Perfection”

Our stay at Raya Heritage was absolutely amazing. The rooms are just, if not more, beautiful than the pictures. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and everyone seems to know your name. We spent a day just lounging at the hotel because it’s so beautiful and peaceful which is not something we usually do when traveling. The only con is that you’re a bit outside the city but they offer a free shuttle to take you into down. If you’re visiting Chiang Mai you need to stay here!

Awesome staffs and beautiful facilities ”

My friend recommended me Raya Heritage when i told her about my Chiang Mai trip and when i got to experience the place, it was better than what i expected. Very beautiful architecture and landscape that you don’t ever want to leave. And every staffs were so helpful and kind. I would love to come back to Raya Heritage again.

Heavenly beautiful hotel”

I stayed at the Raya Heritage Hotel for 7 nights with my family. The terrace room was perfectly conditioned and beautifully decorated. Welcome fruits and fresh herbs for tea were refilled everyday, cleaning service were offered twice a day, morning and night. Shuttle bus service was always on time and perfect for utmost convenience. Loved their service in general! So kind and detail-oriented. The breakfast was the best part of staying at Raya Heritage because all the breakfast dishes were SUPER DELISH, as good as Michelin for us. Loved the fact that its not buffet where foods get dried and over heated or cold. Fresh juice, fresh coffee, herb salad, and their special asian fusion menus were unique and very, very delicious!!! We tried all the dishes throughout our 7nights stay and not single dish has disappointed us. My parents loved all the food and service. I highly recommend Raya Heritage. You will experience beyond your expectation. I guarantee!!

Just about 30 rooms in resort, we could feel peace and enjoy our privacy even we went to public area of resort. It nearly didn't see any activity of staffs to disturb resort's guests but they always quickly appear when we need. Perfect relaxing atmosphere in the resort. Place where we can disconnect to the world, just relax Great location with river and jungle Raya is our most favorite place in Chiang Mai. We will definitely return there

Exceptional”

Brilliant hotel, a great location if you want peace and serenity but also want the choice of having the city close at hand. Although it's a 15-20 minute ride into the centre of Chiang Mai taxi via Grab are readily available and very affordable. The rooms are amazing, and the breakfast options are first class - you need not eat again all day. Service quality was superb. We booked Yoga classes each morning on the lawn overlooking the Ping River - probably the best Yoga teacher (Koi) we've ever had - highly recommend trying her Flow Bamboo Yoga classes. We tried the restaurant on the first night for dinner and whilst the food was beautifully presented it lacked the flavour you'd expect from a top class Thai restaurant. That was probably the only drawback from the visit. We didn't use the Spa, it looks beautiful but it's very expensive; if you're prepared to get a Taxi into town you're Spa money will stretch a lot further - depends what you want. All in all a fabulous boutique hotel

Stunning Property - Can't wait to book our next trip”

We booked Raya Heritage after we had heard great things about the property. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and professional, they made our stay very memorable and personal. The variety of food on the menu was perfect and each dish was delicious. The breakfast was fantastic! We ate outside on the terrace each morning and all you could hear were the birds chirping. It was so tranquil. Our room was very spacious and clean. We opted for the private pool villa for extra privacy but still used the main pool throughout our stay. A shuttle bus was available to take us into Chaing Mai each day - we only went on one out of the four days we were staying as we were very happy sitting around the pool. I highly recommend this hotel - it was a wonderful holiday with lasting memories.

An excellent resort for a short break”

We’ve stayed at a suite with a private pool for 1 night. We simply just loved it, the spacious room, the tranquil hotel environment, and the beautiful river scenery nearby. We’ve tried the food at the Hotel restaurant, a little bit too spicy for us, but overall high qaulity food. More choices can be offered though. In-room dinning is excellent, even more choices, and less expensive compared to the restaurant. Enthusiastic and helpful staff with good English. We will definitely come back next time visiting Chiang Mai.

Everything is awesome!”

