Stayed for 4D3N during December school holidays. Mid Valley Southkey and IKEA Tebrau was roughly 30 - 45 minutes away, which is acceptable. Pros: - 5 pools. One is at the hotel itself, while the other 4 requires a short walk. The main reason I'm here is because I was looking for a deep enough pool for my own swimming leisure. kids enjoyed the water slide as well. - Although the breakfast was almost identical from day to day, I have to say they are consistently good and delicious. The bread pudding was a highlight for me - been to many hotels where they tasted subpar. - For the price that I paid, the room space was quite large. My young children had their own room and slept comfortably on their own bed. Overall a very comfortable stay. - The indoor playground was good as well, although there is still some parts of it that are damaged from wear and tear. - Staff was very friendly and nice. Can see they are properly trained. Cons: - The lift uses a very outdated card system where you have to slot in the card in order to access a floor. A very old, inconsistent and unstable technology that should be replaced with new, more responsive and user friendly interface in order to make lift access hassle free. - Although there are ample parking space, the basement/nearest ones can fill up pretty fast.

I visited during the start of Singapore school holidays and it wasn't very crowded yet. Location is a little far, cos us about RM$50 to grab via a 6 seater, 20-25mins ride. There were alot of construction going round outside the resort. The outlook of the resort is ok, quite pretty. We got a corner space with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, a living room, a kitchen & balcony. Space is big & roomy, bed is comfy. Cleanliness is still ok for the rooms, may need improvement for the toilet due to signs of mould. Basic amenities such as shower gels & shampoo, bedroom slippers & bath towels are provided, but need to bring your own toothbrush. The television in the master bedroom wasn't working, but it was ok for us as we intend to enjoy ourselves with the facilities and not to watch tv shows. The television in the living room, all the aircons and refrigerator are working fine. There were a few sockets with not power or spoiled around the room. We visited the swimming pool at the fitness centre. There is a basic slide for the kids, a baby pool, a lap pool and a pool with huge rocks. I accidentally hit my toe on one of the rock and it was so painful, don't really recommend it for kids. The baby pool is quite dirty, and the water looks a little cloudy. The other pools were ok. There was another pool on the second level of the room building which is also quite clean. The jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms are awesome. There is also a small indoor kids playgroup to keep the kids occupied, but only for a while as there is nothing much to play, but is cheap at RM$12/hr for each kid. We also visited the spa for massage which is really good. Breakfast were included and choices are acceptable, not much variety. We had lunch at the Cinta terrace and is really disappointed. There were only 6 of us and food took 35mins to arrive when there are no other customers around at 2pm. My mum ordered the nasi Lemak with chicken rendang and the rendang came with a chunk of meat with blood. We had the rest of our meals outside at the malls instead. Most facilities closes at 8pm, so we went out to the nearby malls instead. The nearest should be Aeon Taman University which is 15mins ride away but nothing much to see/do/eat. I recommend to visit Sutera Mall which is about 20 mins ride away. Overall an enjoyable stay, but will be good to improve on the food services and maybe extend the timing of the facilities.

Room was warm too, aircon not functioning well. Was given the last room while we already mentioned more than twice not wanting it. Front desk lady was behaving in impatient attitude when we requested to change room. Hopefully management will train the staff as they are Frontline and directly impact the impression of everyone towards the resort. Second room assigned has well functioned aircon, good internet speed, not smelly. Toilet bowl was clogged. Rooms of the same row apparently have the same problems. Maintenance team was super experienced, done fixing in less than a minute. Perhaps this issue is always there so they are so used to it. Sometimes there was weird smell from the toilet too, so it is better for maintenance team to look into draining system. Mineral water was charged Rm2.50 per bottle. Not much eateries nearby, but if you have transport it is okay to travel to malls nearby like Aeon Taman U or U mall. Should be within 15mins. Swimming pool is clean, only those located further for kids are a bit dirty. Pool front desk was friendly. Bar at the pool is not open all the time. So get your drinks somewhere else. Breakfast selection is considered good. At least far better than the rest of the hotels so far. Vegetarians can have toast, plain porridge, oatmeal, cornflakes cereal, salad, egg mayo, omellete, bread pudding. Throughout the few days of stay they do change their menu, which is a plus, some hotels don't change their menu at all. One of the day they have ketupat, so vegetarians can go for ketupat with peanut sauce too. Hopefully they can have more vegetarian options in the future as they are more and more people going vegan now. Food are considered fresh and clean. Very happy with it. Prayers with loud speaker was quite loud though. Not sure is it because of the room facing direction. Overall stay is awesome. Just that more focus should be targeted on upgrading the drainage system and to train the front desk to be more friendly and helpful. No one wants a smelly and warm room for nights of course customers would want to switch so don't show attitude please. In short, it is recommended to stay given that the price is affordable and room is spacious + clean, internet stability is much better than other hotels. Will definitely visit again. Sometimes there was weird smell from the toilet too, so it is better for maintenance team to look into draining system. Mineral water was charged Rm2.50 per bottle. Not much eateries nearby, but if you have transport it is okay to travel to malls nearby like Aeon Taman U or U mall. Should be within 15mins. Swimming pool is clean, only those located further for kids are a bit dirty. Pool front desk was friendly. Bar at the pool is not open all the time. So get your drinks somewhere else. Breakfast selection is considered good. At least far better than the rest of the hotels so far. Vegetarians can have toast, plain porridge, oatmeal, cornflakes cereal, salad, egg mayo, omellete, bread pudding. Throughout the few days of stay they do change their menu, which is a plus, some hotels don't change their menu at all. One of the day they have ketupat, so vegetarians can go for ketupat with peanut sauce too. Hopefully they can have more vegetarian options in the future as they are more and more people going vegan now. Food are considered fresh and clean. Very happy with it. Prayers with loud speaker was quite loud though. Not sure is it because of the room facing direction. Overall stay is awesome. Just that more focus should be targeted on upgrading the drainage system and to train the front desk to be more friendly and helpful. No one wants a smelly and warm room for nights of course customers would want to switch so don't show attitude please. In short, it is recommended to stay given that the price is affordable and room is spacious + clean, internet stability is much better than other hotels. Will definitely visit again. Hope they improve and we shall propose our company to do team building here. 👍❤️
