ทางโรงแรมให้ย้ายไปอยู่โรงแรมอื่นฝั่งตรงข้ามในวันแรก เซงและงง ? ที่จอดรถยนต์ไม่สะดวกเลยต้องฝากกุญแจไว้กับโรงแรม
ห้องพักแบบ Superior กว้างขวาง อ่างจากุสซี่เยี่ยมมากๆ แต่ที่พักอยู่ไกลหาดไปหน่อย ไม่สามารถเดินไปหาดป่าตองได้ แต่ทางโรงแรมก็มีรถรับ-ส่งเป็นรอบๆ ให้ทั้งวัน ฟรี เข้าพักคืนแรก ห้องพักมีปัญหาปั๊มน้ำเสีย ทำให้ต้องไปนอนโรงแรมตรงข้าม ซึ่งไม่ค่อยเวิร์ก แต่ทางเจ้าของก็มาขอร้อง เพราะทางเค้าไม่มีห้องพักที่ดีเหลืออยู่ พอดีผมไปเช็คอินก็ดึกแล้ว ประมาณสี่ทุ่มละครับ แต่คืนต่อมาทางเจ้าของก็อัพเกรดให้เป็นแบบสุพรีเรีย ห้องใหญ่มาก ชอบอ่างจากุสซี่มากๆ ทางเจ้าของอัพเกรดให้โดยไม่คิดเงินเพิ่ม ซึ่งปรกติห้องนี้ช่วยไฮซีซั่นจะประมาณสี่พันกว่าบาท แถมเจ้าของยังลดราคาค่าเช่ามอเตอร์ไซค์ให้ แนะนำร้านอาหารถูกๆในตอนกลางคืน โดยรวมประทับใจกับโรงแรมนี้นะครับ เสียดายอยากให้มีสระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ๆ ที่นี้มีแต่สระให้แช่น้ำเล็กๆ อีกเรื่องคือ อาหารเช้าเป็น ABF แบบเดิมๆ ทุกวัน น่าเบื่อไปหน่อยครับ
ห้องพักสวย เป็นการตกแต่งสไตล์ไม้ แต่เสียดายไม่มีลิฟท์ วันนั้นได้พักชั้นสอง ก็ไม่เป็นปํยหา แต่ถ้าใครได้พักชั้น3-4 อาจเดินกันเหนื่อย ห้องสวยมาก เกินราคาที่จ่าย อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบset menu american breakfast สรุปแล้วคุ้มค่ากับการจายเงิน แต่ถ้าคนเอารถยนต์ไปจอด ลำบากหน่อยไม่มีที่จอดรถค่ะ
Great Place, friendly staff and management..Room is spacious and nice. Bathroom is big, well equipped and clean. Highly recommended. Located just a few minutes from the main area.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff are wonderful, the rooms are spacious well equipped and cleaned daily. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Phuket.
Feeling like a ghost house, not comfy parking
The water temperature is abit off. But the jacuzzi was great. The staff were nice too. Will come back here if I come back to Phuket. :)
Renior Boutique hotel is 30 mins walking distance to Patong Beach, about 40 mins walking distance to Jungceylon Shopping mall. The nearest point is Simon, just 3 mins walk from the hotel. It is easy to find food and good coffee around there. Also, there are many convenient stores that worth to take a look.
Sadly the bathroom was not cleaned. So rest of soap and long black hairs were at the ground and no new towels. We said the mistake at the receiption. They wanted to clean but no one was there to clean. Anyway we stayed for 3 nights because the hotelstuff was friendly and the hotel was good located. (5min to night market)
Good stay for budget traveller
Clean, beautiful and nice staff, not far from patong beach but it take about 500m on high road so i am a little scared of some car run with high speed
Not good dirty, reception not very good
Renoir boutique hotel is located out of Patong's main area so it's more quiet. The room looks nice but it needs more maintenance. It was a little bit dusty and the air conditioning was ok...a little noisy. You can hear your neighbour flush their toilet. You can hear the cleaners cleaning in the morning. I stayed in low season so they didn't maintain the small pool...was dirty and unappealing. Staff were nice but left you alone. Price was good.
Nice location with good service
Heater couldve not worked well , no lift access , we couldve not reached the receptionist via room telephone. There was a big hole on the floor. And the housekeeping changed our towel once in two days. The staffs were friendly and pretty helpful during our stay.

Everything was exactly as it was mentioned on agoda. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very big . We've rented a 3 person room and the manager gave as one additional room because our room was not ready yet. I found this very profesional . Every day they cleaned the room and exchange the towels . Also they can arrange airport transfer and any kind of excursion. I highly recommend this hotel and i cannot wait to come back soon!
The Jacuzzi was really good and it was relaxing. There was a funeral right below the hotel and there was loud noises but it didn't really affect us as we respected it. W
At the first look the room and bed was big, but the bad thing about the room they not fix & maintain some facilities like Jacuzzi, not hot water & sliding door was broken. Also you can see some hole on floor. Maybe it happen on my room during that time. Hope this hotel will fix this issues. The reception was good, they try to speak in english as best as they can.
Cheap..cheap..
Our bedlinen were dusty and smelled moldy. Pool was a plus but very small, our family of 2 adults and 4 kids easily filled it up. Parking space very limited.

