I stayed in Presley before going to Phi Phi stay there for 3 days. The staff and the owner is very friendly and helpful. always smiling and help to call the tour while the Phiphi tour did not pick us up on time. Room and everything, worth the price.

FRIENDLY”
I liked the warm and friendly welcome I received when I arrived from Management and Staff. I looked at the food menu on the first day but I only ate food on the day I was leaving. I feel I missed out it was very good! The Guesthouse is centrally located and it is great for everything you need, shopping mall, food, nightlife, taxis, motorbike hire....... As a solo traveller it was great that I was invited out by the owner and two other guest travellers and we had a great night out. The room is very spacious, it was cleaned very we'll everyday and 2 bottles of water were provided everyday. In brief it was an enjoyable stay and it is a place I would look forward to returning to.

cheap hotel for a budget trip”
easy to reach by shared minivan. its cost me 180 baht from the phuket airport. quite far from the patong beach. just rent a motorbike for 200 baht from the counter. the staff was amazing.

All people are good in the guesthouse, welcome and nice. They can give you many suggestions and many help. The room is clean and transport is convenience. Nice place and will come come back definitely!

Stayed 6 nights and really enjoyed . Felt very comfortable . Woke up late one morning 11:00 but no problem they cooked breakfast for me …...nice touch . Small guest house with 12 or 15 rooms . Found rooms quieter down the back but still O.K. at the front . No lift but only 3 stories . Small bar out front where you can have a quite beer and watch life played out on the street . No young ladies demanding a drink here . 10 minutes walk to the beach and " crazy street " . Plenty of bars and eating places very close and away from the beach things are cheaper . I am an older Aus male so this suits just fine . Will return for sure .

Awesome experience”
Met the owner and his girlfriend who run the place. Upon my arrival I was injured and they helped me take my baggage up as there was no lift. Place isn't exactly "young and hip" but everyone is super friendly and helpful. My plans were up in the air due to my injury and they were very accommodating by letting me continue to extend my stay at the last minute. Location was great and super close to everything. Would stay here again

I really enjoyed my stay here. I managed to meet the owner on my first day who is very friendly and took a genuine interest in ensuring that I was enjoying my stay. The room itself has the best shower/water pressure that I have ever experienced at a guest house.

Better showers than anywhere else I stayed in Thailand (good pressure, hot). Friendly staff, got picked up from the airport at 2am by a man with a sign with my name on it for 800 baht. Was fantastic

Its a dump”
I had to change room twice. The first room, below my booked category, was facing the road and had two flimsy windows that did not lock and did not cut any noise from the road. Unable to sleep, I asked for a change. The second room they gave me had a non-working A.C. and a totally blocked bathroom sink. The third room had a noisy A.C. with water leaking from it. WiFi was not consistent. TV stopped working on last day, no cable signal. Smelly rooms, dirty and smelly cabinets, no locker, no phone in the room. Totally bad choice.

We are the new owners since July 2016 the building has been renovated with new air conditioners and Super fast Wifi to all floors to name a few things.
