Honeymoon at Sheraton Hua Hin”

I have to say I choose the right hotel for my honeymoon, Sheraton has arranged for a free champagne with special decoration for my room. It's indeed very thoughtful from the management team, room is huge, quiet with pool access, also have unique design that feature a window that can see through the toilet. I have truly enjoy my honeymoon stay in this hotel, with great pool, marvelous room for the night and great breakfast in the morning. I must say, I'm already missing my stay in Sheraton Hua Hin and can't wait to plan another trip back to this hotel. Apart from the hotel itself, Hua Hin is a nice town which I think people ranging from hotel staff, sellers in night market, taxi drivers to policemen on duty are generally helpful and honest to deal with. I also have some of the good genuine massage in town and me and my wife have truly enjoy our stay in Hua Hin. My trip is basically 5 days Bangkok, 4 days Hua Hin. Bangkok has not been able to impress me nowadays compare to years back. Things are getting pricey and taxi no longer use meter to run. Hua Hin on the other side still preserve the nice virtues of Thailand that has in the past attracts so many tourist to this country.

Sheraton Hua Hin: Your Relaxing Escape”

Sheraton Hua Hin is a paradise of escape. About 2 and a half hours from Bangkok by taxi and you enter a world of relaxation, spas, water (and more water). My ground storey apartment was well appointed and had everything except free wifi. Sorry, but this is my hobby-horse; you should have wifi for free. Would a hotel offer you a room without a TV? No. Why ask you to pay extra for wifi. yes, yes it's free in the lobby areas, but who wants to keep lugging a laptop to a public area to use internet? My apartment was ground floor and when I walked out onto my patio, I could open a glass door and plunge straight into the "snake" pool that runs the whole property down to the infinity pool (and beach). It's a great concept! As you would expect, Sheraton does it well in all areas. Breakfast was included for me and everything you could wish for was here in a no-fuss, relaxed environment. Just want to read Dan Brown's new novel surrounded by water and in peace and quiet with a luxury feel? You should consider Sheraton Hua Hin.

Always meet its standard”

I often went to Sheraton Hua Hin resort about once a month in average, mostly on the weekday to avoid the crowd. It has always been a good experience, relaxing with large swimming pool and their super comfort and large bed. The buffet breakfast contained various selections and included in the promotional package we bought. Also had a chance to have dinner at Luna Lanai (the restaurant by the beach) which served pretty good Thai food (E-sarn) and seafood.

Great room and outstanding helpful staff!”

We’re impressed on very helpful staff when we were at the hotel. We’ve forgot something from Sheraton Pranburi before coming to Sheraton Hua Hin. So we’ve asked the staff who we met at the reception (Khun Belle) when we checked in on Dec 7, 2020 around 5 pm. She was an exceptional helpful staff to coordinate with Sheraton Pranburi to get stuff for us on the next day! You’re great Khun Belle! We’ve really appreciated on your excellent support! Unfortunately I couldn’t remember her full name. Thanks again Khun Belle. We will definitely visit your property again!

Exceptional”

Well my wife and I spent 8 fantastic days at the Sheraton Hua Hin commencing 1 Nov 18. What a beautiful place, what a fantastic relaxing resort and the staff were the best that we have encountered in our travels. The restaurants were great but a bit pricey and the buffet breakfast was incredible. We are looking forward to booking our trip back to the Sheraton for next November. Thanks to all the staff at the Sheraton for making our stay memorable.

I felt very good to stay at the Shereton Hua Hin Resort & Spa and also had a good memory here. This hotel is the great hotel, good standard and also good performance. All staffs are very nice, always say "Hi" & care of customers. The location of this hotel is very nice, especially the swimming pool and private beach. This hotel is very model style and cleanliness. Finally, I think this hotel is value of money and I would like to come back again.

All the facilities and location are always fantastic. The only problem that I found was the service of The Deck's restaurant. Last time I stayed at Sheraton on 01-03/05/19.I found that the staff at The Deck was not enough with guests. This time I have been rejected for some dish set's request. In Dining's staff informed me that Sheraton will charge me for the special dish set's request. I always take my vacation with Sheraton Hua Hin more than 7 years and I've never been informed like these before. That makes me feel a little bit upset about their staff.

Beautiful location”

Having stayed in numerous Sheraton hotels throughout the world I arrived here with high expectations and form the moment you turn into the comlex you cannot be dissapointed. Even though the hotel is a few kilometres from The popular resort of Hua Hin its locacation is perfect. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly and offers everything that one could expect in a 5 star hotel and offers superb value for money.

