Great Value for Money”
This is the second time I stayed here. Each unit was a two bedroom but different layout. First unit was great, very clean and nice layout. Only issues were queen vice king bed, okay A/C in master bedroom and lukewarm shower. This current unit is also a great layout, maybe even better than first one. Water is hot, king size bed, great A/C and excellent upper deck for relaxing and watching stars. But condition of unit is only okay. Furniture very stained (guess different owner.) and dirty. Kitchen utinsels are all well worn. Reported two minor issues and both were resovled immediately. Would definitely stay at Sivana again because of the value for money, location, great restaurant and excellent staff.

Nice place to do staycation with your car”
Pro: - big space to stay with your kids and families. - Super chill and quiet place to spend some time at. - They also provide food service with reasonable price. Con: - location is a little bit far from the center of the town, so you must have a car to go everywhere, even the nearest 7-11 store is 1 km. far from the villa. - there are some 3rd parties staff always come in to check the swimming pool, water the plants, clean the garden WITHOUT ring the bell. If you care about the privacy, you must always close the curtains.

Brilliant but also scary”
We had a problem with crazy local girl. She was hiding in the villa when we come back. Then her brother turns up and we have to lock ourselves in house. We asked to call police but security were as good as an ashtray on a motorbike. They turned up again in the morning and the brother had a knife. Thankfully the day security guard held his ground and the staff were brilliant. Ten they went away. We left the beautiful villa a day early.

Dear Mr. Alexander, Thank you for rating and admire us. We would like to tell you the truth from our perception is you comes and check in with that local girl at the first day. She stays with you for 2 nights and use our facilities and services. every staff understood that, she is your friend until the third night. Security guard hear something strength at that night, she is screaming like a crazy. We don't know what happen or what is your problem. We can not kick her off until you ask & give us a permission to take her out. Our Security guard is stand by for 24 hours to take care of our staff, but they don't have right to involve with guest's personnel issue. Last but not least, I am the women staff to taking care and manage all the things for you at the last day that you stay here. Your comment is matter for us. Thank you very much
A little far off from town but worth the money”
Located in a quiet location, but it is worth the price tag. Hiring a driver is necessary. Place is clean but they don’t do housekeeping only after 3 days. So you’ve to maintain the cleanliness yourself. Take a cab to the market village to get groceries from Tesco if you are staying there long term. Remember to buy mosquito coil as there are many insects and mosquito in the villa. All in all villa is clean. Well maintained.

Birthday Treat”
The Pool Villa is amazing. Spacious and clean! However, they can really improve on their service , with providing cleaning and house keeping services eg. take out the rubbish. and change the towels. basically there is no service at this villa if you want to stay here. Won't even mentioned that I was the one who booked this villa for my birthday and having my passport details did not even prepare anything special for my birthday...disappointed.

Ideal place for group party. Private pool, spacious bedroom, living room. Full equipped kitchenette, pool table, BBQ equipment. What else you need?? Just a bit inconvenience as location is quite far from the closest convenient store, can't walk in the night. Anyway, will go back for sure :)

I stay here 2 night .it's a private small house but it has good facility. I feel relax and enjoy with my activity which I can do my house such as swimming in private pool,cooking with my family. Inaddition ,the room is so comfortable. I like this resort.

Feel like home villa, but need improvement from management”
It is a very nice place to stay both with kids and friends. Villa is equipped with all necessary things, clean and cozy, nice pool. But there are few points for improvement: 1. If it is stated in the description, that villa equipped by washing machine, it should be available at all villas. We were offered to change the house after checking in, because it was not available there. 2. The rule that guest must wash the dishes upon the check out and charging for this 300Bt is ridiculous. First, is not hygienic for the next guests, and secondly it leaves unpleasant impression, considering also that free housekeeping that should provided every 3 days, is not actually provided. 3. They need to improve the check out process in general. Each guest need to wait at least 15-20 min at the reception, until she goes to each villa for inspection. If all above points are improved, the place becomes absolutely pleasant to stay!

Pool is a bit smaller than we imagined, the indoor poor is with chlorine. The big pool at the club house in salt water system. The included breakfast is less than advertised on the menu, no set C (with pancake) which is everyone's favorite. The room service food is only from 8 am. - 6 pm. toiletries are towels, shower gel and shampoo. The house has fridge, microwave, stove, outdoor grill. Plates, bowl, spoon, pan and pot are equipped as well as some dish-washing soap. You can cook and clean before you leave.
