We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing and friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. Location is fine. Near laundry and atm. Restaurant on site is good and has fair pricing. The mattress is very firm which some may love. Our water heater went out many times in the Tuyum unit. Staff was quick to fix it but it went out early one morning and no staff were on duty to fix it. The water heater should be replaced immediately in that unit. Beach resorts are hard for me to consider luxury unless they are really high end. This one is great but not luxury. Lots of bugs in the units which is fairly normal for beachside units and it wasn’t spotless clean.
I stayed here over the weekend and had a great experience! The location in San Juan is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also a great place to stay if you’re planning a DIY itinerary around the area. Lazi is just a 25-30 minute drive away. Plus, Paliton Beach is only 4-5 minutes by scooter, and I highly recommend visiting! The whole resort and our room were clean, with a private bathroom and a hot shower. And the best part? It has its own beach! Our room wasn’t beachfront, but it was just a short walk away, so it didn’t feel like a downside at all. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back! 😊
Standard room is good enough for it's price. The faucet in our bathroom was leaking, and there was no electricity in our bathroom at night time. Also, we were supposed to check in from 11am and check out at 1pm accdg to Agoda, but there at the hotel we were allowed to check in only at 2pm and check out at 12pm. They should be in sync since we were not able to follow our plans bec of this. But all in all, it has a very good location, beach front is clean and serene, and the staff was accomodating. Also, the dogs around the area are really kind, and it was fun watching them play in the sand.
The room and toilet is clean, airconditioning is good, the place is peaceful and quiet, staff are accommodating, the beachfront is nice for photos however, the sand is quite weird (mushy) compared to other beaches, the pool is okay. They offer room cleaning during your stay (they will provide new towels and toiletries). Overall, you get what you pay for without any hassle. Would stay again and even recommend to others
