Negros Occidental hotels & accommodations

Stylish and vibrant, modern and hip..certainly, it's the Avenue Suites! The newest addition in Bacolod's downtown. Its location is perfect for sight-seeing, dining and night life. Famous nearby attractions are the Negros Museum, the Negros Showroom, the old Negros Provincial Capitol, the Negros Occidental Capitol Park and Lagoon and the Negros Forest and Ecological Fou...

The hotel is located in the heart of Bacolod, few minutes away from the Provincial Lagoon and Negros Museum. It is surrounded with cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself is complete with great amenities and facilities. A perfect place to relax and enjoy. One thing to improve - staff/receptionists should smile more often.

I like this hotel. The sheets and towels were clean and I think this is because the hotel is new. I hope they can maintain this so they'd be better than the other 3-star or even 4-star hotels in Bacolod. I always check the towels! I'm generally impressed. They have a bidet, which is not common in the Philippines. I'm always happily surprised when I see one. The maxim...

This hotel is new, and as expected all facilities are in excellent condition. Very good value for money as all that we needed in our stay were all there. Excellent location as everything that we need to go to is just within walking distance. The best of the best though is the excellent service. The staff from start to the end of our stay, were all very courteous and ...

Conveniently located near SM Bacolod, this hotel is suitable for spending a day or two in the capital of Negros Occidental. Staff are friendly and hotel room is clean. Wifi is available but connection constantly times out when you reach a certain amount of usage. You have to connect to another wifi network again which is a tad bit annoying. Acceptable speed Internet sp...

i was happy with planta centro because of their bathroom amenities. they had toothbrush, comb and shower cap which i thought was not typical in 3- or 4-star hotels. but i was really frustrated when i saw only one towel! they did not even have any face or hand towel. i don't understand why they are saving on towels when they did not have a lot of guests that night. i've...

Nature's Village Resort is owned by the Governor's (Negros Occidental) sister so you can imagine you get some of the best amenities. The Superior room in which we stayed was over-sized, quiet and very comfortable. The entire resort is well designed with a charming modern rustic feel incorporated with an abundance of local and international art to please your senses. Th...

It is an old hotel along Lacson St., so I don't have to walk far to get a ride. It is within walking distance to SM malls. If you travel for business it is a convenient location to go. Though the room lights are not meant for working. Internet connection is ok. If you travel with a senior citizen it may not be so convenient without an elevator. For comfort, the bed wit...

We stayed at Luxur place for just one night, but if we hadn't had a flight the next day we would have been very happy to stay longer. For the price the hotel was excellent value with exceptional service. Free internet, plus a kettle and hair dryer promptly brought to our room upon request. It's little things like that, that really make your stay at a hotel. They have...

My husband and I recently had a short vacation at Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, and we stayed at this German-managed resort eight kilometers from the city center. For the price we paid per night for our standard room, we were very impressed with the resort's facilities, service of all its personnel, location by the sea and even the quality of its in-house restaurant...

First, location is great! Pasalubong stores, coffee shops as well as the Provincial Capitol are just a few walks away. Very accessible also to PUVs. I've recently been to Masskara festival, and i felt like a local because of its easy to access to everything. :) Second, our room is clean. I love the fact that they changed bedsheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels d...

We arrived early morning (around 6:00AM) in Bacolod, flying from Manila. The standard hotel check-in is at 2:00PM, knowing this, I emailed the hotel a few days prior to request for an early check-in time. As a traveler, I know that early check-ins would either get you to shell out some extra money or you get it for free at a designated time. When the hotel replied, the...

The room i booked was spaceous and has the all the basics. Wifi connection is fast and strong i could actually make a conference call. It is super near to SM Bacolod, cathedral, wet and dry market and city plaza. I also walked from the hotel to Negros Museum. The bad: Water from bidet came out black because of sands. Like the room was never been used for a very long ...

The price is very cheap, so that has to be taken into account when reviewing and scoring. The complex itself is actually quite nice and spacious. It's kind of an oasis. The room was simple and I could nitpick on certain things like very low water pressure and a roach encounter, but really for the price you can't complain as the bedding is very clean, water is provided...

My room for 2 days, I really enjoyed my stay here in this hotel Its like your just staying in one of the bedroom in your home, because outside your room was a dining/living/kitchen room all in one that you can use, I'm talking about there 2nd Floor Area where my room is, also It is a one jeepney ride going to some bacolod landmarks like SM Bacolod, Bacolod Lagoon, Negr...

Its a dream come true after ten years that I haven't been to Bacolod City, I finally came to stay at my "dream hotel" in Negros Occidental, Philippines. My family and I had a great time and we cherished every moment of every day of our stay and ...

I wasn't actually expecting such an experience as we booked La Vista Highlands Mountain Resort. It is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location, with amazing rooms and fantastic bathrooms, the pool area is beautiful and has nice little bar; it is hard to describe how wonderful this place is. There is a calm and beauty that is remarkable (except when loud outside guests...

The room we booked for 2 pax is very cheap plus with breakfast. But the WIFI is only at the 2F (we were at 3F). We arrived at night, and the hotel at first was quite difficult to find because you need to walk in a small lane / street, but good this is there were lots of restaurants around the area . I highly recommend this hotel for those who will be staying in Bacolo...

