Thai style hotel ,probably was five star years ago,now very good.”

We had a good stay,the pool is very large but has almost no shade. Wi fi was good however if not used for a short time logged you out,the first couple of times are OK and then it starts to be a pain.Moved to another hotel in Cha am and had no such issues.TV in our room worked well but was old style box set .Gym was OK but not air conditioned so working out in 32degrees is not much fun.Overall,we would love to revisit but would only do so if the above items are fixed.

First timer at Cha am”

All of Cha am is bit of from hua hin and shoping, taxis are from 500 baht one way and its a good 30 km to bluport mall for example. so be ready to dish out alot on taxi , but if you dont need shopping the hotel is excellent for kids and elder, dont go there to party all night that is reserved for other places like pattaya.. here you find excellent beach and peace and quiet.

Great Room”

Large room with a nice ocean view. Great location in North Cha-am. Hotel looked great and we enjoyed our stay a lot. On the down side, one of the elevators seems permanently broken, our shower head pointed at the wall instead of at our bodies, and wasn't adjustable. They have a karaoke restaurant so get used to VERY bad singing late into the night.

Perfect hotel for Cham”

Best hotel at an affordable price in Cha-am. Rooms are quite big and each room has Pool facing. Location is very good. I will definitely visit here again.

Good Location in the center of Cha-am beach”

The hotel locate near the main entrance to Cha-am beach. We check in late at night so the car park is nearly full but we get a small space under the coconut tree, it's Okay. Breakfast is acceptable, lot of foods and drinks and the restaurant have the nice seat and good staff.

Good location, facilities falling apart”

First, this is a decent hotel. The location in Cha-Am is great and all of the "deluxe'" rooms have somewhat of an ocean view. Free beach chairs and umbrellas are great to have. There are also lot of problems however. The back swimming pool is always filthy - the filters don't work properly and the hundreds of pigeons that congregate here poop and leave feathers everywhere. The swim-up bar has been closed for years. Both my daughter and I were injured by the sharp aggregate concrete that is deteriorating and leaving exposed sharp rocks in the kids swimming pools. The AC in the room was noisy and could not keep up with the heat. Sometimes there was no hot water. No microwave in the room. There's an outside Karaoke bar that's very loud at night, and the hotel restaurant is way overpriced. This hotel is popular for Chinese tour busses bringing people to conferences here, you do not want to be here when that happens. Overall though it's a fairly good hotel.

Old, Unhelpful staffs, low space of parking lots”

As seen many times when traveling to Cha-Am, this is the good hotel but everything on imagine was gone when booking and stay one night at this hotel. The staff is very unhelpful with no service mind, room is old and air condition is very weak, no cooling. Staffs are no any service mind, on morning breakfast, they are only on their duty, never look at hotel guests. When you putting some meal at the counter, the staffs come and says 'leave for me' and add more meal without any apologize. What a hotel!

My familly and I were looking at spending a quality weekend break at the beach. I found this hotel on line after spoting a picture of it from the hotel next door website. I just loved the design. We had a great deal using Agoda for two rooms which were joined nicely by a veranda. The two rooms were overlooking the kids pools so it was a perfect choice. The rooms are nicely appointed and large. In a nut shell it is a four stars hotel. Maybe not new but does the trick just fine. The two pools are nice and clean. The kids loved it. Just opposite there is the beach which includes free beach chairs.That was a plus to me. The restaurant offered a Seafood BBQ buffet on the night we were there and was well worth it. Drinks were cheap too as it was happy hour time.i loved it. Breakfast is just a monster of choices. There is everything for all kind. The restaurant manager is very good and can speak a perfect English as well as a good french.Very good all round. I recomend this place no worries!

Good pool close to beach”

Close to the beach. In fact it took longer to walk from our room to the front of the hotel than from Rhett to the beach oon the other side of the road. The beach is shallow when the water is lower but does slope more during high water. The main pool is fine with an area for children and another at the other pool on the opposite side of the hotel closer to the separate wing. A quick warning, you need sandals when waking round the pool as the decking gets very hot. The room was fine which was in the reiterate wing behind the main hotel. My only criticism is they need net curtains in the window as you need to keep the curtains closed if you want any privacy. I don't think I've ever seen an hotel without nets even when it's a high floor that isn't overlooked. The breakfast was very good. We used the restaurant one evening and that was very quiet and the food was good.

Very nice rooms and we stayed at the back in the cheapest room at the time on Agoda in the beach villa wing (@2,100 Baht per night). Room is spacious and well kitted out with a large bathroom with a seperate shower unit and bathtub. Wifi also worked very well and able to Skyype reasonably clear. Just one niggle though: asked for highest floor possible, there are 4 and was put on 2nd adjacent to where the band plays at night in a garden beer bar area (room 252). Music went to 10.50 PM so be warned about this if you want to get to bed early. Breakfast is wonderful with extensive choice both western and Thai. 2 nice swimming pools, the one running along beach villa wing to back is great for kids whilst the one at the front of hotel larger and a bit more chilled. Parking is a bit limited at the hotel and sometimes have to abandon your car half way up a pavement (Seppo Sidewalk lol). Overall staff are fine too at hotel.

The location was great and the pool fabulous. Excellent choice at breakfast. Most of the staff were very friendly. The pol spa was reasonably priced I had a Thai Massage that was amazing. We would not hesitate to stay at the hotel again

Great Location ”

This hotel is located in the good location ,not far from convenient stores, restaurants, massage shops, etc. Once arriving to the hotel, good impression with security guard who was eager to find the parking space, checking in to the hotels take some minutes but still ok. Entering into room booking through agoda ( Always IN POOR CONDITION -->ruined furniture,dirty bed , old condition of electric devices) I was not impressed however we tried to think that Just a night. Restaurant staff, it would be great if the management or F&B manager could provide them hospitality training or communication skill to service all clients with the same standard. Not treating Thai as the second class and the white foreigner as the first class ( as usual ) During early morning ( 2 am) the room next door was getting into the big fight with tremendous noise, surprisingly no hotel staff came to manage this situation so we had to bear up with this drama scenario for an hour. In the morning, we hadn't have breakfast as we chose not to include in the room so we checked out with the nice front desk staff :) Well , I might recommend this place to my foreign friends but not to Thai one. And surely I will revisit this venue unless I have a choice.

Very clean and well organized, there are also two large pools. It's the best hotel in the area with this affordable price.

One night stay”

On arrival we found that our room was with twin beds. When we asked if we could get room with double bed, they quickly changed our room without delay and that room was bigger and with even better view of the ocean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Entertainment was fun. We will go back for longer stay.

It is a very nicely located hotel with all modern facilities, I really enjoyed staying there, the view from the room is beautiful, good size room with nice veranda to sit and enjoy the view, good and lavish breakfast, it has a beautiful restaurant over looking the sea to have breakfast, launch or dinner, nice big swimming pool and a nice massage parlous, as a whole a complete package, strongly recommend for who like to enjoy the beach with less crowed, peace and tranquility...

Very nice hotel be aware its always cheaper to book through Agoda than at the front desk. (because thats the internet) and we can't beat that price was the reply i was given.

We have old grand parents(78years old) in our trip and little children. Convenience with walk way and elevator. Pool for children is lovely. Location also awesome. Worth of money. We will return to this hotel again.

great friendly hotel”

I was very comfortable staying in my own. The room was perfect with lovely view and kept very clean and re- stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee. I enjoyed the breakfast choices and the pool area was perfect.

A worth spending money”

During this Covid-19, even though the guests are becoming limited but the hotel still keep its integrity. The location is perfect. It felt very private. 👍😊
