Nice Clean Hotel”

Hotel is very nice and situated near to the main road and near to a number of amenities. Not near to any Train Transport. Hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly.

Perfect for me”

I was in town for a specific reason, and this place was perfectly located for the reason. Not many restaurants around to eat out, so you have to take a taxi to go everywhere...But, worked great for me. And the price was good due to the travel restrictions going on in the world (due to coronavirus).

The hotel is clean and comfortable. However, I left my power bank in the room, and I called back to the hotel in the next day, they said cannot found my power bank. I 100% confirmed that where my put my power bank in the room. The staff / cleaner is not honest. TO ALL, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN THE HOTEL, or else you will be same with me.

The hotel is clean and new however it is not for tourists to stay if they do not come as a group because the location is not easy to access to public transportation, However if you happen to be in that area, it is a clean with comfortable rooms.

Amazing staff assistance!”

Exceptional staff assistance, they will assist you without you even asking. Carrying your luggage without you requesting. Only downside is, their shower in the room. The drain is always clogged.

Do not expect much. It's acceptable for one or two nights if you have to be near Nawamin. I give this hotel a 3 stars.

Suitable place to stay for taking a break from hectic days. A few minutes walk to simple food and daily needs. Far from train station or tourist spots.

Disappointed because when I was looking here at Agoda I look for a hotel that is close to the tourist area , I didn’t realize that is too far from everything, so we skip the reservation I can’t get back my money, no way to contact by email to the resort it’s bad because like a tourist Not every body has acces to phone

Paid for double bed room but get twins bed room which was a cheaper room than what i paid. The front service only responded that the hotel was full and i need to complain to Agoda.
