Good hotel.”

I enjoyed my stay in Swissotel Bangkok Ratchada. Tidy room, great staff, excellent breakfast and so forth. There is a few worries about staying this hotel, although it is nothing to do with it. Now, there is 3 big Train Building projects are taking place on 3 main roads in Bangkok North. Latprao and the other 2 roads that go parallel to Latprao are fully under constructions. That causes awful heavy traffic jam i.e., it took me 1 hour to get to soi 101 Latprao from the hotel. Some taxis even refused to go. You got to be aware of the current situation.

Fantastic hotel, great value”

my boyfriend and i stayed at the swissotel le concord in bangkok in late january. we had a fantastic time and we found the hotel to be fabulous. our room was very impressive with a very large, very comfortable bed and a good view overlooking bangkok. the buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing and it had everything i could ever ask for. beautiful pastries, amazing meats and fruit and lovely asian dishes. the hotel itself is a long way from the centre of town of you are looking for parties and nightlife. we found bangkok traffic horrible so decided against taxis as it took us 2hours to get into town from this hotel once. it is very close to the subway though which was excellent. overall swissotel was lovely and i would highly recommend it.

Swissotel Le Concorde is Fabulous”

We stayed in the Swissotel for 17 days during which time my wife and I were ubdergoing major dental surgery at Bangkok International Dental clinic 500m down the road. We wanted somewhere we could sink back into, be looked after and pampered when we needed to. The staff here from bell boys, to management to maids were all fantastic and made every effort to make us comfortable. Food was great, but some variation in breakfast options every few days would work well. That said, the options were extensive and the food good quality. The suite we had was reasonably priced through Agoda, and good quality, clean and well maintained compared to other hotels in the vacinity we inspected prior to booking. Well recommended, and if we need to return for more dentistry we will stay at Swissotel for sure.

Great and beautiful hotel, the room is very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and they pay attention to details. The gym is one the best equipped gyms I have ever seen for a hotel and it is spacious. Location is very good for me as it is only about 2-3 minutes walk to Huai Khwang MRT, it is well connected by train: 1) 1 station away from Thailand Cultural Centre- Train Night Market Ratchada 2) 3 stations away from Phetchaburi where you can change train at Makkasan for the Airport Rail Link 3) 6 stations away from Kamphaeng Phet where it is an entrance to Chatuchak Market 4) 4 stations away from Sukhumvit where you can find malls like Terminal 21 or change to BTS train. 5) 8 stations away from Silom about 15-20mins train ride) I will definitely choose Swissotel Le Concorde once again for my next stay!

Luxury hotel with beautiful rooms”

the swissotel in ratchada is luxury defined. the room was spacious, had nearly every kind of modern amenity and boasted a great view of bangkok's central business district. the food in the restaurant was wonderful, and the pool and leisure area was more than adequate. the only possible negative comment i could have about the place, was that check-in took a very long time, despite us being the only people at the reception counter. not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. i would recommend the swissotel.

This was our first stay at the Swissotel Le Concorde Hotel in Bangkok. We were very pleasantly surprised at the service we received when we arrived at the hotel. We were welcome with a glass of chilled ginger drink and a sweet hostess who got us registered in an up graded Premier room. She than escorted us to our room telling us about all the features of the hotel. Our three day stay was very relaxing. Every night we went down for drinks the waitress greeted us with a Sawadee and a smile. She remember us by our names and asked if she would see us the next night. We could not have asked for a better stay. This is a five(5)star hotel at a three(3) star price. The staff always spoke to us in English and we never had a problem understanding any of them. When we return to Thailand we will stay here again.

we have stayed in the swissotel la concorde over 30 times. we are frequently in bangkok on business and for us it's location is excellent. It is close to freeways if you want to take taxis. It is also very close to the subway line. It is in real bangkok and not tourist bangkok. There are many open air local restuarants very near. The hotel staff are excellent. It is an exceptional value for the money. The rooms are clean and functional. Overall i would rate the hotel as a very very good 4 star hotel. Off special note is the concierge Mr. Chester who epitomizes service, knowledge and hospitality. He greets us warmly every time we return to bangkok

This was my second stay with Swissotel. My husband and I stayed at the previous Swissotel in Bangkok four years ago and had such a wonderful experience that we decided to stay there again. We were not disappointed. The Hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. I never had to ask for toiletries to be replenished. They have concierge service which is very helpful. We ordered room service and were happy with the quality of that. We enjoyed the bar facilities. and we were happy with our breakfast experience. It was just an overall good experience.