About 15 minutes drive away from the airport, we arrived this hotel which is located alongside the Ping river. The birds are chirping all day in the green, I read books in the terrace hearing the song. I enjoyed this relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. From the check in when we were welcomed with white flowers till check out, everything is awesome. Staffs were friendly and helpful, the dishes that we had at the restaurant were good as Michelin stared, and the spa was great. I didn’t need to go out from the hotel - only once of four days during my stay I went out from the hotel. Definitely I will stay again when I visit Chiang Mai next time.

more than just a convenience hotel the location is not far from Chiang Mai town but tranquility is the conceptional and everything here are supporting the design and interior is very exceptional they combined with modern but simply and element of local Chiang Mai, Thailand this is simply beautiful. Pure bliss”

Impressive design and service. Great location by the ping river and reflects the term of "sanctuary" claimed by the hotel. (own vehicle required to move around). Breakfast was one of the best we ever had with great selections - local and international, served by a la carte menu style (doubt if it will be too busy and slow in peak season) . Will recommend to anyone (already did actually) . Love it and it is has become our most favorite place in Chiang Mai. will definitely return there.

Excellent Retreat”

Raya Heritage is located in Mae Rim, THB 150 by Grab to the city and THB 450 by Grab to the airport. It's a great get-away resort because it's not located in the tourist area. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. We were impressed by how the resort preserved nature to build this traditional yet modern rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable. We also love the culinary experience -- from the a la carte all-you-can-eat breakfast, the creative lunch, to the candle-light dinner. Although there were still Chinese tourists staying in the resort during their May Labor Day holiday, they seemed to be more civilized because of this wonderful environment (as you know tourists from China usually are unbearable - noisy, rude, disturbing, arrogant and crude). We will definitley visit here again!!

Very Nice”

i was here for 2N. At first, i was trying to book Anatara but my friend recommended here. Attitude of employees were so nice and kind. Room was clean. The location is quiet far from town but they let us use shuttle bus. So I couldnt feel any inconvenience. My room was 'Pool Suite' and i satisfied 100%. Next time when i go Chiang mai, I will certainly book here.

Tranquil yet luxurious - best 5 star hotel experience ever”

Brand New and set amongst the river, there are no flaws except the lack of facilities as it is still under reno. The breakfast is to die for and Ploy, the waitress/singer amazing service. Thank you for the tropical fruits every day and the natural surrounding where i thought i was a chiang mai local. The service is 5 stars both reception, security and management. I will be back! The best bed mattress and sheets - in my eyes better than the best four seasons worldwide.

One of the best boutique hotels in CNX!”

I was recommended to Raya heritage by a friend who stayed at the hotel earlier last month. The hotel did not disappoint me at all. The idea of the estate is to locally sourced almost everything around the area (ie. food and handcrafted work/decor) and we loved that concept! Amazing interior and the size of the room is giantic! Staffs were super friendly!!! :) the only one thing I’d like to comment is the cleanliness of the common area (ie. The hotel lounge which was painted black hence there were footsteps at every inch and corner). Apart from that overall service and interior design were superb! Highly recommend this hotel if anybody is looking for a more private & friendly place to stay in chiangmai).

Great concept & facilities but doesn't worth the money. ”

Raya Heritage is well set on the bank of the Ping River along with beautiful landscape. Room, especially the bathroom, is very spacious but the extra bed we paid for extra person was just the hard daybed. The management pays special attention to the wisdom of local folks, thus, most of the furniture and props in the room are of those kinds along with a big display exhibition and live demonstration every afternoon. That deserves a lot of credit and appreciation. But the service, at least when I stayed, was not quite there yet. I put our luggages out of the car at the drop off with my big boy and went to the parking. It took about 10 mins but no one noticed our arrival at all. The breakfast was a la carte, all you can eat type without any buffet line. I paid for the extra person but we were also charged for three extra cups of coffee (~THB600) ordered after the duration of breakfast WITHOUT any pre-inform words. When we were there, we heard annoying construction noise now and then.

Rata Heritage is such a great hotel. Staff are helpful, nice and always wear a smile on their face. Services are excellent. Good food! This also put lots of efforts in sustainability. I could hardly see a plastic in the hotel. Love it. Definitely will come back again.
