Go to Bangkok to stay at Sivatel”
We cannot think of one negative about our recent 5-night stay at Sivatel. It is a modern, clean, well-located facility with every amenity one could want. From our warm welcome complete with cold fruit smoothies to the considerate farewell accompanied by sack breakfasts since we were leaving the hotel before breakfast, everything about our stay was wonderful. The comfortable suite was spacious and very clean. Floor to ceiling picture windows in the sitting room and the bedroom provided unobstructed city views. There was even a large walk-in closet. There were two large flat screen TVs, one in the bedroom and the other in the sitting room, with Apple TV technology. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable and offered a variety of pillow options. The extra-large bathroom was great for getting ready in the morning, and was well-stocked with more than the usual complementary toiletries. The buffet breakfasts beside the pool left nothing to be desired. The food was varied with a huge selection of items that included both Asian and Western. The staff was always eager to provide tourist information and/or arrange day trips. The convenient location of the sky train (about 100 meters from the hotel) made getting around the city very easy and inexpensive. And and the hotel, only two stops from Siam Square, was surrounded by national embassies. There were many restaurants within walking distance of the Sivatel, and we learned to our dismay on our last night in BKK that one of the best is the restaurant in the hotel. Had we known, we would have had dinner in the hotel more frequently. One of the best reasons to go to Bangkok is to stay at the Sivatel.

Comfortable, centrally located ”
My boyfriend and I stayed at Sivatel on the last night of our 2-week trip to Thailand. We had previously stayed in Bangkok for 5 days at the beginning of our trip in an AirBnb - for this last night we wanted to stay somewhere comfortable, a bit more luxurious, and that had a pool. Sivatel checked all those boxes. We were surprised with an upgrade to a suite upon arrival - the room was lovely, well decorated with a great view, very comfortable bed, huge bathtub and shower, robe/slippers, complimentary water bottles. They also offered pillow service - you could call reception to send you 5 different types of pillows! The pool itself was great and has an incredible view of the city - our only note was that it could have been a touch warmer. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and arranged a well-priced taxi for us to the airport. The hotel is very centrally located, just a block from the Ploen Chit BTS stop - great for getting around the city. Highly recommend!

The best hotel I ever went to”
Firstly, this hotel really impressed us that the room is gigantic, unlike many hotels it has a living room and a cloakroom, with not only a shower but also a jacuzzi. The food is extremely good🥖🥓 especially the hashbrown and bacon. Plus the location is excellent, it is near to some shopping centres. The room price is quite reasonable since the hotel is newly renovated. I rate this hotel a five-star hotel. Overall, Sivatel Bangkok is comfortable. When we arrived the keycard was temporary malfunctioning though, but the staff is friendly and helpful to our problems, and it is also near to BTS, great hotel!!👌😉.

Amazing Deal”
After travelling around Thailand with a friend for a month we decided to treat ourselves on our last night in Bangkok. After looking at Agoda we found an amamzing deal for the Sivatel. We had already said we wanted an infinity pool and a high rise, so this hotel ticked all the boxes. Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming and ever so friendly, we were offered chilled towels and a juice whilst we checked in. The room was amazing (bigger than my flat in England!) We even had a menu for our pillow choice! Lovely spacious bathroom with huge shower, I also enjoyed taking my robe and slippers out of the walk in/out closet! The pool was lovely and I very much appreciated the complimentary towels after travelling with the same towel for all that time! After a lovely nights sleep we sadly checked out but I will always remember my stay at the Sivatel. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Excellent hotel, best service in Bangkok!!”
We arrived late, due to plane delays from Australia. Tired, hungry and grumpy we were greeted by wrm, welcome staff. Whisked up to the 17th floor for check in. We were given lovely refreshing drinks with a cool face cloth to refresh ourselves. Check in took less than 4 minutes and up to our suite. The view was amazing, pretty lights of Bangkok, huge suite and an amazing bathroom. The beds are to die for. Soft, comfortable and the best nights sleep. You even have a choice of pillows, five different sorts to chose from. I have stayed at many five star hotels in my life and the Sivatel makes those hotels look four star. For exceptional standards in, service, welcoming, helpful staff, beautiful rooms and xcellent location. You must spend some time at this hotel. Thank you Sivatel and staff.

Very comfortable hotel and great service”
we had a fantastic stay at the sivatel. hotel was very conveniently located with easy access via the mrt to the best shopping centres in bangkok, all of which are 1 to 3 stops away. it's also very close to the "4-face buddha" (if you're into that sort of thing). breakfasts were great, as was the infinity pool with the city as the backdrop. the staff were also excellent, always willing to help with a smile. our particular thanks go to one ms. rungravee d and mr. thanaphum. if / when? we return to bangkok, sivatel will be on the top of our list of hotels to stay at.

