A wonderful stay, great location”
My wife and I did a lot of research about Samui, including all of the different areas and the different hotels. We chose Lamai Beach because we thought it would be quieter than Chaweng up north and we were VERY pleased. Samui Jasmine is an ideal place to stay for a multitude of reasons: Pros: - The staff. They are friendly, outgoing, and very professional. The housekeepers are like ninjas! We would step out to have a quick breakfast (maybe 20-30 minutes) and the room was completely made up by the time we returned. - Location: truly AMAZING. I worried that Lamai would be a bit *too* quiet, but it was ideal from our perspective and Samui Jasmine is in the absolutely best location for beach access and for local shopping and strolling. We were here in the VERY low season of late June and every other hotel seemed completely dead. Samui Jasmine always had customers without feeling overwhelming and obnoxious.

Nice Stay at the Samui Jasmine Resort”
I reserved a Deluxe Building Sea View room 9 month ahead of time on agoda.com, for 3 nights in June. I paid $146/nigh and $98.85 for an extra bed for our 14 year old daughter. Free Wifi and breakfast is included. From the Samui Airport, it cost 800 THB for a private taxi to get to the hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to get to the hotel, and we arrive around 2:50pm. We are greeted by Ann, and we are welcomed with 3 delicious glasses of bael fruit juice and 3 cold towelettes. Our luggage is taken to our room, and Ann walks us up to the top floor (3rd) to Room 2306. And the room has swan-shaped towels and fresh flowers on the bed, along with a Happy Anniversary cake! The room is beautiful and has a patio looking out to the ocean. The bathroom has remote-controlled shades that go up and down for privacy. There's also a citronella plug to use to avoid mosquitoes. We had no problems with mosquitoes. The hotel grounds are beautiful with fresh flowers all around, and a bowl of tropical fruit in the lobby. We walk to the back of the hotel and there's a nice pool with lounge chairs around. There's also the Jasmine Rice Restaurant, where we have breakfast every morning. There are umbrellas and lounge chairs for hotel guests to use on the beach. The morning breakfasts were wonderful, with fresh fruit, salads, breads, pastries, yogurts, an egg station, juices, a hot food section for bacon, sausage, fried rice, fish, baked beans, spinach with cheese, pumpkin cream soup. I loved the egg station that can make your custom omelettes and scrambles. The free wifi is pretty good in your hotel room and even in the restaurant/pool area. It's not as consistent in the beach area of the hotel. If you need to print anything, it costs 20 BHT per page. We got 3 free bottles of water daily, but we accidentally used the wrong bottle in the refrigerator and had to pay for it. We got 3 yellow beach towels replenished daily, and they provided a beach bag to put them in. There were also 3 bath ro

Very Relaxing”
We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of or rooms and the setting. This resort is down a small side street and faces onto the beach and is within easy walking distance to shopping and dinning. Staff were very attentive and all spoke good english. We only stayed for two nights but wish we had stayed longer, if we do go back to Koh Samui we will be sure to come back to Jasmine.

Beautiful resort; friendly staff; fantastic breakfast buffet; right on the beach!”
The staff at Samui Jasmine were incredibly accommodating in so many ways. Always helpful with our 3 young children, working out internet connectivity issues, providing extra blankets, you name it. Wonderful and so friendly. They even brought a wireless router into our room to help with connectivity so we could communicate with family. The breakfast buffet was terrific and there were new, different items every day. They provided movies for the kids. Free fruit baskets in the lobby every day. A truly relaxing Thai experience with great hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful place”
I stayed in Samui for 1 week. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are warm and welcoming. I had a deluxe sea view, my room was stunning. Lots of little touches such as the beach kaftan, and bags that you can use during your stay. On my first day I put some laundry in expecting it would take 24hrs, it was done by 1pm. I hired a car through the hotel which was so simple and easy. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff all of them were wonderful. The beach is great and I’m so glad I chose to stay at the Jasmine. I will definitely be back! 😘

A pleasant Oasis”
Pros: excellent customer service, Reception were very helpful and it was a lovely check in experience. A real example if Thai hospitality at it's best. Lovely room. Restaurant service was very professional and breakfast was excellent with a change of food choices, fresh pastries every day. Sun loungers were extra wide (really comfy) and for the hotel only which made it a relaxed experience, no scramble for space. Pool is small but very clean and as advertised. Local to lots of restaurants and massage, and a few minutes walk from the Sunday market. Cons: the hotel space in general is small, rooms are compact and squeezed together, acoustics aren't brilliant, when the room above me women up...so did I. However it was the nicest place I found on Samui this trip.

