VALUE FOR MONEY WITH FAULTS”
This is my second stay at Sira Grande and it was generally very relaxing. Staff, Rooms and Location is of good standard although some issues need attention. Firstly as there are many Australians visiting this hotel I WAS disappointed the Australian TV channel was not provided. I find it strange there were many Thai channels but no Thai guests staying here. I queried this with Reception who informed me it is expensive to gain extra sattelite signal. A mystery as Australians rank in the top percentage of guests. My last few days saw the Swimming Pool turn a green algae colour.I work in an Australian Resort where Pool Maintenance is a top priority. Daily checks of Pool Filtration equipment and chemicals is most important for Guests health and safety. There is absolutely no excuse for the pool to deteriorate even though I WAS aware of water shortages in Patong. I would advise future Guests to be cautious when booking Airport transfer as one of their Drivers is a maniac on the roads. Speeding and weaving in and out of traffic for no reason. I think he has a quick death wish. I advised various Reception staff he should be sacked as their Driver. When booking a Room I advise future Guests to stay on mountain side of hotel as front of hotel gets hot afternoon Sun. I would like to thank Reception Staff for not charging two way Taxi fare when I went with Driver to pick up my Girlfriend from Airport. Most Taxi drivers will charge double fare for this service even though they have to go to Airport anyway!!! Where is the logic in that! Just greedy!! So thanks again to Sira Grade staff allowing me to do this. If the above issues are addressed then it will be all the better for everyone.

Nice pool roof top, clean room”
My stay 4 night was very nice. I've got very good price for relax room only. This hotel still new, everything was new &good, nice design as well, room with balcony. Unfortunately still no much review from customer. The room clean&tidy everyday. Nice bed, complete set for the room ie. Towel (4 type), kettle, coffee/tea, fridge, bathroom tool. I like the roof top pool, very2 nice ambience, beautiful view. But why pool & roof top access only open 10am -11pm & we can't swimming early in the morning. The staff espc reception very helpful & friendly. Minus : the Air con we can't set the degree, but its cool enough. After stay 4 night here, I have to move other hotel nearby because I already booked 4 month ago for hotel. Compare with this hotel which is 4 star and have good review, I would prefer to choose Sira. I recommend this hotel & would like to stay in here again if I came back to Phuket. Thanks.

Worth the value”
Our stay at Sira Grande was good and comfortable. Itemized review:- Location: It is strategic located at Patong, next to BanZaan wet market. Walking distance to Jungceylon and many other shops and Bangla Road. Room: Neat and clean room, with nice cleaner everyday (Our room doesn't come with Balcony, slightly down with that). Food: We didn't manage to try since there are plenty of foods nearby and BanZaan wet market. Facilities: We didn't try but visited swimming pool looks okay. Overall: Sira Grande is quite good and I will recommending others to stay with value of price.

Strategic location, friendly staff, ”
I stay at the Sira Grande Hotel with my friends for 2 night in November 2015. Next time i will come again for vacation & i will stay at this hotel because everything is near. Food court, bar, Bangla Road, transport, a lot of shop where you can buy sourvenie ,T-Shirt etc. The staff was very friendly to us. We don't have problem to stay here. They have the balcony & this is my favourite place to relax. The room very clean & pool at 8 level where you can spent your time. I recommend this is the best hotel to stay because you no need to good anywhere to get food, massage & entertainment. Sira Grande have its own standard even there are a lot of hotels here, i prefer to stay here again next year.

More than satisfied with the stay at Sira Grande”
Relatively affordable compared to other hotels, given its numerous good points. What I like most about Sira Grande, is its location from patong beach - about 10-15 min walk, less if you ride. its staffs were kind and well-mannered during my stay - able to handle all my requests. the hotel was really clean and comfortable to stay in. in overall, its really a good hotel to stay in for that kind of price rate you're paying for.

It's easy to go anywhere”
I was travelling with my mom and my 17yo cousin. We have booked relax rooms with window for three nights. Overall, my experience with Sira grande was very good. The location is perfect for us and we did really enjoy the rooftop pool. I went to Phuket on low season period so the hotel wasn't that full, I was enjoying the rooftop only with couples people. The room and the bed were very big, bathroom clean and they have prepared all the amenities expect hotel sandals (slippers) but it wasn't a big deal for us. I can say that the hotel management was working quite fast. I sent them an email and they responded very well. I have one suggestion to Sira that this could be better if they can add or give more variances for breakfast menu.

Awesome value. Great proximety to Bangala road, Banzaar market and shopping mall. Hotel seems a bit off the beaten track but its not. Staff were nothing but extremely helpful and very polite. We loved our stay here and would come here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sira Grande hotel for making our stay so pleasant

Great rooftop pool, close to everything”
This was our second stay at Sira Grande, the location is great, short walk to Bangla road, beach, shopping centre and markets. The rooftop pool is lovely and a nice place to spend the afternoon watching the sunset. Rooms are a little dated, though clean and comfortable. All of the staff were fantastic and always able to help with anything we needed.

