Very good value for money, friendly staff, great pool, good breakfast spread and a convenient location. Would 100% recommend and if back in Bangkok I would stay again!

Clean, cozy and wide with friendly ”

Excellent stayed, you can take a Breakfast by 129 thb. The breakfast includes Thai traditional foods, western and breads with fruits. Juice, milk, Coffee and tea, too.

Overall a very good stay, you can't miss the rooftop pool and terrace, it has great views to the city

Good location, room and amenities need improvement ”

We stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel location is excellent! Close to MRT station just 3 mins walk, 10 mins walk to China town where we can enjoy foods, visit temples and do some shopping. By the way, the hotel lobby is on 12th floor. We have to go on floor 12th and then change lift to another floor to access to the room. There is no bed head but damaged wall paper! Towels are old, dust in room’s corner. Staffs are good just some staffs look not quite friendly.

Great Hotel Located in centre of Bangkok”

We travelled as a couple and stayed in Bangkok for a few days before flying to the beach. This hotel was great value for price, although we did book when it was discounted. The rooms are great and big and with a very nice view. We very much enjoyed the pool in the afternoons after days of walking around the city.

Big change from 2016 to 2022”

I had loved this hotel when I had visited in 2016 hence booked it this time. Rooms not what we had booked online! Bed was like it will break anytime. Water bottel provided was 2 months old and had a very bitter taste. Interconnected rooms which can be disturbing a lot. Atleast some sound proofing could have been done. Breakfast was ok ok, need to have some good options for vegetarians. Lek was good, kept the room clean always.

Great room but claustrophobic”

“Superior rooms” have no windows and have low ceilings. Super claustrophobic and dark. Even if comfortable, living in the dark makes it an awful stay. Also getting in and out of the hotel is super inconvenient as you have to take 2 elevators every time. The lobby is not on the ground floor.

Great option for travel by train”

Walk across to the hotel from Hua Lampong railway station. Clean and very comfortable rooms (we had the rooms with city view). Comfortable beds and good breakfast included made this very good value for money. Highly recommended.

good location if you want to be near chinatown”

Good location but needs to be deep cleaned after two years of not being used. Mold in the bathrooms, dirt and cobwebs in corners of rooms.

The lobby is inconvenient. Service is not ok”

The lobby is on the 12th floor. When I arrived, I did not realize if I come to the right address. No staff on the 1st floor to guide or help. I had to carry my own luggage. Check in was super slow. The bath room door in my room was broken. And the facilities are pretty old.

Room and facilities are all excellent same as on photos. Most of staff are very good service mind. For me this trip is family trip with 70s elder person, 7stairs at the ground floor is a little bit difficult for them. More over the parking transfer on 5B-6floor is very difficult. Hahaha overall this hotel is the best to stay and travel in Bangkok.