Well worth the trip”

The Sheraton at Hua Hin is an incredible resort. They have great facilities for families with child care. Ideal place for relaxing with family and friends. The food is good but as in any place, it depends on where you eat and what you eat. The breakfast buffet was the best. An incredible variety of food and great service. I would recommend this resort to families and those wanting a classy and restful place just a few hours from Bangkok.

Beautiful hotel ”

Beautiful 5-star hotel with everything that comes with that. Situated between Hua Hin and Cha-Am. Very good food/restaurants especially the Japanese one. Gigantic pool. The beach is OK, but not the best in the area. The only negative, and that can be important for some, is that is in the middle of nothing. You can not walk to anything else than other hotels. We had a car so for us this was not a problem.

Stayed in Sheraton hua hin for one night and were so impressed by this resort. Highly recommended. Complimentary valet service was offered as we drove to hua hin. Staffs are friendly, cozy and spacious room with spacious bathroom as well.

Luxurious resort”

I enjoyed every minute at the Sheraton Hua Hin. I went with a family of people ranging from under 1 year to over 60. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Everything we needed was at the resort so we didn't have to worry about entertainment. The beach was just out the back and the pool with its jacuzzis, slides and fountains kept us busy for hours.

Amazing pool, great for families.”

The pool is the main attraction to this hotel, but everything else is good too. The food is good and very reasonably priced for an upmarket hotel, plus they asked me to join their hotel membership, which is free and gives you a 20% discount on all food and soft drinks. It was also nice that all the prices on the menus included all charges and taxes (I hate it when they're not). Staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nice. We have an 11 year old son who stayed for free as we booked a twin room with 2 queen beds, which are plenty big enough for 2 average people. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to Hua Hin.

Lovely & relaxing, highlight is the swimming pool”

We have stayed here many times over the years. The pool is definitely the highlight as it so big it never feels crowded. Rooms are fine, quite small compared to other hotels in the area. The Italian restaurant is lovely, good food and a lovely setting. The beach restaurant has amazing views but it takes a long time for the food to arrive after you have ordered! Kids Club is fantastic and the Spa is brilliant, staff are lovely. The beach is okay and probably one of the better beaches along the Cha-Am/Hua Hin stretch. Whilst we were staying at the Sheraton there was a wedding, which involved the front of the pool being taken over by a giant floating canopy and all the sun loungers which are usually are on the grass area, looking out to sea where removed, which was a shame. Completely understand that the hotel caters for Weddings, but no one mentioned this to us, not even when we checked in! It would have been nice to have been told that the a good chunk of the sun lounger area and part of the pool would be out of action for a day, rather than discover it when walking down to the pool! But aside from that a good weekend break and perfect for children. Wouldn't recommend for Honeymooners or Romantic get-aways!!

it is a wonderfull hotel, spacious rooms and good service. furthermore, a fantastic giant pool. breakfast is good too, many thinks to choose. the hotel is situated on an quiet place near the beach however close to cities such as hua hin and cha-am. it is well worth staying here.

A wonderful resort with beautiful big big pool”

A wonderful stay at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa. It's not enough to stay there for 2 nights. It's very relaxing to swim in the big pool. It is just a few steps to get into the pool.

Perfect Sunday Stay with toddler ”

I was impressed by the hotel design n great sea view! The swimming pool was impressive (regretted not booking the lagoon front rooms with direct access to the pools). However was glad that we stayed on Sunday n avoided the crowds as the hotel had only 50% occupancy, Traffic from Bangkok to Hua Hin was pretty smooth and fast... The children's club was very well equipped for all ages, the staffs there were all very friendly and welcoming.

Love the hotel. Always the first choice we pick whenever go to hua hin. Love the pool here. It is connected in circle and to the beach side pool. Pool access room is very convenient but not that private. It can be noisy at the morning coz the kids will swim pass your balcony. Garden view is more private and more quite. The breakfast here is one of the best. Kids' club is big enough for children to stay there for couple of hours. Perfect for family vacation.

You know what you get with the Sheraton, large hotel, excellent rooms, great staff and excellent choice of dining. The location for Hua Hin and Cha Am is ideal, right on the beach and the shuttle bus gets you into town for whatever you need, shopping or nightlife. The pool is fantastic, and wide choice of onsite bars and restaurants. Great place to stay

Great location for families. ”

Had a relaxing time at the Sheraton Hua Hin. Rooms were very clean with access to the lagoon. Plenty of activities for children. The breakfast was excellent and the snacks in the executive lounge were very tasty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.
