This hotel is located very near to eatery and walking distance to shopping mall. Although it doesn't include breakfast, there is a dim sum shop just next door which provides great dim sum for breakfast. There is a bar or pub nearby which their singing volume is loud. If you are a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider on this hotel.
I highly recommend staying here. It may be far from Johor Bahru city itself but it's located near to really great foodie gems in Skudai. You have to have your own transport (you'll need a vehicle in Johor anyway since there's no reliable public transport here) but other than that this place is excellent for its location and price!

It is quite comfortable stay at RJ hotel, the staff is given good services, friendly & with nice smile. The room is quite clean and look like just renovated. Overall is good, just on the first night, that's mouses on the ceiling so we can heard a lot of voice when the mices is moving, but it's been catch by the staff on the second day.

The apartment looks exactly like in pictures. The location is very serene and peaceful. Place is clean and comfortable for a family of 6. Very near to Sutera Mall if you want to look for food and groceries. I'm in love with the space especially their minimalist interior design. Thumbs up and will stay again.
Great location and easy to get around mall as well as f&b. My family and relatives had a great stay in SHINY homestay, it is a big house and very clean. Host is very friendly and easy to communicate. However, there is room for improvement by providing more kitchen utensils and a microwave oven, so that next tenants can reheat their foods easily.

Got a corner room with windows facing front. It was too noisy since cars and motors passing by the highway at night, couldnt sleep at all. Luckily the staff allowed us to change to another room which is more quiet. Overall it was okay.

This is not a hotel it is a home stay. I got upset When I discovered about this at last hour. You have to wait for property owner yo handle you the key. You still see owner personnel belonging in the facility. She is difficult to contact I don,t think I will chpse this place again.