Pleasently Surpised”
This was my first visit to Phuket and Sira Grande was the first of 3 hotels we stayed at. The idea was to use this cheap hotel as a place to sleep whilst exploring the island during the day and it was absolutely perfect for this. The room was basic but clean and reasonably modern- the only fault being a slight leak from the shower to the rest of the bathroom floor. There is a great pool on top of the roof for cooling off in and a cheap bar giving the rooftop a nice atmosphere. The hotel itself is situated perfectly for getting to the beaches, the mall and Bangla Road but being far enough away to keep the noise out. We rented a scooter for 200 baht from a local business meaning we could get anywhere we wanted in just 5 mins. The breakfast wasn't fantastic, but you cannot really complain for the price you pay. There are plenty of restaurants and street food markets around if you want something a bit better. All in all a perfect hotel if you want somewhere to sleep or rest whilst seeing Patong. Would definitely use it again!

The Sira Grande is located next to the main Party area but qiet for sleeping. The pool is nice, the gym offers not to much. The rooms are cleanand are equppied with a proper safe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice rooftop bar, good location ”
There was this lady at the front office (morning shift) who sounded rude all the time - not sure if its due to her not fluently-spoken English, but her tone definitely sounded bad. I was checking for the island hopping tour package and thought I could get some opinions from the front office as no one was around at the tour counter (which it seems like it is unattended 24-7). I then approached the front office and asked what is the recommended option and she went like "what island do you want to go?". I told her we dont have much idea/preference, hence we would like her to recommend, and she was like "What is the island name? Where do you want to go?" with frustration showed on her face. She was lucky as her colleague came over to help and started recommending options for us. For the 4 days 3 nights stay, we have never seen her putting a smile on her face, but only frowns and frustration. Other than the unpleasant service from the front office lady, the rest at the hotel was ok. The room is basic, spacious enough and comes with comfortable bed. The hotel is just right across the street from Junceylon Shopping Mall, and about 5 mins walk to Bangla Street. It takes about 10 mins walk to Patong Beach. The hotel is situated right behind the fresh market so at times we could smell the fish/seafood. They have some sort like a 'night food street' right in front of the fresh market, but the food is definitely overpriced especially the seafood stalls. The best thing about Sira Grande would be the rooftop pool & bar (but dont expect a huge pool since its on roof top) and we really enjoy spending our evenings there, chilling and swimming after a long hot out on the street.

Experience an awesome stay at Phuket”
My stay at Sira Grande was awesome. The hotel was clean and the staffs greeted us well. But when we checked out, we were accused of damaging the hotel towels and that was an obvious scam. Hence, we had to pay 500 Baths. That was very disappointing.

i feel that sira grande hotel is good location, because it is near banzaar market, juncelyon, bangla road, and many shop, thus it help us to easy to arrive those place within 5 min.The thing need to improve is the swimming pool time should open from 8am to 12am, bcs customer only will back hotel and swimming at early morning or late night, because the view at swimming pool is very nice during night, and one more is the breakfast have only little choose and not very delicious, thus i really hope that hotel can improve this two problem. thank you.

Cant ask for more”
Brand new hotel, in the perfect location, 2 min walk to big shopping complex. 5 min walk to Bangla Road. The staff were amazing. Always smiling, always helpfull. Rooms were great, clean, big, great bed and very good internet. Room service were very good. The roof swimming pool looked promising. It was not yet finished, but the owner (a realy nice guy) told me that it would all be completed mid August. A big thank you to the owner and the staff of the hotel for a great stay. I will be returning on my next visit to Patong.

Clean big room, good location with good service”
I'm a frequent traveler to Phuket, and have stayed in different hotel around Patong, by far this is the best hotel I have stayed so far. Upon check-in, was greeted with a big smile from the front desk, all my pre-request was all answered. Even come with a welcome drink at the roof top bar. Room was big and clean with balcony to me is a plus, out looking the mountain view. Room was clean everyday with fresh towels. The lobby tour desk guy was very helpful to attend to my needs. A small roof top pool was a nice to swim, relax and have a drink. Overall two thumbs up!

Great budget hotel”
Great location. Close to beach, bangla rd & jungceylon mall. Public transport blue bus (catch bus from the beach-15 minute walk) to Phuket town. Cost 30 baht each trip. You can also catch a connecting bus to Karon, Kata and Chalong for 40 baht each trip as well. Great pool/bar roof top with city views. Lovely mountain views as well. Staff are beautiful, welcoming and so accommodating. Remember this is a budget hotel. They don't provide: Toothbrush, toothpaste, razors and hair conditioner. Basic breakfast for 200 baht. Fried eggs, cereal, toast and some thai food. Tea & coffee. Basic cleaning every day-sweep floors, clean toilet, change bathroom towels and make bed. Don't change bed linen. Stayed 9 nights, no fresh bed linen.

Looking at the area, by far the best hotel, and at an incredible price”
Frankly, I was greatly surprised by the hotel: the hotel pool area was great, the breakfast was pretty good too, and the room didnt lack anything (although the views and the night noises produced by wild animals were rather annoying). The best part is the price, which is unbeatable in the area for the quality of the services and facilities provided. Very recommended, but be aware that sometimes they try to extra charge you for services you havent asked for)
