Crazy during day time, complete quiet in night”

It is located just on the busiest beach of Koh Larn. Usually all the visitor will return to Pattaya in the evening, so leaving total quiet night for the resort stayers. We stayed there for 1D1N and electricity went off in whole Ko Larn Island in the evening, so it was a dark night with clear starry sky above the sea. The view and moments were good, however the load shading continued for a 7 hours, that was indeed tough .

Staying the night in Koh Lan”

I selected this hotel since it was close to the main pier. The hotel rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is friendly. Only down side is the front of the property is under construction at the moment. At first it was hard to find but once you figure out the entrance its easy. Looks like by next year they will have an open air mall or shopping complex in front of the hotel but I'm not entirely sure. The location is the best part.

Sealey Resort”

Staff friendly my room was clean there were no chairs in room or chairs and table on balcony which i found some what unusual ... could use wiper-seal on entrance door to keep leaves and insects from entering under it ... sprinkled cinnamon out of my cinnamon shaker, it always stops ants ‘ Moats ‘ from entering by disrupting their chemical trail along the doorsill and bathroom sink ... No food facilities so no breakfast ... 7-Eleven next door ... close to main street entrance for the whole beach area ... i would stay there again.

Great for a night on the island”

We were two couples wanting to stay on the island for a night. this hotel was perfect. The rooms are lovely, clean and really well kept. We didnt see any specific facilities this place might have but its also on the beach so what more do you need. This is a great place if you just want somewhere to crash for a night in a nice room.

The Good - Location; close to the pier/beach - 7-Eleven; right next to the hotel/resort The Bad - Location; crowded beach & everything around this area closed quite (around 8) early except the 7-Eleven The Ugly - Horrible WiFi; had to go out of my room to even connect to it.

Happy time with family , Clean hotel in a quiet area Good location So the beach can be walked to swim anytime Near seven, convenient But in the area in front of the hotel, during the day time, there will be Chinese tours coming down, there are a lot of people because there is a restaurant there, the sound is quite loud and people are quite busy.

Perfect Getaway spot in Koh Lann”

The hotel is located right next to the beach on the back of the island. However, despite locating there, there aren't many food vendors around. The facilities are great for a getaway. You will get a good sleep and a good time.

Quiet place among crazy beach”

Surpricingly this hotel can keep privacy even locating at the most crowed beach. No food at this hotel but you can find food a few steps away from hotel. However, all of them not open for breakfast and close before dinner.

Big Disappointment”

Not worth the price we paid at all comparing with the rude service we got and a basic room with 2 spiders. Hot water wasnt working. Bathroom door was a glass which means no privacy. Lady Staff were plain rude with angry face all the time. we didn't feel welcome at all. The hotel is situated in an over-crowded and dirty beach. Unpleasant atmosphere. If you are a lady. Bring your hair dryer. Because they dont have it for you. And don't even think about asking to borrow because they will pull that annoyed face on you with a no for the answer.

Rooms are old, even have specific smell. Balcony without chairs.

Terrible stay”

Don't try to stay in this place. There is nothing to there after 6pm, and the hotel is full of ants. I literally run away after 1 night and come back to Pattaya, althoght I payed already for 2 nights

not value for money”

near a crowded beach, the road to access the hotel is closed to vehicle from 9:00 to 15:00 so you have to leave the motorcycle and walk through a lot of people. The hotel looks very hold, no amenities but one roll of tissue paper, two towels, one container with soap and one with shampoo. The door cannot be closed well and the safe in the cabinet doesn't work. Feel unsafe and not really convenient

Easy access to 7-11 and beach”

Staff was unprofession and rude. only good thing is property has easy access to 7-11 and beach.

Clean new hotel, nothing more positive ”

Clean and new, most expensive on the island. Staff is not well trained and not up to the task, not kind with the customer. They said if booked with agoda, no breakfast. For $60 per night they could have given something.

Nice staff but unprofessional. Have many fungus and spore at headborad of the bed so I call staff she cannot move us to other room so we have to stay with its. No hot water. Cannot lock the front door from inside so we have to lock from outside and use the rear door. Breakfust make by order not buffet and this building for breakfast are under maintanance. The best of this hotel is the lacation very close to the Tawaan beach. there were big cockroaches from the toilet. In the midnight there were mosquitos... breakfast was no good. never use here again... good point is the only location.

Not ready yet”

It was not ready to give service as hotel. Room was not cleaned properly. Breakfast was made to order, not buffet style. No hot water.

Quiet atmosphere, but noisy outside the hotel. No Restaurant.
