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit and in the veranda. There are smoking area in the resort but located at the G/F of the condo. 3. Conserve water at all times 4. Water in the faucet is not potable. 5. Turn off the lights when not in use. 6. Keep the noise at minimum after 10pm. 7. Don’t hang clothes on the terrace railings. Use the rack provided. 8. Illegal drugs are prohibited 9. Deadly weapon such as firearms, assault knife, etc. are not allowed 10. As much as we love pets, but they are not allowed inside the unit or in the veranda. 11. Place your garbage in the right receptacles 12. Slippers are not allowed after kitchen area. 13. No cooking of foul smell food such as dried fish, squid et. 14. Samgyeopsal is also not allowed even in the veranda. 15. TREAT THE UNIT AS YOUR HOME.

    “Our best stay at Pico!”

    Pico de Loro is our go to beach for the summer, and we've tried so many units here but this one is by far the BEST. Everything was working properly, it was spotlessly clean, wonderful aesthetic in the room, great view outside, spacious. My only concern was the gauge for the shower heater. Though the water was warm, the gauge was not working so we couldn't adjust the heat to our liking. Otherwise this was our favorite unit at Pico and will book again next year!

    “Nice vacation”

    Our stay at the beach resort was fantastic! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ocean view was breathtaking. We loved the peaceful atmosphere, great amenities, and delicious food. It was the perfect relaxing getaway, and we can’t wait to come back again!

    “Hussle free”

    We had a lovely stay at Pico! The place itself was beautiful—very relaxing and scenic. Just a heads-up: don’t expect too much from the beach. But the accommodation was great, and the transaction was super smooth. We’ll definitely be back!

    I stayed here for Christmas, and my family loved it. The room is cozy, complete, and clean. Ms. Kristine was accommodating, which helped me feel at ease preparing for our holiday. My kids would love to be back again soon.

    “Exceptional”

    The room is big and clean, we also like that they have clothes rack provided inside the room for drying clothes. Complete cooking tools. Restroom is clean, but the water is yellowish. Ms Anne and Sir Rosendo are welcoming and responsive to our concerns. We enjoyed our stay! Thnk you
