Stunning hotel with perfect service”

From the moment you meet the staff at the Sala Samui Chaweng, you know you've made the right decision to stay here. The staff are amazing, and manage to perfectly balance being helpful, but also giving you space, and being professional, while not being pretentious. The room was beautiful (we stayed in the 1-bedroom oceanside suite with balcony and pool) with incredible sunrise views over the ocean. The private pool is huge and spans the entire width of the suite. Food at the restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast choices. The prices match the hotel standard but are not excessive. I loved how the staff bring you FREE water when you're laying on the beach, and provide FREE snacks. This is much better than other luxury hotels I've stayed at recently where the staff try to push $14 bottled water onto you at every moment. The only areas of improvement for the hotel would be to add more gym equipment and to refresh the beach bar. Overall, we loved our stay at Sala!

Great for luxury couple trip”

Everything is amazing here at Sala Samui Chaweng beach. I was here on the Christmas eve of 2020, I chose the pool villa room. Not many people, so the the beach is yours. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a small Family Mart next to the hotel for your midnight snacks and a wee drink sesh. The room is clean, tidy, net and a good welcome aroma once you arrived. I haven't had a chance to tried the Spa, but I would have done a body massage if I visit Samui again. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a couple who would like to have a little luxury quiet, refresh holiday with themselves.

Highly recommend ”

As soon as we pulled up in a taxi from the airport, we were immediately greeted by extremely friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel staff were very accommodating in that they allowed us to check in 3 hours early. Nothing was too inconvenient for them throughout the duration of our stay. We stayed in the Ocean Pool Front room which was beautiful. The general facilities within the room were great with turndown service every evening. We were provided with fresh fruit and varying teas every night. In terms of location, this hotel fronts Chaweng beach and this specific stretch of beach was particularly pleasant and quiet. The hotel incorporates a very nice restaurant, serving a wide array of various dishes as well as numerous cocktails. Again, the staff at this restaurant were fantastic everyday. All in all, we would certainly return to this hotel and would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Koh Samui. As a side note; there is a newly established Elephant Sanctuary

An exceptional find”

We almost cancelled this reservation as we have had disappointment with premium-end bookings in Thailand before, and have formed a view that you just don't get value for money at Thai premium properties. But how lucky we were to keep the reservation. This property really is outstanding. Brand new, a great location, and beautiful rooms. However it was the finishing touches that really made the difference. The pillows are devine - I asked at check-out if I could buy some, but unfortunately they do not sell them. The breakfast was outstanding. And the staff have clearly been trained to a higher standard in customer service than I have seen elsewhere in 20 years of travel to Thailand. SALA Samui Chaweng, you really nailed it - 10/10.

Luxury and comfort redefined!”

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Enjoyed every moment we shared together. Sala Samui Chewang is not really a hotel, more like a private retreat villa away from home. The staff are so well trained and friendly ready to attend to our requests. The concierge hotline answered every call everytime with ONE ring which was something quite extraordinary. We were also given a pleasant surprise at check in by the front desk girl who told us that since we booked with breakfast, we need not go to the restaurant for breakfast if we would like to sleep through the morning and that they will serve breakfast to room any time of the day with no room service charges😊. I would recommend Sala Samui to anyone who appreciates and enjoys good things in life. Thank you everyone at Sala Chewang.

Here is my opinion on the Tent restaurant. at the SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort and Spa. Our breakfast was included for my package. Lunch and dinner menu selections were good also. Food quality, presentation and taste were above average.

Nice Location and Great Resort”

My wife and I were so pleasantly surprised at the peace and quiet in the resort, despite it being so close to the Chaweng Beach area. The rooms were great, and almost like a villa, with great views of the sea. The Samui main district was only a short walk away, with lots of shops by both sides of the road. The staff were attentive and helpful during our stay there. They also have beach activities and simple kayaking equipment. It was great to just bum around in the resort... Thanks so much!

Beautiful Hotel! Best on Chaweng!”

