Comfortable stay ”

We stayed at Thanksgiving for 12 days. The residence is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of storage space - cabinets, closets, drawers - which is great for long stays. Highly recommended.

The beddings were comfortable. There were a lot of storage space for longer term stay. Fully equiped kitchen. Clean rooms. I will definitely recommend Thanksgiving Residence.

Been there for a week. The property is at a very good location. Bus stop is just around corner, cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walking distance, supermarket is nearby with enough options to meet your daily needs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The residence has swimming pool and gym for guests enjoying leisure time. Orchard Rd is nearby, very convenient.

Located in a lovely quiet area and yet still central. Walking through the back door (swimming pool) to Lloyds st then turn right --it leads you to a row of local food restaurants and soon Orchard Gateway + 313 Somerset mall. approx. 10 mins walk. We didn't even need to take the MRT to Orchard. The staff were great and helpful. We didn't have any issues during our stay here.

Work trip ”

I’ve stayed around 9 nights for this trip. Upon check in, found out the room facilities are pretty basic - cooking essentials (missing water boiler), toilet needs, 2 bottled water etc. But it’s still alright as I can head out to stock up on some food and water. Housekeeping is every Monday and Thursday, so when the first Monday came, it was essential to have housekeeping to at least have fresh change of towel, some water and basic clean up. Found out that floor mat was actually provided (this was missing when I checked it) and water was sadly not provided. Only on the second housekeeping which is 2 days before checking out, then water boiler was provided. Overall it’s a decent stay except missing items in the room + rather thin walls which we can hear clearly what’s going on in other rooms. It is worth the cost for a longer stay but if we are looking at short stay, there are other residences and hotels that would have provided better service and facilities.

Plus: 1. Value for money 2. Great location, although mrt is quite far if u travel with young children 3. Spacious room, can fit in for 4 persons l. Complete useful amenities e.g. Cookingware, washing machine, microwave Room for improvement: 1. Staff is okay, but maybe can be more customer service esp for front staff. The best attitude shown by housekeeping and cleaning servicew. 2. Consider to do more cleaning for swimming pool. Quite dirty due to apartment nature, a lot of falling leaves 3. Room has some issues and need maintenance, e.g. Aircon, wastafel 4. Kitchen table is too small with no exhaust. Design Can be improved 5. Bed is comfortable, but not the pillow. Consider to have better pillow quality 6. Good to have 2x housekeeping per week, but when the day falls on public holidays, you should province the replacement service. Unfortunafely 1 of housekeeping days is on Friday, which happened falls in 25 Dec 20 and 1 Jan 21.

Takes about 10 mins walk to Orchard central, away from the noisy streets, however, transportation can be inconvenient. Place is exactly the same as per picture. Staff are all friendly.

The staff are polite and outstanding! The location is superb and of walking distance to clarke quay. Overall it is a great and comfortable stay!

One of the few serviced apts in SG that allow dogs! Great location. Wonderful team. Some painting could be done in a fee places. Wished we had a toaster in the room. Would stay again.

Spacious studio ”

The room is spacious and clean and has everything I need for the stay. I didn’t have any major problem with the stay just that the door bell of my room was not working, my toilet door can’t be closed properly and the aircon needs further cleaning.

Great location of this serviced apartments. 24 hour security with restricted entry. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good for families with small kids. Would love to stay here again.

Good stay - if no other place to go”

I got good rates due to current CB situation. Good place for temporary stay in SG last minute if you have no other options. Especially if you are staying with pet. Room is quite large and well equipped , nice bed, cable TV internet. Lots of storage in room. Bad- maybe we noticed too many bad things as we stayed longer. Noise from other rooms and people outside was very disturbing sometimes. Maintainice of the building was not good.Ceiling and WC a bit mouldy. Drainage was a bit smelly. Problem with musquitos and ants sometimes. Sofa cover had stains maybe from previous visitors with dog . Room safe had loose screws ( easy to detach whole safe from the cabinet) . We saw something that looks like a blood stain on one "clean" towel - that was unacceptable. Facilities were closed so that should be as N/A.