Great choice for a nice vacation in Bangkok!”
This is the 2nd hotel for our first time visit to Bangkok, and it surprised me after experiencing another nice hotel -- Sivatel is even better!! The satisfaction started from our arrival to the hotel, followed by the warm reception, great room decorations and numerous careful details to make you feel "wow!!", and a nice view of a green area (the hotel is located in front of UK embassy in which there are a lot of trees). Swimming pool is at 8th floor, letting your enjoy an open view when swimming, how nice!! Not much food selections for breakfast but the taste is good. If it needs to point out some defect, I'll say the Apple TV in each room can only give a good first impression but turn out the video quality is quite bad and disappointed. But overall speaking, this hotel left us a very good memory for this trip.

Amazing hotel”
My stay at Sivatel was great. The staff, specially the concierge services were outstanding in caring for my every need with a smile on their faces which is remarkable. The rooms are spacious with a en-suite living room and quite big bathroom with a bathtub and shower space. I had an amazing view from both bedroom and bathroom. The food at breakfast was good and in room dining was also OK. The only downside was the localization. Indeed is close to the skytrain but the skytrain only covers half of Bangkok - mostly the new part. It is perfect if you are not a new comer to Bangkok and you don´t need to travel so often to the old part of Bangkok (the west side where the temples, chinatown, khao san road, the main monuments and major museums are located). The traffic in Bangkok is what you would expect in a vibrant asian city and more than once it took me 1:45h on a cab/tuk-tuk to get from one side of the city to the other on the account of traffic jams. I would definitely consider staying in again.

A quiet hotel”
we had no idea what to expect out of sivatel, but overall it delivered what it should deliver. the staff were nice and accommodating, as well as very helpful. the buffet breakfast was just right, not overwhelming, but enough to satisfy even gluttons. features of the room were very good, complete for a very comfortable stay. for a suite it was a bit cramped, but not to the point that one would get annoyed -- still quite good. we appreciated the serene nature of the hotel the most -- no screaming kids (even though there were kids about), no chaos in either lobby, and so on. location also turned out to be good; while it was not at the center of thngs (which to us was a plus because it was in a quiet area), it was still within walking distance to the bts and shops and restos. the only glitches we encountered were a delay in the airport pickup and a mixup in the mealboxes on the day of departure. and perhaps the rather stingy supply of bathroom essentials like bath and shower gels, lotion, soap, and shampoo. (we were four in all and we all took baths twice a day, but there were just single, small tubes of lotion, scrub, bath gels, and shampoo and conditioner per bathroom). but the great stay we had at sivatel more than made up for that.

Good hospitality, pleasant stay”
Staff are with good hospitality, we are 4 ppl group, with husband & my parents which had booked 2x one bedroom suite. The Hotel can able to fulfill my request at same floor & room next to each other, & with at least 1 room in late check out. Room is spacious & well maintained. Air-condition can be easily adjusted the room temperature although there are 2, 1 is living room & the other is bedroom. My booking was included Breakfast, it is a la carte with semi-buffet, taste is good, I like the egg benedict a lot, while my husband took the spaghetti with organic tomato sauce which can be comparable with Italian restaurant. Didn’t have enough time to try the gym, but did enjoy the swimming pool a lot. Few steps to Central Embassy due to its opposite of the hotel. 5 mins walk distance to Ploenchit BTS. The only complaint is the traffic if you go to the Hotel by taxi, or limousine becoz so many cars on the road, but that’s Bangkok. Of coz, this is nothing to do with the Hotel, & why don’t take BTS since it’s the most convenient. Anyway, we’d pleasant stay with Sivatel during our 4days trip.

Nice hotel close to Skytrain station”
Generally we really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Sivatel. The room (Regal Suite) had modern interior designs and furniture, and a comfortable bed, which made for a nice stay. The view from our 24th floor room was really good, if you don't mind the sight of the building construction area west of the hotel. Location was also pretty good - close to the Skytrain network. Biggest con was the fact that there weren't much in way of preparing and storing food in the rather small "kitchen" area of the room. The spa was also slightly too small. The staff were friendly, but at times a bit overeager to please - this could be due to the fact that few guests were staying at the hotel when we visited Bangkok in November.

Excellent stay in a high quality hotel”
We stayed 5 days in Bangkok and made an excellent choice with the Sivatel. Great connection from / to the airport and other places via the Sky train. Shopping malls directly around the corner. Had a suite on the 22nd floor with an amazing view over the city of Bangkok. Rooms were very large and well equipped. On the 8th floor you have a pool which has a great view over the city. There were construction work around the hotel, but nothing which impacted our stay negatively. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of choice. All staff was very friendly and customer oriented.

Big Rooms, Cozy Services”
I stayed in Sivatel for 2 nights for business. It is quite a new hotel (or newly renovated?). Fewer than a hundred rooms, and all rooms are suites. Therefore, you can get really good and attentive services from the hotel. And you don't feel like crowded and noisy in the breakfast place as in most of the large tourist hotels in Bangkok. The location is convenient too, just 5 mins walk from BTS stations and walking distance to choices of shopping malls, restaurants and bars.

