“Great location and perfect base for our young family””
Perfectly located just central Hua Hin, this apartment was a great place stay for our young family. The apartment was comfortable for our family of 4 and having the opportunity to cook a few meals after 3 weeks travelling was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and our kids loved the golf buggy drive down to the beach! Only 5 mins by songthaew to the fantastic fisherman’s village at Takiab, we enjoyed freshly caught seafood at a fraction of the price in the main city. And 5 mins to other way you can visit central Hua Hin, Wat Ampharam and the bustling night market. The other great attractions we visited in Hua Hin were the Black Mountain Water Park and the Hutsadin Elephant foundation, both with 30 mins of the apartment. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay here when we visit Hua Hin in the future.

Perfect Location”
Great value for money. Loved our stay at Rocco. We arrived to a clean room with all utilities working. We got a different room to what was advertised but was still great. Staff are willing to help but English is not very good. Gym is okay, and pool is beautiful but very very cold. Both shopping centres are within 5 minute walk. Beach is an easy walk down. There is also a restaurant next door that does all you can eat Mexican on Saturdays. Activities are not too far. Make sure you ask staff about them. Taxi’s in Hua Hin are tok expensive and should not be more than 800-1000 baht for a day trip. If you are interested in a day trip ask the staff for assistance. I am half-thai, take my advice :)

A Pleasant Stay”
I stayed here for 2 nights at family room (2 double beds & sofa bed) Pros: - Located directly opposite Bangkok Hospital which can be easily locate when you take taxi or tuk tuk - 7-11 convenient store available in front of the building - Walking distance to G Hua Hin Village and Hua Hin Market Village - 30 minutes walk to Chatsila Night Market (not recommended during night time) - Great room view to swimming pool and blue sea - Clean and comfortable room and beds Cons: - WIFI connection is not stable - No breakfast included Overall, Rocco is slightly expensive than other hotels in Hua Hin but is valued for money. I will stay here again for my next visit.

Beach getaway”
I was part of a group who spent Songkran week in Hua Hin. Each room was at capacity. The rooms were comfortable, but definitely a bit tight when at max capacity. The fold out beds in the couches were great, we were well taken care of as we came to the hotel. Even though it was a holiday week, hotel staff were on the premises and able to assist us. Directly under the hotel was a place to get food and drinks, and we were a five minute walk from the bus station, a shopping mall, and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice building but situated on noisy road”
Love the exterior look of the Rocco building but unfortunately our suite (nr 404) was facing the very busy main road, so it was quite noisy. The pool was nice and big and the laundry room was an added bonus. The suite was clean but not big enough to house 4 adults. Luckily it was just the 2 of us. The sleeper couch will be sufficient if you have 2 small kids. The light in the shower was faulty, so we had a disco going on in the bathroom. The TV was also a bit tricky and we had to unplug it every time before switching it on at the back. The location is close to the beach but if you are looking for nice restaurants in the area, venture pass the hospital into Hua Hin 94. Great (if not the BEST) sushi place called Sakura and other nice spots to grab a drink at.

Not really close to the beach but OK!”
Located about 2km away from Hua Hin town centre but easily reachable with Grab. My apartment was spacious and complete with kitchen and utensils. Swimming pool was good. Security also good. The beach was just a about 10 minutes walk. There was a 7 Eleven below this apartment too.

Simply the best”
We stayed 1 night at Rocco . The room is big with great decoration. mattress and cleanness are high standard. There are plenty of restaurant nearby and just 5-10 min walk to Market village. The beach is just 100 meter away.We spent 3-4 hours in the afternoon at the beach.

Basic Condo in a good location”
Tried a condo again for my stay in Hua hin but was dissapointed again. You do have more freedom when you renting a condo but you give up some basic services for it, cleaning is only every 3 days. The condo is in a great location, across the street from soi 94 and walking distance to Market village. Going into the town center you can take a tuk tuk or motorbike taxi at the street. 7/11 at the front is also nice. The swimming pool was cold and sitting next to the pool is not possible, there is no room for pool chairs or anything. I had the king deluxe condo but i'll be looking for a hotel again on ly next visit.

Nice Condo. Ideal for longer stays.”
The room was very nice with a separate room as well as a 'fold out' couch so it could sleep up to four people. The view from the balcony out across the ocean was great. The condo is very close to the market village and a close walk to the beach as well as nearby restaurants. Our only gripe was with the 'fold out' bed. It was just a pull off cushion that is then attached to the base of the couch. It wasn't long enough and it wasn't very comfortable, particularly given that the two halves of the bed are not even linked. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay at Rocco Condo.

Same as Home - Highly Recommended”
Highly worth staying for with family and friends and I will rebook it because of reasons- as follows 1. Close to all locations (walking distance), beach / bars / restaurants 2. No noise comes to the room 3. Guest Friendly hotel. 6. Kids are treated well my staff - rather many times they took care of child as we enjoyed our days 4. Pools are always clean. 5. The guy at travel desk - gets you the best deals (better than those at roads). 6. Extension to my check out was free of cost. All you have to do is tell them in advance. From Bell Boy to Manager - All are hospitable, welcoming and helpful I rate it 10 on 10.

The room is good location, easy to find but can't see the beach from the room. Check-in and check-out process took a very very long time, many document to sign and you have to deposit 2,000 THB extra before check-in. Check-in 2.00 PM and check-out 12.00 AM. very strictly is not convenience at all. There is no shuttle bus to the beach as they promise. The room is very clean and cozy. So, the room is nice if your have time for check-in&out process and have your own car.

The pretty reception is very friendly and advise us about the information of Huahin. The room is every comfortable. It's the so clean and beautiful.