Me and my wife had our Honeymoon in Koh Samui and stayed in this hotel in July 2019 for 9 nights. We experienced a very warm welcoming greeting as soon as we arrived in reception. Everything about the hotel was so beautiful, the location, decor, the restaurant and the room (we stayed in the beachfront balcony pool suite). The staff were always attentive and polite. You could use the handigo app to chat to staff and request room service which we both found really handy. The breakfast at the Tent restaurant was really nice too with many options and having the option to order from the menu with buffet was a plus. The only problem we faced was that there was only one panini grill which meant people who were vegetarian, or Muslim like my wife and I who only eat halal meat, were unable to use this as it had been used by other guests to grill ham sandwiches. The beachfront location was amazing and the hotel allows guests to go kayaking and paddle boarding for free.

Very nice and modern hotel”

I had a very nice stay in pool villa. Room is very nice and clean and has a modern style. The only one con is - it seems like there are lots of people taking pictures everywhere in the common area. If you are looking to escape from noise and bobbery, I would recommend to stay inside the room and enjoy your private pool. Or chosse SALA Samui Choengmon for a quiet and relaxing stay.

This Hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy a good Service and stay in a clean and nice Design Hotel. The Design of the Hotel is very nice and room is extremly clean. You have a nice choice of tv chanels, nice aircon, comfortable and big bed. The Breakfast is good but we came from another sala Hotel in choeng mon and there the Breakfast and Service in the Hotel is much better because in chaweng i Think they not have enough worker in the restaurant, they always forget something like water, milk or sometimes you need to wait quiet long to Place the order. Also the choice in the buffet area is limited and could be improved but that is really a very small issue. Overalls a very perfect stay and thanks to to entire Team of sala

Amazing stay ”

We really enjoyed our stay at SALA Samui. There is so much attention to detail in what they do, with the welcome drink and complimentary snacks in the room on arrival to lighting insect repellent candles at night! Staff are very attentive. The breakfast was lovely, with a nice variety. Thanks for a lovely stay.

New and Luxury hotel ”

Hotel is very new ; rooms are really so great especially the ones with pool in Oceanside. Stuff is nice and helpful , location is great but only problem is the sea ! if you come Samui for just sea , this hotel is not for you . Openly saying if you live in Greece - Turkey - italy - Spain - France , Samui sea is not good ! Be careful there are Sea urchin inside sea and so dangerous for your foot and hand ; Hotel must warn customers but no any Warning! Please be careful .

Had an amazing stay with Sala Chaweng. The staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming and there are activities like paddle board, kayaking and cooking class offered to hotel guests.

Beautiful Getaway ”

We love the hotel and the staff. It is a new hotel therefore the accommodation, cleanliness and the decoration is still very new and beautiful. Staffs were very helpful and nice. They also provide kayak and paddle board for free of charge. It's a good activity to enjoy samui. Opposite of the hotel, there is a minimart, very convenient if you want to buy something quick. Overall, we love the hotel. thank you for a pleasant stay.

Among all the hotels i have stayed, SALA Chaweng is the best of the best. With great hospitality and very good view, you will experience unforgettable stay in this hotel. Starts upon check in, the staffs already impressed you with special offers for the soap, pillows. Everything will be prepared to suit you. I booked for partial sea view room and it has great view. The huge window can be opened so you can enjoy breeze while sleeping. The breakfast offers miscellaneous foods and drink and you can order their special menu. Definitely will come back to this hotel again

Excellent hotel, except the food was disappointing”

I really wanted to give SALA a 5/5 but unfortunately, I ate at the Tent restaurant for dinner and that meal was probably one of the most mediocre meals I had in a five-star hotel that is designed to keep the guests in. Breakfast at the Treehouse was not bad, but not fantastic. Everything else was perfect. Staff were so friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was sparkling clean, big, and comfortable (except they had the AC blowing at the bed, which could be uncomfortable at night). Will I return? For sure, but I will definitely have dinner somewhere else.

Definetly recommend this hotel. the hotel view is incredible. The dining experience on booth on the beach was amazing. Sea breeze plus delicious buffet togather. Would definitely go koh samui just for this hotel agn.