Rooms are okay but the staff are not very helpful. Very difficult to communicate with them.
We've stayed 2 nights in Renoir Boutique, we did enjoy our stay. It was very good price, about 15 walking to the beach, 5-10 min do great night market. Superb local food for reasonable price. It was not too close to Patong center or beach so it was quiet at night. Rooms wasn't super clean but we didn't expected nothing more than Asian Standard :) So it was worth the price. Staff was very friendly, after reading reviews we didn't expect that :)
Pool motor was broken so water was disgusting and dirty. Cockroach in the room. Jacuzzi didn't work. Tap in bathroom nearly comes out of the counter and wobbles side to side. Sink plug doesn't work and gets jammed leaving dirty water in the sink
The rooms were comfortable and cheap. Not really good for a family. To far from from everything. Perfect for a budget traveler.

This place is great. Awesome Chinese architecture, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Everything is wooden and nothing looks cheap. The pool however is really rather small, and pretty dirty. And be warmed, google maps misplaces its location, I was walking around for an hour with a very heavy bag and just couldn't find it, use the Agoda directions. The location was perfect for me, on the outskirts of Patong, just off the main road that led to Karon. It's down the street from a great indian restaurant, C Food Zone, I know, funny name, and a few blocks from an awesome little market with seafood and great fried chicken for really cheap. The staff was very nice, shower was very nice, and the hotel design was awesome. For the price it was one of my favorite hotels. Definitely recommend.
The receptionist were not friendly, we were greeted by a cockroach in the room, and the hot water was broken apparently. The floors were rotting, the faucet was shaking around, and the sink discharged into the floor. BUT we paid so little (US$6 per night due to a discount)... It is hard to complain. Until the second cockroach appeared...
We arrived at the hotel around 10am and was allowed to check-in immediately by the staff. we stayed 4 nights there and it was fairly comfortable. The only thing downside during my stay was the water heater broke down. When contacted, was told by the receptionist the heater under repair for 2weeks. Otherwise, room service was good and staffs were helpful. Generally happy with the stay at the hotel.
The airconditioning was not cold enough. Communication barrier. Far from the center but i would like to come back.
This hotel is a nice hotel with huge room, huge bed, huge jacuzzi but then they not well maintain. Jacuzzi not function. Frankly speaking, i really2 like this hotel if they can improved their cleanlines and etc.
I stay for 2 night with superior room. The bed room and bath room not very clean..must improvement. Comforter bed not clean and still dirty..may be not change comforter and cover pillow coz strongly my noisy.
I has stay for 3 night. Nice sleepy coz the hotel 100 meter from from the main road. Suggest for guess to fine budget hotel.
Good one week stay, good rooms big tv, comfortable bed, quiet at night, good internet for mobile connection problems with laptop but good when connected. Bit further out than says on map needed motorbike. Great staff. Only bad thing its abit run down
Clean and spacious bedroom
I stayed here with friends in 2 rooms and it was a good stay. The location is quite far from Bangla Road so it's so quiet when you sleep. If you stay in this hotel, 5-minute tuktuk drive and 20-minute walk is what it takes to get you to Bangla Road. Staff are friendly, they can speak English but not really well. It will be creepy for women to travel alone or in groups because it gets quite scary at night

Nice to stay here and will be back here when i'm back to phuket.. thanks yan.. for all the support from tours trip, bike until taxi back to airport.. 7 great days at phuket and renoir..
Everything is fine about this hotel except the location. If you want to walk, it will take you 45mins to reached bangla road and 30mins to patong beach. Staff are very nice and accomodating. Room rates are way too cheap compare to other hotels. We will definitely comeback on the next trip.

AThai boutique hotel, provide elegant combination of art painting ,modern facilities and luxurious furniture for impressive greeting, This is a very suitable place for your vacation located peaceful Patong Beach entertainment place. Second times staying this little cozy hotel service and SPECIALLY the SUPER GOOD PRICE. What is there to complaint about....NIL....Great stay.
I had very pleasant stay at this hotel. I did not expect to get so many amenities at this hotel at such a small rate for three night, totally worth the money. They offered big LCD , bigger washroom and great service which i did not expect before arriving there. I would definitely recommend to solo travelers and even to family , its a 1.5 Km walk from main beach but still you can walk as i dont think one can get such great amenities at such small rate per night.
Would definitely stay here again in our next Phuket visit. Location is walking distance to Patong beach and a 5-minute ride to Karon Beach. Kudos to the staff who are extremely friendly, helpful and made us feel were home. The theme of the hotel is like an old house (wooden) with nice paintings in the corridor and the rooms also have a "hommie" touch (which are btw exactly as they look in the pictures). Worth the money for budget travelers like us.
Price is the most attractive thing, this hotel offers lowest price in Agoda within the area. Pictures look nice. In reality, I would say it's non-star hotel and too old. Renovation is needed. Good thing is the staff.

ทุกอย่างในโรงแรมนี้เป็นที่ถูกใจมากค่ะ เพราะความสะอาด การตกแต่งภายใน บรรยากาศก็ดี ดิฉันจองโรงแรมโรมไว้ 22-26 มี.ค. แต่ตั่วเครื่องบินกลับกรุงเทพเวลา 5 ทุ่มของคืนวันที่ 25 จึงแจ้งที่เค้าเตอร์ไปว่าจะเช็คเอาท์เวลา 6 โมงเย็น ทางเจ้าหน้าที่เค้าเตอร์ก็พูดทำนองว่าอย่างนี้ไม่ได้ต้องคิดเงินเพิ่ม ดิฉันก็แจ้งไปว่าดิฉันมีสิทธิ่์อยู่ได้ถึงเที่ยงของวันที่ 26 น่ะค่ะรบกวนดูที่เอกสารด้วยน่ะ รู้สึกไม่ดีเอาตอนท้ายนิดหน่อย เพราะความจริงเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนตอบออกไปควรดูที่เอกสารก่อน ส่วนอื่นๆดีค่ะถูกใจมาก แค่ผิดหวังตอนท้ายเท่านั้น
