"After the super busy & overwhelming mainland, Cruiser Island Resort on Koh Lon was serene and clean. We were there 4 nights and during the day there is no one except the wonderful few staff to attend to you. We stayed pool side all day, lounging or at the swim up bar. We even Bluetoothed our own music onto the speakers! ...and there is no one to sell anything to you. We were so sad about the rubbish on the beach and picked up so much. At about 5 pm Chinese package tourists arrive: to eat, limbo, disco and karaoke and stay the night to leave again by about 9 next morning. Prices were reasonable considering there is no where else to eat or drink, but if you’re budget conscious bring some nibbles and drinks. The food was delicious and all freshly made, our table set for meals and al a carte. It is 1500 baht to transfer each way, but in a long boat, adventurous. Wifi is an extra cost. We loved our stay at Cruiser, highly recommended and give high praise to the people there. "

"We wanted to book a hotel in Raya island. While we made a mistake by booking Baanmai cottage which locates in Koe Lone island which is quite far away from Raya island and all of us(5 persons)were so upset. While it was a great surprise when we saw the hotel. It is such a quiet, private hotel. And everything in the room is so clean and well kept.We loved to stay in the hotel. And the service was so great and the manager was kind to us and offer lots of extra service to us. By the way,you have to go to Chalong Pier to take the boat which the hotel arranged. We did not know the info and spent 1000b to rent a boat.Pls call the hotel one day before you head for the hotel. They will arrange the pick-up in Chalong Pier. The food in the hotel was good while it is a bit expensive."
