Excellent Location”

When I made the reservations, felt like their price was too high, but when we arrived, the price was fully justified. We have stayed at many mountain resorts and none of them could come close to the 'fineness' of Sirinati. It is at a class of the best hotels in Bangkok. Yes, it is not a 5-star hotel but it does come close. The materials used to fabricate the resort were all quality merchandise. The units were built on the hillside and so in the morning when the fog rolled in, it was a beautiful site. The only negative, the lighting in the room could be brighter and there should be some bedside lamp. The bathroom towels were of such quality, one could not imagine what it cost the resort to furnish the bathroom with them. The bed/mattress/comforter were of the highest quality. We had hot water in both the shower and the bathroom sink. A fitting touch, there wer some small sweets in the room for our enjoyment. The breakfast buffet was excellent. the variety was excellent, omelets, eggs, 3 types of meat, toast, cereals, waffles, 5/6 different juices, even 3 or 4 excellent thai dishes. And of course, a premium coffee machine. The Sirinati is a 25/27 unit resort and parking was more than adequate. Since the resort is built on the hillside, they use an electric cart to deliver you and your luggage to your room, which was quite large for resort standards.

Fantastic...will go again”

Amazing hotel...luxury. Pay extra and get room with balcony, is so worth it for night view and morning. The breakfast is amazing, and you get incredible views with breakfast. Happy staff, great place....worth going to Khao Kho, so why stay 2 star....pay extra for Sirinati....worth it

Excellent property.”

Lovely hotel but built into a mountain side and has many steep steps. There is assistance available in the form of a golf buggy to transport you to and from reception and dining room and to your room. Dinner options good and the chef gets my thumbs up. Beer bottles are big size and only bottles of wine. Wine by the glass unavailable. Breakfast has an egg station and the usual toast, jam, marmalade, cornflakes, etc. but bacon not on the menu. Thai and Asian buffet looked good and plentiful. Restaurant has lovely panoramic views. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. Huge bathroom with good shower area. Hot water supply is good. Wifi is good and strong. TV only has Thai channels. This is my second stay here and I shall probably return. A bit on the expensive side but in an excellent location within Khao Kho national park and worth the extra for a comfortable stay.

Lovely and reasonably priced ”

During this season all hotels and resorts are a little less expensive than usual. Compared to its neighbors, I felt that Sirinati Resort was really well priced for the scenery it offered as well as the space. We were upgraded to the next room up (we originally paid for a ‘standard’ room) upon check-in for no extra charge. This was such a generous offer. The room had two large mirrors in addition to a huge sink counter. A grand view of the mountains, a huge patio and a daybed for lounging and snuggling. It is a beautiful set up— perfect for a romantic getaway.

Friendly staff, clean and big room with excellent scenery ”

The staff gave us welcoming drinks when we first arrive. They provide shuttle bus from lobby to hotel room and will help us carry bag to our room . Clean and big room, spacious bathroom. They serve english breakfast and has variety of choices. The jam itself got more than 10 flavour. Will come back here if i come to khao kho next time

Great value in Khao Kho”

We really enjoyed our stay at Sirinati. The staff were accommodating and ensured a pleasant visit. Breakfast was very adequate and also good. We had only 1 dinner meal at the restaurant but were impressed by the quality. Overall it’s a nice, quiet getaway that presents a good value for money. The rooms could perhaps stand a bit of freshening up, but I don’t think that detracts from our overall stay.

A beautiful resort with spectacular views”

The 'adult only' was a big plus for me. A tranquil and restful place, great for relaxing and enjoyment of the spectacular scenery and fabulous climate. The many stairways actually adds to the beauty and grandeur of the very well designed resort. The minus factor was the fact that the resort staff do not work round the clock. I find that very disconcerting. Everything shuts down after 10pm and does not open till 6am. No room service, no packed breakfast for sunrise hunters. The lobby is locked and there is no way to catch the beautiful sunrise or great view from there. A couple of the staff were friendly and cheerful but others especially the front office and reception were not very communicative albeit polite and courteous

Exceptional”

Convenient location to see the sun set and sea clouds at hotel and nearby locations. Excellent sumptuous with good varieties breakfast. We got upgraded to the 2nd floor better view, very nice room can also see a part of the sea clouds in the morning. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Drawback-many steps to the room, poor positions of lighting on stairs and paths towards the room. Wooden paths to room and stairs can be slippery in rainy seasons. Not suitable for people who has problems with leg mobility or wheelchair people. Some painting on walls, posts, chairs and some chairs recovering are required, but not that noticeable considering others good points. Care and attention on food and bathroom amenities. We have also bought their bathroom products, because of the nice smell, reasonable price. We will come again.

Great place, not so great staff”

This is one of the better hotels around Khao Kho area. The facilities are great, view is nice, room is clean. However, the staff tried to upsell us a room of a higher grade, when we refused, immediately their service level dropped. Throughout my 3 days stay, there were no eye contacts, no smiles, no greetings of any sort. I would recommend for travellers who are individuals and does not prefer interacting with staff. For travellers who are more out-going, you will not enjoy this place.

Excellent”

The rooms are clean and the hotel is located at a very nice area (just right next to Taran Talaymok Restaurant). The only drawnback is that there are many stairs which prove to be challenging for the elderly and anybody with knee issues. We stayed in a family room and we discovered that the sliding door at the toilet was spoilt. The staff did not really understand what we were trying to explain and even told us that it was part of the design. It was only when my husband explained in great details and length that they decided to come down to investigate and look at the issue.