Great location by Manokan Country and SM City. Strong wifi, best so far I've had on a one month trip in Philippines other than in Manila. No free breakfast, but a decent one in hotel lobby. Good choice for business travelers because of lobby and strong wifi. Hotel is older and it is showing its age in some ways (corks stands a remodel), but functional and an excellent ...

This hotel is actually called the Jamont hotel so you may be confused when you arrive. I got the bus from Dumaguete and the hotel is right next to the bus terminal. I made the mistake of booking a single room with a fan and regret not upgrading. The other rooms that I was shown when I checked out were fantastic and not so expensive. The swimming pool is really large an...

Using the Tamera Plaza Inn as our base for exploring Negros Occidental was a very reasonable choice and the staff was very Accommodating making our stay there very enjoyable. Cheap places to stay in Negros Occidental

I have to say sipalay is one of my fav places, I fell in love with the laid back, town, some nice places to eat, visited the local sites, sugar beech etc, manna Pension, was a cheap place to stay, all was well until the trucks arrived, then the drivers began to drink all night, the walls are paper thin, one guy was that drunk he was shouting at the top of his voice, w...

Our stay in Blue Roof Inn was as pleasant as we expected. We traveled through the night and by the time we arrived at the hotel, we were exhausted and wanting to clean up and rest. The staff accommodated us to get into our room way before the check-in hour, giving us a refuge. We are mostly grateful to them for this. Just one small thing, we wish the water pressure co...

We arrived in Bacolod around 2AM . The place can easily be located , it’s just few minutes away from the port (we took Roro from iloilo) The lady who assisted us (forgot her name) did not hesitate when we ask l if we can leave our bags since we are going to Lakawon , super “early check in” . The room has two single beds , what we like about is the large restroom wit...

I like the fact that the Pension House looks like a room at home instead of a hotel. Been travelling for work for 3 weeks and I was starting to miss home so this was great. Was skeptical at first since Ive never seen a Pension House before. Consider it like Homestay. Location is a bit out of the way from the main malls but the taxis arent expensive so just cab around. ...

The Good - The price is cheap for a family. - The location is good, in the middle of downtown and within walking distance of many places we wanted to go. - The rooms looked just like the photos and were very spacious - Flat screen TV (smaller one), with lots of channels including many movie channels. - The eatery downstairs had the best food I've had at a Carender...

I was in Bacolod for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding. As my flight is early in the morning, I requested for early check in. I was advised that the earliest time they can accommodate is at 12nn. When I arrived at 10am, much to my surprise the receptionist said that my room is already ready and they really had it cleaned earlier to check me in when I arrive. This ...

I was attended to promptly when I arrived. I like traveling early in the morning so I was too early for check-in. Good thing they have a secured area where you can leave your bags while touring the city in the morning. You can just come back to check in. I came back earlier and was allowed to check in because the room was already available. Staff is accommodating, answ...

From the friendly and well trained staff to the lovely vegetation filled atrium, this hotel speaks excellence. The low rates in NO WAY reflect the quality, comfort and liveability of this hotel. On site laundry, decent cafe, good restaurants within walking distance and a very well informed staff makes this an exceptional value for any traveler.

If you want self-catering and a great beach location then look no further. This is a small place consisting of three rooms, two standard and one superior, a dining area and kitchen to do your cooking. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is also a large refrigerator. But be warned there is no restaurant although we went into Sipalay via motor tricycle and banca...

Located at the center of Lopue's East Shopping Center and across from SM Save More Store. Numerous restaurant catering to locals are all over the place and some remain open 24 hours. Major road intersections offers transportation throughout Bacolod City.

The owner and Staffs are very nice and accommodating. Very relaxing place and not crowded. We just sat down on the beach chair while drinking beer and listening to the sound of the waves. They also have free games available so we don't get bored during our stay, free use of bikes and free water in every room. We played billiards, dart, human size chess and went to the ...

I like everything in it. the location is nice though a bit far from the town proper but since we were in a group of 4, GRAB service was practical. AC and Flat screen CATV with wifi, a dining area with cute chandelier, a ref, ov...

First, a note about the rating. When I booked the room the rating was 8.4, and, as I recall, this was the highest rating of hotels in Bacolod by reviewers. Now, I see the rating is much lower and this is due to a rating of 2 by a lady who gave a positive review. I think she mistakenly thought 2 was, "almost perfect" and not the penultimate worst case scenario. If we...

The location is excellent. The rooms are a bit small and look a bit cheap but the location more than compensates for it. This room type in particular is the best room type for me because it is right beside the pool and there is a bar, hang out area just beside the pool. If you're not too fussy about the rooms, go for it.

What stood out for me was the beach itself. It was beautifully made by God, and the staff for preserving it. The resort just need to do some little beautification with their rooms and cottages to be more attractive and comfortable for their guest. But the whole experience was fun. Luxury hotels in Negros Occidental

It was a smart decision for me to choose an Airbnb instead of a hotel. The owners are very accommodating. We arrived earlier than supposed to be check-in time (around 10:45am) and they allowed us to check-in early. The unit is new and the furnishings are all high-class. They paid attention to every detail from the cooking needs, utensils, bathroom necessities, up to th...
