Lady redirected me to hotel next by witch worst standard and charge same money. Not recommended
An old lady was served us ( CAREFUL with this old lady that acting nice but she's going to scam you! ) in Agoda it says clearly the payment is 450bht , but she asked 500 baht instead, and she offered us to stay in a big room, we refused because we just want to stay in the room that we booked, and she brings us to a room, and after 1 hour we stayed, she all of sudden asking me more money ( She said that we need to pay more because we stay in a room that cost more money ) which is stupid because we refused to stay in that room the one that she offered, but SHE SCAMMED US BY BRINGING US TO THE ROOM THAT WAY MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE ROOM THAT WE BOOKED!!!
Staff very welcoming and helpful in arranging transport to get to next location. Provided us with fruit before we left in the morning!

The over view of the sea from balckoney is fantastic. Its few steps from aonang beach. But no lift and simple but clean hotel
Lovely staff. Our room was nice and has a nice balcony, only a few metres away from the Main Street! However, the room smelt quite bad mainly the toilet (this smell would not go away) must have been a plumbing issue. The fan room was quite warm and hard to deal with. There was no Mosquito bet at the door which meant you could never have fresh air flowing around the room. But for the price it was a good place to stay.

Location is perfect. And my room had a very nice view to the sea. However.. Sheets had stains, door to the balcony does not shut tight, you hear everything from the hall, and the quality of the room (Furniture etc.) just isnt too high.
When we arrived at the Guesthouse, the owner seemed bored with us. The first thing she said was: "We don't have fan rooms anymore, you need to go in an air conditioned one". To this day, we doubt that this was true, but what can you do? Argue with her? We had already paid for the room and she had scanned our passports... So we had to pay an additional 300Baht (10€) for a room we did not want, as our wish to save money before going to Koh Phi Phi flew away. Moreover, the breakfast staff "mistakenly" tried to overprice us for what we had ordered, "whoops"! My advice would be to not book it at all, but uf you still want to please be careful, scams are common.
Great location, wonderful hosts, walk to the beach and longboats to Railay (2.5 minutes). No pool but if your budget consciense this place is fine.

The room is large for 3 persons. Staff is professional and friendly. Can speak English. But the thing that i dislike are: 1. Got stain on my bed (not sure blood or something else) 2. The bathroom is so smelly (stink smell). Probably came from the sewage system. Hope you can fix this and also put some scent in the toilet to reduce the smell. 3. So many mosquitoes in this room. Told the receptionist and she gave me mosquito aerosol spray. Thanks to her i can sleep well on the 2nd night...
Perfect for one or two nights in ao nang. Basic room!
I visited Aoang with my adult son and was 100% satisfied with the hotel. We had a sea view room just one minute from the sea. The hostess of the hotel provided us with reliable information in every area, the best price tours, the taxi to the airport at a great price. The cuisine of the hotel is delicious and the staff friendly. We felt like we were a hotel family. When we left, we were very grateful. The next time we visit Aonang, we will definitely choose the same hotel, Sea World Questhouse. ขอบคุณ

Nice view of the bay, very good fridge, bad wifi coming and going but had a few stormy days. The worst thing is that bathroom door and stair case were very short I keep banging my had. Not designed for tall People
You should stay here for the owner alone. She let us borrow her motorbike for free, told us where to get 70 baht food instead paying 200, gave my girlfriend vinegar when she got stung by a jelly fish, let us use her mat for the beach and was constantly there for any queries we had. Sea World Guesthouse is also right next to the beach! Best place in Ao Nang!
The location is great near to the beach and also stalls, walking distance.. good staff and facilities.. but our room was facing the bush.. quite scary when midnight.. only 1 channel for tv, and the safety box not available in the room .. overall ok
I’ve nothing bad to say about this guest house. The owner was great. The location was great too! We got such an amazing experience for the 4 days & 3 nights staying here. Please ask her about the tour packages around krabi. She could give you the best price compared to other places that we asked.
Great location and value for your money. Staff is friendly enough and will accommodate you well. Rooms with AC cost extra.
I had already booking the room, but the boss said the room was already full booked , so i must paid 250 baht for room again..
We arrivrd 5pm we were told there was no room kept that we had paid for ,we wetr taken arround the corner to massage parlour around the corner on the third floor i was to tsick to argue Agoda is now as bad as bookings
So very central,a few steps to the shops and beach,yet on a side road so quiet and peaceful. The manager,a wonderful caring lady upgraded us no charge on our2nd day to a beautiful large room with a wonderful view. Fridge,towels,toiletries and water. We had a great stay.
Ms Pong was lovely, helpful and attentive. She even got my son a little birthday cake. My daughter felt comfortable enough to spend time with her too.
Wonderful stay here! The host is service minded and very friendly!’ She is so very nice and give you a lot of recommendation on what to do! Also I forgot my credit card and she sent it to the next location! Lovely stay, lovely place! In the heart of Ao Nang! 10/10 would stay again!
The location of the Guest House was perfect. It is located off of a main road, which means it is close to the action without being as close to the loud traffic. The host was very kind, and helps you make plans for your time in Krabi. On the last morning of my stay I was unable to sleep in. This was a result of construction of the neighboring building, and not a reflection of the Guest House itself. The AC unit in my room would not turn on, but there was a fan and screened doors/windows. I never asked about the AC (it may have been operator error), the room stayed cool enough on its own. However, the open doors contributed to the loud construction noises. You can order food downstairs, I found it quiet delicious! Overall my experience was pleasant. I would stay here again, and recommend it to a friend. :)
The accommodation is really close to the beach and amenities. The rooms are decent and clean, above all loved Ms Pong’s service, she was always keen to help and book us really good deals on tours and transfers. If u need a reliable and scam-free service she’s definitely the one to look for!

