แม่เลี้ยงเดี่ยวมีลูกสาวอายุ 9 ขวบ. พนักงานเป็นมิตร ช่วยเหลือและต้อนรับอย่างดี ลูกสาวของฉันเสียใจมากที่ต้องลาเพื่อนใหม่ ลาลา และเนย์เนย์. ห้องพักสะอาดน่ารัก เตียงใหญ่มากและสระว่ายน้ำดี. จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอนและแนะนำให้กับครอบครัวอื่นๆ
นี่เป็นครั้งที่สองที่เราเข้าพักที่ Suri Pat House และขอแนะนำให้เข้าพักที่นั่น สถานที่ตั้งที่สมบูรณ์แบบสำหรับการเดินไปยังจุดหมายต่างๆ เจ้าของธุรกิจคือครอบครัวที่น่ารักและบริการดี ห้องพักมีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และสะอาดมาก ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียวคือสระว่ายน้ำเย็นมาก แต่สำหรับเราไม่ใช่ปัญหา เรายังจะพักที่นั่นอีกครั้งแน่นอน
เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักส่วนใหญ่ขอบคุณพนักงานที่มีเสน่ห์และช่วยเหลือที่แผนกต้อนรับ Nei Nei - ไม่แน่ใจสะกดชื่อของเธอ แต่เธอได้ทำทุกวิถีทางเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเราสนุกกับตัวเอง! สถานที่ตั้งเหมาะสมกับเรามาก - ใกล้กับสถานที่โปรดสำหรับอาหารเช้าของเราและระยะทางเดินไปยังคลาสทำอาหารไทยของฉันก็ง่าย สระว่ายน้ำมีแสงแดดจำกัด แต่โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักของเรานั้นสนุกสนาน!

สะอาดดีค่ะ เข้าของโรงแรมน่ารัก ใจดี มีสระว่ายน้ำสะอาด เล็กนิดหน่อย แต่พอว่ายได้
Overall good place, stuff is not very friendly though
Not only are the rooms cozy, the staff are kind and helpful too!
I was recommended this place and was disappointed. Hair in my shower, ants in the room, pillows were plastic and rock hard. Otherwise staff are nice and location is good.
very old and not very clean
The staff's knowledge of English was very limited, which made communicating our requests very difficult. The rooms were fine, but not what you can normally get for that price in Thailand. Location was excellent.
Perfect guest house to visit Chiang Mai. The staff is really kind and helpfull.
The guest house is within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions. The streets around the guest house are lovely to explore and easily walkable (unlike other parts of the city, where the footpath isn't always there). It's clean and with a very big comfy bed. Thank you!

Loved my bungalow, excellent location on this beach (my favorite beach on the island), staff could not be more friendly.

Lovely guesthouse right in the heart of the Chiang Mai old city. Staff were fabulous. The pool area is nice and the rooms are clean and good air con in the room. Breakfast service was a little slow but tasty when it arrived. Overall would highly recommend

Throw in Ann & the crew for a super friendly & awesome staff, a clean refreshing pool & inviting landscaped plants & comfy beds and you have a recipe for the best hotel in Chiang Mai! We stayed here just over a week & for the money, you can't beat it. Everything is within walking distance. Right around the hotel is laundry, massage & restaurants. The weekend & night markets 15 min walk away. As I said the staff is super. We hated to say goodbye. Thanks Ann for everything. Certainly stay at this lovely hotel!
Really great spot for the budget traveler. Bang for the buck is unreal. Only drawbacks are that it doesn't come with complimentary bottled water (they charge 20 baht per small bottle) and there's some loud construction right next door. But we used that as an alarm clock to get us out and about! The staff are lovely.
Sri Pat is a sweet little guest house in the old city the staff is very helpful. The rooms are spacious & comfortable. Would highly recommend choosing Sri Pat. 🐘🐘🐘
The room was spot on and very good value for money. Location could not have been better as its very close to many temples and a short walk from the night bazaah. Loads of great restaurants all around this hotel and an excellent spot for coffee across the road. Really enjoyed our time here.

I loved the location and the character of this place, and, of course, having friendly and helpful staff. We were in a deluxe room which was really lovely. While there many hotels that are clean, have friendly staff and are in a good location, what set this place apart for me is that they have a filtered water dispenser in the lobby which I used to refill my water thermos. I figure over my 3 nights this saved about 12 plastic water bottles from the landfill ... one plastic bottle at a time can make a difference. More hotels should provide this option.
This is a very clean, well located guest house for a reasonable price. I had the standard room, which was nicely furnished and had a very small private balconey outside. The bed was huge and firm, but it was uncomfortable, felt like the springs were shot, dug into me all night. Also there is construction next door that is quite loud most of the day. It is very quiet after 5pm though. If you have a room on the other side of the hotel ( I was in 307) it might be better. The staff are super nice, very helpful. And I liked the lobby. Expect to supply yourself with water etc. There is a fridge in the room, but it is empty.
After 10 days on a dirt bike this room was amazing. Shower and bathrooms very clean. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. I wish that I could have stayed longer. I even had a small balcony. The reception has a beautiful alter behind it and you can sense the peace and serenity flowing throughout the whole hotel. The location has an amazing Massage studio footsteps away and you are staying in one of the older parts of Chiang Mai. It reminds me of travelling to Chaing Mai back in 2001. This is a great choice.

