“Mostly Satisfied”
I stayed at Ramada D’MA Bangkok for 4 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed and comfortable. The location is a strong advantage - very close to Pratunam Market and Indra Square, which makes shopping and local exploration easy. The nearest BTS station is about 1.5 km away, but getting around is still manageable. I booked a City View room on the 16th floor, and the view was quite nice. In general, I was satisfied with the room and overall stay. However, the main drawback was the breakfast experience. Most of the guests appeared to be Indian, and the breakfast menu seemed heavily focused on Indian cuisine—around 90–95% of the items. Unfortunately, the food variety did not change over the 4 days, which felt disappointing for a 4-star hotel. Additionally, the taste of the Indian dishes was average and could be improved. Another minor concern was housekeeping. While the room was made up daily, the bed sheets and pillow covers were not changed during my stay, which I would normally expect at this hotel category. Aside from these points, the stay was comfortable and met most expectations. Overall, I would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars, mainly for its location, room comfort, and general atmosphere, with room for improvement in breakfast variety and housekeeping standards.