Lovely place. Spacious, comfortable and clean rooms all for a reasonable price. Location is perfect, a couple of minutes down the road and you’re on the beach, also close to many bars/restaurants. Lady who ran the place was already very friendly and helpful and even gave us a free postcard! Would definitely come back again.
The lady boss is very kind. Suggested a lot of things to us to explore Krabi.Helpful as well. She cares a lot for we both. Nice! :)
the incharge is an rude old lady. as it happened during my stay I had to book through Agoda app and she charged me 150 baht more for an air conditioner, though I had booked for a fan only room, which was ok for me. and I had to extend the stay so i booked for 2 more days... however, she was not happy that I m making my bookings through Agoda and insisted that I should pay her cash because according to her Agoda is looting her...

Best hotel with best location..Best is the owner of this guest house. She is very kind and very informative.
We did enjoy our stay at the Sea World Guesthouse because of its location (less than 100m from the beach, 1 million restaurants very close) but above all for the incredibly helpfulness of its owner! She was absolutely kind with us (and my daughter aged 3), and answered our least questions. She advised, managed and booked visits for us with negotiated prices. We would have paid twice otherwise! At the beginning I booked for 2 nights but we stayed 6 nights more as it was so great. Rooms were spacious, cleaned; we appreciated security box, fridge, fans and aircon. Many thanks from my spouse and I and our little "Ling" ;-)
Location is superb if you plan to go on boat trips and beaches. Friendly service also.....
Close to the beach, very basic but for the price you can't complain. The owner of the guesthouse was absolutely lovely she arranged everything we needed and was very accommodating.
Much like its matriarch. We stayed here because it was the only room available on agoda. Pro: great location; very close to the beach and ferry point to Railay. Room was of a decent size, had a good view, and a balcony. Cons: the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. Think sleeping on a potato sack filled with cotton. Poor water drainage in the showers. Many mosquitoes in room. Unpleasant room lighting and decor. Dangerous stairs.
Our stay at the sea world guest house was quite pleasant! We stayed two nights here, and 1 night next door beforehand at the PK mansion. Sea world blew PK mansion out of the water, especially when it came to customer service. Clean affordable rooms, free water & wifi, great location... (2 min walk to Patong Beach), and wonderful staff. The main woman who seemed to be running everything was extremely friendly & helpful in giving us advice and helping us book things.

- owner & staff not friendly, too lousy, too strict and very calculative - towel not change everyday - bedline not change everyday - fridge & water heater not function - we come with 7 people for 3 rooms sharing but we need to topup 200bht per night because of more than 6 people. Before we take the room key, we pay 600bht for 3night but suddenly he want to cancel it and want to find other hotel but the owner refuse to return back his money eventhough yet check in that room. - we are frustrated with the owner & staff
Unhappy. The staff is not friendly. The staff said every floor got wifi but in our room @ level 2, wifi is not functioning. The room is little bit dirty. The bed sheet & pillow sheet smelly.
I like stay the hotel because near to beach and easy to walk street at Ao nang Beach
Sleeping arrangement was comfortable, but the bathroom was awful. Couldn't have stayed there longer. Lucky it was for only one night.
overall is good, near to the market street, restaurants and beach. the room is clean with cheap price. friendly staff with helpful information.

Strange place. Even if it was cheap it was in no way value for money. Very noisy till late, queen size mattress on king size bed, strange bathroom like if made by a 16 year old do it yourselver. The location is good but there are so many to choose from there...... if it was not after a long drive and for 1 night we would have left surely.