Brilliant stay at Sri Pat- spacious clean room, amazing staff, breakfast and location. Staff were so welcoming and more than happy to help us even going as far as heating up our leftovers from a cooking class for us. Room was kept spotless throughout our stay, huge bed and decent shower. Our only complaint would be the lack of plug sockets as we had one between us. This was a small inconvenience against a 5* stay. Plenty of resturant/ cafes s and laundry services nearby, will be looking no further if and when we return to Chuang Mai
Staff were very friendly and helpfu. We went in Jan and the pool was very cold. There was construction going on beside us so it was a bit noisy during the day. Rooms in chiang mai were in general not very sound proof and so it was similar case here. Location was great..everything you would want was walking distance. Was not a busy area at night time so it was quiet.

It is located in the middle of a majority of old city attractions and good food/bars. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their pool, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Great value for the money.
I recommend this guest house; Friendly and warm welcome and nice rooms. Excellent location: One can visit and walk around in the city ! In the same street, we enjoyed a really good coffee at Arte (20 meters), Wonderful fresh juices and smoothies (cheap) at Khun Kae's Juice Bar (40 meters)

Great location close to good food and walking distance to the night markets, good hotel atmosphere and room with wooden floors, extremely helpful staff, especially Ann, but all staff, extremely clean, with great hot water and great WiFi. No complaints, extremely happy
This family driven hotel is a perfect place to stay at when visiting Chiang Mai. The hotel is situated in a quiet and calm area, but still close to nice restaurants and coffee places. The staff is ver nice and helpful. We can really recommend this hotel.

We were only there for 2 nights but I fell in love with this charming guest house. the rooms were clean and big enough. The staff was the best. Very friendly and always smiling. It is located on a lovely street away from the busy main road. It is maybe a 15 minute walk to the night market. I highly recommend staying here!
Best neighborhood, just down block from the very popular and worthwhile Khun Kae’s Juice Bar and a short walk from Tapae Gate and Sunday Market. Great value for your money and staff is very kind. Not super quiet due to the street but I rested well.
Sri Pat was great value for the price we paid, very nice and helpful staff, the pool was clean and well maintained, if a bit chilly! Location is fab for access to the old town, try and get a room off the street as the motorbikes use the little road as a cut through and can be noisy in these rooms - we asked to be moved and staff kindly did so for the 2nd half of our stay. We had breakfast a couple of times, which was very good, but better value to be had outside of the hotel but when you're talking £3 for breakfast it's hard to moan! Beds were exceptionally hard, I had very bruised hips, I'm not super boney, but these types of bed seem to be standard in Thailand! Trips booked through the hotel were fairly good value, we had no unfriendliness from Staff when they knew we booked one of our trips separately, as others have reported, they were absolutely fine with us. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms basic but all you need and great shower pressure. Air con very effective if a bit noisy. Very good stay for what we paid, no real issues apart from bed which is because we are probably spoiled in England!
Just bit expensive to book taxi . But that no problem to take Taxi from the street .
Wonderful staff, really nice facilities, good and clean rooms, beautiful building, favorite CM neighborhood, close to wonderful market.
Stayed here for only one night. The hotel was clean and had the usual items required in a room. The shower was powerful. The staff where pleasant enough though not overly welcoming (basic things like showing you to your room not done - which is an easy PR trick) The swimming pool looked lovely but we did not have time to use it. Bed was comfy, and the mini private balcony was quite nice. The safe wasn't laptop compatible, but would fit passport and money - deposit required for key. I would stay here again though, but probably not my first choice as there are many places to stay.
Love the location, very clean and big rooms. 2 complaints.... shower drain clogged so drains very slow and bed is really hard so it’s good if you like that but I found it a bit too hard for my liking..
Staff was really welcoming, we checked-in arriving from the early morning train so way before 2pm and everything was ready (also september is low season). They also kindly and efficiently helped us for any question we had. Bed is huge and decoration lovely in the deluxe room. View is the only cons as you are mainly facing houses, even though there is a nice balcony. We didn’t try the restaurant as their are plenty of bakeries or nice restaurants nearby. Located in a calm part of the old city, you easily walk around to visit or take a cab to go further.