Good value, nice location”
The rooms are very comfortable at Samui Jasmine. Very good value. Just down the street are a bunch of 50baht alcohol stands, which was nice. Also, at night, there is a row of food stalls just 100m south of the resort, for cheap Thai food. Room was nice, clean, romantic, most rooms had balconies. Good for couples

Small resort on busy beach”
There are better hotels in similar costs in Samui however we could imagine this will find its fans. The breakfast were very good and resort nice and clean. Some of the stuff might be more customer friendly. The beach is bit busy with high waves in December and straight deep water so bit great for the small kids. But still overall it was ok stay for us.

Exceptional”
Can't recommend this hotel enough. My Mum and I stayed here for a week and enjoyed every second of our stay. The hotel has a fantastic location on beautiful Lamai beach, with a lovely pool and garden area. Hotel staff could not do enough for guests and the whole place was in immaculate condition. The facilities in the room were thoughtful and we enjoyed some great massages by the beach. The only minor niggle for our whole stay is that the wi-fi signal and strength was patchy - but we took this an opportunity to have a digital detox! A really great resort and I would stay again.

Relaxing holidays in very nice garden hotel”
We enjoyed a very nice holiday in this rather small garden resort. But the service given and the attendance by the staff was comparable to a very high standard. We found the breakfast buffet really great with a good choice for any taste! The hotel's own beach was clean with good relaxing beds. The beach itself is not very good for small children because the seaground falls quickly to greater depths. In the evenings the dining was possible in the restaurant, or 10 steps further in the sand at the beach! A little bit disappointing was the Lamai-village, which offered nothing special than massage parlors, rather poor restaurants, some everwhere same fashion clothes shops and motorbike rentals. We may not go there again - but not because of the hotel which was really great. It is because of the island itself!

Very good location and staff”
If you want to stay Lamai beach i dont think you can find any better place (maybe 1-2 hotel can be same level). Location perfect, 2 street food place under 500m. Family market 20m., always free sun bed becouse its only for hotel quest use so they have enough for every one. Breakfast is super good for european taste, may wife is thai and she think it only ok. Specially i like how they cutting fruits different way every morning and at night they always make little different marklight on the beach. Oh and breakfast have always fresh bread 😁

Perfect Location”
this hotel is centrally located in lamai. a 2 minute walk to the main street, yet on a quiet side road. our room was a sea view room which we enjoyed as we like to view the ocean from our room. the room was a good size and well decorated. our onlu problem was the lack of hot water in the shower. we were able to get hot water for about 1 minute after running the water for 5 minutes. good buffet came with the price of the room (breakfast buffet.) nice chairs and umbrellas on the beach or at the small pool.

Very good beach front resort”
We had a very enjoyable holiday for four nights. The hotel's own beach was clean with good relaxing beds. Great location, relatively near to the walking street night market on Sunday. Would highly recommend the Jasmine resort.

Wonderful holidays again! ”
The hotel is very tasteful. Building/rooms very stylish. For some of the facilities you can see their age, meaning they could get a bit renovation. But this is complaining on a high level. The garden is sooooo beautiful. The location is just perfect. Best part of the Lamai beach and very closed to the center of Lamai. The staff is very friendly. For us the offer for breakfast was rich. Everything we needed was there and even more. We will come again for sure!

Will come back again!”
Great location (when you walk out the front, you can find many bars, restaurants, money changers, ATM), and when you walk out the back, you are straight at the beach, complete with beachbeds that are only for hotel guests. Room is cleaned everyday, and very spacious. Balcony faces the sea. Will definitely stay here again if we decide to stay in Lamai beach.
