We had a good overall experience at the property. The place is very peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing stay. The service and staff were very supportive and responsive throughout, which made our stay comfortable. The only inconvenience we faced was due to a power outage, because of which we had to shift twice—from the cabin to a 4BHK villa. While the team managed it well and helped us with the shifting, it did cause some disturbance. A few improvements would make the experience even better—upgrading the TVs and providing stronger, reliable WiFi would be great, as these are basic expectations nowadays. Overall, it’s a very nice property with great staff and service. With minor improvements, it can offer an even better guest experience. 👍

“Great hospitality and environment, but needs urgent maintenance and food options”
Our stay at Santorini by Mysa had its highlights, but there are several clear areas that need management's attention. The Positives: The overall environment of the property is very nice and pleasant. A special mention goes out to the employees, Akash and Prateek, who were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. Their hospitality was highly appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Bathroom Hygiene: There was a major issue in the bathroom—a persistent and disgusting gutter smell was coming from the drainage. This needs to be looked into immediately for health and hygiene reasons. Poor Lighting: There were simply not enough light bulbs/lighting options available, making it too dark both inside the rooms and in the outdoor areas. Better illumination is definitely needed. Dining Options: Because the property is situated quite a distance away from the main city center, getting food easily is a challenge. It would be a massive improvement if they could provide an on-site home chef to prepare fresh meals for guests.

Overall, we had a good stay. The staff and manager were very supportive and responsive throughout. When we faced repeated electricity issues, they quickly arranged a shift to another property, which was handled smoothly and helped us avoid major inconvenience. The only concern was frequent power cuts and low lighting in some areas, which felt a bit uncomfortable at night. If these issues are fixed, the property will be excellent.

Hi Team Mysa Stays, I wanted to share some detailed feedback regarding our recent stay at your Santorini property. First, the environment was lovely, and your team members Akash and Prateek were wonderful—very welcoming and attentive. However, we encountered a few issues that dampened our experience: Bathroom Odor: There was a strong, very unpleasant gutter smell coming from the bathroom drainage that needs urgent plumbing attention. Inadequate Lighting: There were not enough light bulbs inside the rooms as well as outside, leaving the spaces feeling too dim. Food Arrangement: Since the property is located away from the city center, commuting for meals is inconvenient. It would be highly beneficial if you could introduce an in-house home chef service for guests
