What a gem!”
We absolutely LOVED our stay! We stayed in the Mountain View room (#201). The bed was super-soft and comfortable. Glad it had a nice sofa and table on the balcony to enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Of course, the outdoor jacuzzi was to die for! The restaurant had excellent food at a very reasonable price. The staff there and throughout could not have been any nice to us - they made our stay a delight! Then, there are the grounds and gardens of the resort. Oh, my gosh, they are stunning! We felt like were at a country cottage. All the decor throughout the resort is so warm and inviting. We can't wait to go back!

The villa and its surroundings were so beautiful, it was paradise. We absolutely loved the bathroom, the comfortable bed, and all the foliage surrounding us. The staff were friendly and helpful and they were able to cater to our dietary requirements. The food was delicious. I highly recommend this place!

very attractive hotel and charming environment”
Our family stayed in the hotel for 2 nights in holidays. We prefer to stay in the mountain environment. It is! The food is good typical Thai style with reasonable price. My child like to sleep in the 2nd-floor bedroom alone. We lived in a 2-storey villa. We enjoyed the environment. The only downside is the low water pressure at shower, we spent quite some time to finish shower as it's slow, perhaps it's kind of slow life style :-)

The Hotel locates just next to the canal with lot of trees in cozy ambient. The room has a high ceiling however the space is a bit tight and slightly limited electrical plugs.

Review of Resort Stay”
Proud Phu Fah was a really nice location to stay, the setting was so beautiful with waterfalls and forest. Our villa was really clean and had all the facilities necessary including snacks and water free. The breakfast was delicious and very good size.

The hotel is quite nice with great forest view! Its a Thai-favorite hotel and the service is brilliant. All staffs are friendly. Thanks to the two cashier Misses speaking Chinese and Eng, and much thanks to the restaurant waitress boy who speaks quite fluent english with friendly attitude. The hotels’s driver is good, friendly and patient. Trustworthy for a foreigner (if you are EN or CN speaking). One drawback for traveller maybe its position - far away from central city, but I would take it as an advantage: you can never experience such a good forest living in anywhere else! The birds, the rabbits and the ducks playing around your room, and the forest smells soul refreshing. Just enjoy - a deeply and safe Thai travel! EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED IF U LOVE FOREST.

Great place for a retreat! ”
If you want to stay by the nature, sleep and wake up to the sounds of stream and birds chirping, this is the place for you! If you don’t drive, the hotel offers car services; I rented 8hr private hire for my first day and the driver picked me up from Chiang Mai Old City to the attractions I wanted to visit (1800 baht excluding fuel, fuel was about 300 baht). I also paid 1500 baht the next day to 2 attractions and back to Chiang Mai Old City. It’s definitely worth it if you travel in pairs or trio (unlike me 😅 I did solo so it’s quite costly). Still recommend! It was a calming and healing retreat.

Located at a distance from the Chiang Mai town and closer to the jungles and amidst the hills, with a rivulet flowing in between... It's a pleasure to have been at Proud Phu Pha. The people are amazing... The had packed breakfast ready the day we left early morning for our next destination. The food is also very good. The room was nearly done. They changed the Bluetooth player for us to listen to music. We loved our stay. Cheers to the staff.

A mountain retreat”
The drive up the mountain is about 15 minutes of sharp curves but the views are beautiful, the weather is cool, and the fresh fruits are great. The hotel staff went out of their way to provide eco-friendly options for Loy Kratong, and they were very helpful during our stay, even with our little dog. The jacuzzi took 20. minutes to fill but offered a relaxing night. Very enjoyable stay!
