The hotel is within walking distance of tourist attractions. Had a nice stay at the hotel. The room is clean and big. A 2 night stay is sufficient enough . It is also connected to a mall, the Shore. If you’re driving please be aware that the hotel is hidden behind the mall. You need to drive around to get to the front reception.

Lets start with the good. Price - good Room - good Bathroom - good And the bad Parking - weird Kids pool - nice but so many item broken Food - decent but nothing to shout about Lift - slow The review, I checked in for 2 rooms 2 nights with the fam. We purposely check in arnf 3.15pm on a sunday, knowing full well that the hotel need some time to clean and get the room ready. Unfortunately, we were made to wait until after 4 before getting our room. And the mall beside does not help either, its literally a dead mall, so we just sat idle there with our young kids, waiting. Once our room were ready, we when up and all is good, and brought my 3yo to the pool, she had fun, but the pool is a hazard, so many equipment malfunction, and broken tiles right inside the pool. You better fix that soon before shit happens. Another horror was the weird parking setup up, we stayed at lvl16, got to go all the way to Lvl G and then use a different lift back up to Lvl7 for our car. And finally, we when to our usual massage centre at night and only got home arnd 12am, we tried to unlock the door, but the keycard doesnt work. We go down to reception got it fix then only it work, this is abit annoying. But all in all, if you are not picky, this is an OK hotel to be at.

This hotel may be old but I find it clean. Everything in the room is in good condition. The air-con was superb. I don’t think I have any criticisms towards the hotel room. Reception service was very fast and professional too. No hassle at all. When I call for room service, I think the waiting time is just slightly longer but to compensate that, they have my requests all fulfilled. Thus, no complaints. At the coffee house, it was so packed. However, I see how hardworking the staff are so the queue is moving. Replenishing of food is not bad too. The coffee from the coffee machine is good. All the staff at the coffee house were very friendly and helpful. I think they are very efficient too. If not, they won’t be able to handle the large amount of customers. Overall, this is a value for money stay. Super good customer service which deserves 2-likes because nowadays, customer service everywhere is horrible. I’m so happy that Swiss is able to maintain good customer service. In addition, a very comfortable stay. So I’m all up for it again if I can the discounted rate that I’ve gotten. If it’s the normal rate, I might have to think thrice.

This time we chose premier king garden view with breakfast. The room is clean and has smart tv. I love the breakfast but less variety of pastries. But thats ok because their nyonya laksa is the best. The nasi lemak rendang also vey good. Maybe you can add teh tarik because malay and chinese love teh tarik for breakfast. Till next school holiday or long weekend holiday.