I've had a wonderful stay in swissotel Bangkok that is incredible cheap. Hotel room is big and comes with a bathtub though the television is kind of disappointing as they provide a 21 inches CRT tv. Location wise is great as it's a less than 5 mins walk to huay kwang MRT station. Would definately stay in swissotel during next visit if the price remains the same.

we stay in bangkok frequently. we have been staying at the swissotel la concorde many times over the last 5 years. we are in bangkok 5 or 6 times a year. We always look forward to staying in this hotel. It has an excellent location and is in the a residential section of bangkok near and entertainment area. the nightlife is wonderful and there are many local restaurants with great food and great prices. It is close to the subway.The hotel managment and staff are superb.

The hotel is located most conveniently next to the Huai Kwang MRT. So transport is easy and fuss-free - no traffic jams! The food served is great and inexpensive. As for the rooms, everything is perfect. The sheets are luxurious, toilet is similarly of a high standard, and the room comes with attentive and responsive staff. I will stay at Swissotel anytime and would recommend it to everyone thinking of going to Bangkok! No worries, no fuss! That's the Swissotel at Le Concorde!

Generous and Thoughtful .”

We Can not compliment the Swissotel Le Concorde highly enough . The hotel is where my wife and I had our first night after our wedding it was also my Birthday . Our friends who came to BKK for our wedding stayed in the SLC also and were very impressed with all the amenities and delightful staff , especially as they had their children travelling with them . We returned to the SLC for our anniversary . When I informed the efficient young lady at the desk that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and my birthday she immediately upgraded our room to a suite . After having a swim in the large swimming pool and sweating in the sauna we returned to our room and were surprised to find a cake and bouquet of flowers waiting for us . Needless to say the SLC is our chosen place to stay in BKK . My wife and I would like to take advantage of this opportunity to thank everyone from the very bright and enthusiastic doormen to the lady at checkout and everyone we had contact with during our stay . Lots of improvements”

Since my last visit to Swissotel at the end of 2011 I experienced lots of improvements during my recent stay. First of all, the huge lobby has been equipped with chouches and chairs that make waiting for friends or car much more comfortable. The WiFi is now free also in the guestrooms. The Fountain Cafe' that suffered from short supply of ingredients after the flood is now fully operational with a large variety of choices both for breakfast and dinner. The quality and the service at Takumi Japanese restaurant are still unsurpassed in Town. Is this enough to let me say thet my next stay in Bangkok will be at the Swissotel. yes, 100% sure!

Comfortable and awesome hotel!”

At first, I thought the hotel is located far from the city and it might cause some difficulty in travelling to the city centre,but after all, I realised that there's a metro line to the city centre,just 15 minutes ride!It's so convenient!Besides, Swissotel Le Concorde provided a comfortable room at 21st floor, where I can have a glance of the bangkok city night view, awesome! The Room service and other service are nice and breakfast included during my stay!Everything is just fine and I've had a nice trip staying in this hotel!Good Job!

This is the place to stay”

this is my third stay at swissotel le concorde hotel and it just keeps getting beter and beter. a true five star hotel with outstanding service. the location is right next to the mrt which makes getting around bangkok very easy. this is a great place to stay when in bangkok and i will be going back. the breakfast is the best part of the hotel stay, very good selection of both asian and american food to pick from.

We had enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were well sound insulated. We were not disturded by noises from the common area. The hotel is well located. The train station was within easy walking distance. We enjoyed some of our meals at the hotel. Especailly recommand the coffee house and the Japanese Resturant which offers great values and good food. We look forward to staying in Swissotel Le Concorde Hotel Bangkok again.

Quality Service and big comfortable rooms”

Compare to the pre-renovated Le Concorde, the present Swissotel Le Concorde is nicely renovated and rooms got cleaner. The only thing is the room is still the same old wallpaper as per the old days. TV upgraded to LCD TV now but I wish to see a more modern and brighter room. The best part for those who like a nice bathroom, Swissotel Le Concorde has always been my favourite for a beautiful and class bathroom. It is really big. Now having free WIFI in rooms is definately a pull factor. The MRT Hway Kwang is within walking distance which makes your travel via MRT to BTS an accessible one. A nice restaurant Song Boon is just opposite.