I will rate 8 out of 10 for the hotel”
As compared to the one i stayed in Pattaya, Sivatel is much much much better. The room size is perfect. Toilet got bath tub + shower. It has a changing room just right beside the toilet, which is very good us too (you can just put ur swimsuit there and go into your shower when you come back from the swimming pool!). I didnt include breakfast for my stay so i can't do any comment for it. The staff are sooooo nice and very knowledge about the local sightseeing spot. She gave us a very detail briefing when we just arrived Bangkok. My GF was very impressed for her customer service standard. One thing i think is not good enough is the swimming pool. The floor inside the pool was a bit dirty but it is still acceptable. The swimming pool close at 8pm, so please go there earlier (the night view is soooooo nice and it is amazing to enjoy the nice view after a long time walking in the city). In terms of location, it just right beside the BTS station (around 2/3 mins walk) which is super convenient for us too. The lobby's staffs was very polite and nice as well! I will definitely staying at Sivatel again if i m travelling to Bangkok!

One night visit”
I chose Sivatel because two of my friends were staying for a stop over in Bangkok between Sri Lanka, Krabi and India. The hotel was more expensive than i would usually choose but i had a special discount on my booking. The "room" was in fact 2 rooms - a bedroom with easy chair and plasma screen internet TV interface, bathroom with bath in addition to shower unit: and a comfortable living room with sofa, easy chairs, office desk, small table and chairs, similar plasma screen internet TV interface. there is a door between the 2 main rooms but a link via the walk-in dressing room and bathroom is an alternative route to the bathroom and bedroom. The staff was courteous, attentive, friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, mostly positive”
First the positives. The pool is lovely: it's a nice infinity pool that looks out over the skyline. Although the price of a room at the Sivatel is consistently more than what it costs elsewhere, between the pool and the free wifi it probably makes up the difference. But just. Also, the rooms are huge, so if this is something on which you place a premium then Sivatel is for you. The main problem is actually something that will go away naturally: first, it's new, so nobody knows about it. If you go out anywhere and want a taxi, it's a real hassle to get them to take you back - even with the name and address in thai script, and even with a map. This hassle is actually enough to make me think twice about staying there in the next few months, though presumably it will be less of a problem soon. The other issue is breakfast. American breakfasts in non-western countries are typically second rate, and this is no different. But you have no other option. It would be nice if there were a thai style option, if only to be able to have a breakfast that is good. Finally, when we got a taxi to the airport, the hotel staff who called the taxi didn't make sure the guy used the meter. Obviously this is partly my fault, but I was less on my game since I assumed, wrongly, that the staff at this very expensive hotel I'd just been staying in would look out for me. They did not, and that was disappointing. Being ripped off in your last transaction before leaving doesn't make for a good exit memory.

Superior service and friendly staff”
Sivatel service was exceptional except for its breakfast buffet. The counter staff was rude and sounded like he is demanding for our room number instead or requesting. The breakfast buffet spread was small and a few of the fried fish dishes tasted soggy and mushy. Room service was good. Bellboy is really attentive and helpful and he recognises the hotel guests. Hotel room was tastefully furnished, spacious and well-equipped. The only flaw was that the room 3G signal was quite bad and the wifi tends to disconnect when i'm on the bed. Bathroom was enormous, clean and comfortable. However, the water temperature often fluctuates. (Might be due to the construction site beside Sivatel) Sivatel sent a letter regarding the noise made by the construction site but my 3 days of stay was perfect. It seems that their rooms are pretty sound proof.

big room and bts nearby”
i booked a 5 nights with sivatel cos of it great location near phloen chit bts. the spacious suites room is nice n modern. the mac internet on tv screen is cool n wifi is free. they are generous to provide more then one wifi if u have a iphone n laptop. the breakfast is just basic variety make it the weakest point for them. the other thing not so satisfy is the water from the shower is weak too. you can enjoy quiet and relaxing atmosphere in this hotel, staff are friendly n helpful too.. overall, enjoyed my stay with sivatel..

Beautiful hotel with quality service”
Sivatel hotel in bangkok is located in the city centre. It is 5 mins walk to Pleonchit BTS Station and well connected Siam square, Siam Paragon, MBK, etc. The hotel pool has a nice view of the city and has a relaxing feel. Most importantly, the hotel provides tip top service to guests and you will feel very welcome and definitely will come back again.

Big Room, High Tech Rm Facilities, Caring Service ”
When I arrived, the receptionist brought me to the lobby on 17th floor checking in, we were asked to sit on the sofa with an iced towel and fruit prunch. Unlike another hotel, we needa stand at the counter waiting for the key! Big Room w/ WIFI service, Apple TV and internet service really impressed me. Very surprsing to see the birthday cake on the coffee table when I went back hotel on my birthday, it is so caring :) Only one station to Chit Lom & NaNa saved much time on transportation. It takes only 5 mins to reach the BTS station. there is also escalator inside Home Pro Plus, the building next to Sivatel, so that you need not to walk stairs but inside a a/c mall. Almost all taxi drivers do not know the exact location.....luckily have my local fd who explained to the taxi driver every time. All staff overthere are very helpful & polite!
