Very good hotel. All staff very welcoming. Everything in good working conditions (Wi-Fi, A/C, swimming pool, rental motocycle. Many restaurants, + a 24 hours / 7 days minimart nearby. Will stay again with pleasure at Platinum Hotel / Patong Beach - Phuket.
On arrival Spanish manager was very welcoming, friendly and informative The room was nice but the only downside was the balcony, as it overlooked other properties approximately 3 m away and the roof below Us was full of cig butts Overall highly recommended and the carbonara at the place next to the reception was absolutely to die for
We didn't like Phuket so I will just rate the hotel. It's location was not on Patong beach but a quick 5 min walk. The area had many nice hotels. The price of the room was high and it was a great room except for the smell of the bathroom. From what I understand that's just how it is in Phuket. It was clean. The only issue was the bathroom. Compared to everywhere else we have stayed in Thailand this was one of the nicest bathrooms. The staff were extremely helpful, brought us anything we needed. Print3d

I stayed there for 3 nights. Hotel godd with very nice staff and cleanliness. I must recommed this place though little far (minimum 20minut walk from main street). But very close to beach (10 min walk). Nice place to stay.
The location is near from night market. Strategic location and pretty quiet. the room need to be renovation to have a new atmosphere.
Was kinda far from patong beach. Room was ok looks the same as the picture
I was staying in Platinium Hotel for 3 days 2 night. The environment of the hotel is no so good as the picture shown in Agoda webpage. The swimming pool is dirty and it is non-private, it is share with other hotel visitor. The facilities at the swimming pool site is damage and it seem no one has doing the maintenance. I need to rate is as a very bad experience.The reception is no manner and even he is understand English,but he is keep talking Thai language in front us,as a foreigner I don't understand what he was saying, but i can feel it is not a good word. We have call the reception for request more hangers, but they reply is no due to the housekeeping is off, I having a very bad feeling is, what the hell i just need few hangers and you are not able to fulfilled due to the housekeeping team is not there? This is ridicules. I don't think his staff has well training and for me this is the first time i go, also is the last time i went to this hotel. I having a very bad experience in this hotel and i wont not suggeted pther people went to this hotel. For my suggestion, reception is the front line of the service, if your staff is not train, please educated them, what is customer service , especially the customer is in front you, and looking you haw to react with their concern. I had a great time staying in this hotel. The staff were all very friendly. I'd like to thank the lady at the front who booked my taxi back to the airport. The location is not that near to Bangla but I appreciate the fact that it's very quiet and relaxing.
I would stay again
It was intersting and enjoyable. The hotel was an easy access to everywhere we went during the visit.
I chose Platinum Hotel because of the easy car parking. Acceptable service consider the price. Room is not really big but it has all the basic stuff.

Manage to check in early the moment we reached at the receptionist. The bellboy and the reception guy are friendly and always smile. Willing to help extra miles :). Thank you to Mr Sagar, for his willingly to send my vcd trip that was left behind. Appreciate his kindness and thoughtfulness.I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
just a standard hotel with small lobby but quite okay with nice room with free wifi service.Equipped with small swiming pool at roof top.
rooms are big and all facilities are new and in good condition. hotel is near to beach and jungceylon market. one can easily go to nightlife area from hotel. negative point is that they do not room service for food and snacks.
the hotel is located near junceylon however it may be a little far off to walk especially under the hot sun. thus we would take a taxi or tuktuk which costs us to the malls (robinsons, junceylon and carrefour). however, still, a safe location to stay in. also there are with many restaurants around and 7-eleven is just beside the hotel. there are also tour packages provided by the hotel which may interest you like snorkeling at phi phi island and so on. there are alot to choose from and the staff there provide really good service in arranging anything for you. shopping wise, there is nothing much to shop in phuket itself. i guess people just go there to enjoy the sea sports more than to shop.
Had a great time , stayed for a week. Was glad to get out of Pataong but. Wish i was 20 years younger.The service at Platinum was excellent and staff very friendly. Overall a good base for experiencing everything Patong has to offer, well not quiet everything.
酒店坐落的有一点远，离海边大概15分钟路程，离西蒙人妖秀很近，周围挺多小吃酒吧按摩的。 酒店的顶上有个小型游泳池，不过可能久没打扫，水呈微黄色且有落叶。 电视可以收到80多个频道，各种国家各种语言。
Le seul bémol de l’hôtel sont les fortes odeurs de canalisation…. Chambre propre et spacieuse.
Hôtel proche du neuf , belle chambre avec AC sans bruit et ménage tous les jours , plage de patong à 15 minutes à pied. Personnel souriant . Je reviendrai sûrement

J ai ete tres déçu par cette hotel en ce qui concerne la securite de nos affaires personnelles . On a fouillée dans mes affaires pour me dérober un sac d une grande valeur d une marque haute gamme et un parapluie d une valeur sentimental. Plus mon passeport . On n a en aucun pris ma demande au serieux ni ecoute

Impossible de dormir trop de bruit mal insonorisé
sehr zu empfehlen , sehr freundliches peronal,beste lage , alles in der nähe ,shoping nachtleben alles sehr gut erreichbar , modernes sauberes hotel, seven eleven 10 meter entfernt , ruhige lage , saubere zimmer, sehr sehr freundliches personal,kein extra charge für gäste,2 eingänge , lift ,saubere zimmer,wasser kocher für kaffee ,guter schöner zimmerservice

정실론이나 방라나 조금 멀리 떨어져 있지만 걸어다니기 나쁘지 않습니다. 툭툭이나 비치까지는 한 10분정도 걸으면 나오는거 같구요. 야시장 편의점 여행사 다 근처에 있어서 괜찮았습니다.

Prima, helaas zaten wij in één familie kamer waardoor het geluid van de buren erg goed te horen was. Op de top van hotel één klein zwembadje lekker om in af te koelen Verder zit er naast het hotel één bartenderschool. Leuk om te zien hoe de jongelui oefenen.
Værelset var meget simpelt. Der var ikke så meget som en stol til skrivepulten, ikke en klage til håndklæde eller vådt badetøj, ingen bord- eller sengelampe men kun pærer i loftet, hvoraf flere ikke fungerede. Internettet fungerede også kun halvdelen af tiden, og det interesserede ikke personalet det mindste.

מיקום מעולה של המלון, נמצא במרחק הליכה מכל מה שהיה רלונטי עבורנו.. לא נזקקנו למונית אחת אפילו... חדרים מאוד נוחים. עפ"י שבהגיענו למלון נוכחנו לדעת שאין בכלל בריכה!
За свои деньги вполне неплохо. Бассейн на крыше - приятный бонус.

I request hotel to pick up me from airport bit no one show and i took taxi by my self When i asked hotel manager , he complained about agoda delay to inform him (delay to send my email to him) so he did not arrange taxi.