Boutique to the Max”

Plusses: The wonderful UK-imported toiletries, the sleek modern design, the maximum use of glass to make the rooms seem spacious and airy, and the up-to-date bath fixtures. The bathroom space is nearly as large as the main bedroom area. The breakfast is 5-star with Twining's tea, gourmet coffees, and a great selection of Thai and Western food. The fresh strawberries available from a little field in front of the hotel units (100 baht for a big box). Minuses: Most of the units are located a mountain hike down into a valley (steps galore). It was OK when the staff, using their golf-cart, took our luggage down to our rooms upon check-in. The real challenge--getting all our stuff back up the mountain upon checkout--was met with non-response. For over 20 minutes, at around 8 a.m., we tried calling the front desk, but no one picked up the phone. It took three trips up the mountain of steps with all our luggage. OK, for people in shape, but a monumental challenge to elderly and young children. Yes, it's a problem arriving at breakfast drenched wet with sweat from a hefty morning hike. The view from the rooms is into the side of a nearby hill marred by farm-cultivated dirt fields. Not much to look at. The only good view is from the dining area of the restaurant. Many more nearby resorts with much better views. The hotel obviously caters to Thai clientele, as there are no English cable TV channels out of the 300 channels available. However, one or two of staff do speak good English.

Self Driving from Bangkok to Khao Kho ”

It is very easy to reach out the hotel as it is just near to the main road. It is just 300m away from Tanraktalaymok, a very nice place to take nice photographs and view sunset. The room is clean and nice ambient, however, the lighting was slightly too dim. The most disappointing thing was the room had a very unpleasant smell at around sofa area. We requested hotel to re-do the housekeeping, but the smell was never gone. The another drawback is the room does not have any table to put handbag, wallets, etc. They only have a small coffee table which i have to move it near to bed. In the middle of sleep, I realised that the unpleasant smell was came from the coffee table. It was really disgusting smell and cannot described its smelliness. Although the smell had disappointing me, but I really enjoy their breakfast. Don't have much choices, but they have a nice coffee machine, many types of fruit jams, peanut butters, chocolates from various countries. Their staff could speak English.

Overall is good - quiet , the resorts quit empty during low season ”

The place is beautiful, quiet location. We stayed in 2 bedroom 3 nights. My mom love it even if she had to climb up many steps. There is no groceries store around so you better pack up what you need before return to hotel. The breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful. The front desk is friendly but friendly is not enough. We asked front desk guy for the sliding door to be fixed at 8am but it was done only after we return to hotel at 1pm when I reminded him about it. same day, we were out the whole morning but the room has not been done. The guy was asking housekeeper through the radio if the room had been made up but the housekeeper responded that he told her we were in the room which is not. If you were not sure, why don’t you check if our car was there? What’s the point asking us to write our car plate number upon check in. He asked me to remind him again when I asked for room to be done after 4pm instead. If you can’t remember, plz write it down, we are not there to remind you

The great place to rest”

Great location at Khaokho. The first impression is there staff by they can take care every customer in same level. I use motorcycle for this time and I can park my bike at the car park. This is very nice thing.

The view from the room in the early morning is fabulous! Loved the special arrangements by the hotel staff (Nat). Will definitely return in future. Restaurant is only for hotel guests. food is delicious and the ambience is perfect for the occasion.

Nice View but a little far from the Cloud Sea Peak”

Hotel Room is a little walk from lobby and restaurant, buggy cart is provided but only from 7.30am to 8pm? Lobby and Restaurant will be closed between 10pm to 7am, so you cannot have a place to wait for any transport to pick up, instead you have to wait at car park in the dark. from the restaurant, you can easily see cloud sea from far apart. Room is huge with 2 beds and a super sized bathroom.

Totally I have good experiences in this resort”

I have good experiences in this resort this time even though I could not see the sea of clouds. 1. View from the facility: It is good at the sun set, in the night time and also in the morning. 2. Room facility: It is good size for the couple. Fresh air at veranda, Comfortable sofa, Good sleep in the bed, Wide shower room and many electric supply socket..... 3. Good service by the staff: All of staff has provided good support and service for us. Thank you very much 4. The location: It was easy to find the facility. 5. Open rooftop: It is not so many place provide it.... We can climb up to roof top every building of guest room. Then we can enjoy the view of the valley. Thank you very much

comfy bed and super breakfast”

room was clean and bed was very comfy as well as pillows compare to 5 star resorts. breakfast was 7 star and it was over expected, variety of fresh juice and bread spread imported from france and england. the only downside was towels, 1 got 2 pair one was grey and cream color both got full of stain. however i will come back with my own towel next time.

Disapointed”

i was really disappointed as the price and 4.5 stars was ensuring my expectation. i would rate this hotel as 3 star and my be price drop of 20-30% (at Agoda high season rate) would be recommend if the hotel should expect returing customer OR improve the services amities wasn't quite there yet. staff would be available at lease 1 person for 24 hours, golf car should be minimum of 2 in order to handle 33 rooms guests.

Quaint, Elegant, Modern, Tasteful”

The location is unbeatable in general, though we spotted some awesome-looking huts situated higher from us as well. In its favor, the hotel engenders a wonderfully open, expansive feeling throughout, the lobby/dining area overlook the ravine and the beauty surrounding in 360 degrees. I particularly enjoyed the wrap-around porch in the rooms; the vast open windows; the thoughtfully placed Swiss chocolates; the generally clean, open, and modern feel of things. Shower water was a little tepid but the bed was one of the most comfortable on which I've ever had the good fortune to sleep: all down, lovely fibers. Breakfast was fresh with a good, not overwhelming variety of selection.
