Perfect Stay - Value for money, Comfort & Clean”

Great place to stay in the centre of Patong and a few minutes walk to Bangla Road, Patong Beach, Jungceylon Mall (attraction places). Value for money with comfort room, clean & modern style of hotel. Very convenient location which near to Banzaan Market, easy to find street food especially Halal food at night market. My main concern during my travelling time which are value for money, convenient place & cleanliness - and YES, The Crib Patong fulfill all the criteria in my list. More additional is their concept design of the hotel which is very eye-cathing (more like a hipster place) that make us falling in love. Will absolutely recommend to my friend who is planning to go to Phuket.

Great hotel”

It was a great stay in The Crib Patong Hotel for my 4days 3night in PAtong Phuket. THeir staff all are very friendly and helpful. I request for early check in and check out, They are kindly arranged to me. The hotel location are prefect, 7-11, Boxing centre, Banzaan Fresh Market, Jungeylon shopping mall just at corner. Patong beach From hotel walk to there around 10minutes. Highly Recommended and will come back again.

Everything was perfect..!!!”

We had requested to check in early as our flight was landing at 7.45 am. The hotel said they will try and couldn't promise anything, which is understandable. On the day we arrived, we reached the hotel about 9.30 and they managed to check us in at 10 am, thank god because we were exhausted. We also requested for airport transfer and it was reasonable, Aorn (hotel staff) was very quick to reply our emails and accommodating in handling our requests. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Location was perfect, restaurants everywhere around the hotel, Jungceylon mall is just 2 mins away, Bangla street is another 2 mins away, night food market just around the corner, in short - really strategic and convenient. Whenever we return to Phuket, The Crib will remain our choice. Thank you The Crib..!!!

Awesome location and value for money”

The Crib is located in the heart of patong and it makes staying there so easy. Less than 5mins walk to places like the mall, bangla street, bazaar/night market, and has a nice rooftop swimming pool as well. Rooms were clean and staff were very friendly! 100% would stay here for my next visit and would highly recommend anyone to stay at The Crib when they visit Phuket/patong!

A high quality room at a reasonable price”

Stay in The Crib was good, room was clean, facilities were good enough. Breakfast wasnt tasty but it was provided. Value for money hotel. It is near Patong Beach (walk of about 10 mins). Something tourists who never been to Phuket should take note, the international airport is very far away from Patong (or Kata etc), its actually cheaper to take minibus, sharing with other people. Minibus services are largely available in whole of Patong, and perhaps in the airport. I took metered taxi on the first day to Patong, thinking thats the best, but was charged 750 baht in total. Minibus back to airport only cost 280 baht. Another thing to note is that there is a lot of construction in Phuket, and Patong is a commercialized city.

Good Location, Clean Room”

Was at Crib for 3 nights with my teenage son. The room is clean and has a balcony, only that the aircon drips when the temperature is at 25 already. The Crib has a nice pool but the restaurant closed early. Breakfast is at 200baht per pax. Cheap for a buffet breakfast. Limited Western choices. However, it is considered good as nearby, there is no breakfast area. The Crib is about 2mins away from Jungceylon Shopping Center. 10-15mins from Patong Beach. Have lots of seafood restaurants and stalls, but selling the same seafood types. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cheap & worth for a short stay.

VALUE FOR MONEY AND BEST LOCATION”

Crib patong has the most prime location with just few steps to Jungceylon mall, bangla boxing and banzaan market. Tour operators, spas & bike rentals are just seconds away. Patong beach is about a 10 min walk away and same is the bangla road. Very stylishly designed hotel with all the basic necessities. Breakfast menu was very basic and did not offer much to eat. Some of the staff members were quite rude when we asked them to give us some crockery so that we could eat our own halal food. They asked us to come to the lobby and get it ourselves and return immediately. This was kinda very unprofessional behaviour. If you are searching for some good halal food, its about a 15min walk to the egyptian/arabic restaruants which serves tasty food. Overall stay was pretty good at the price we paid for the property and i would definitely stay again at this hotel. Tips: Rent a bike from alexander hotel, same street as crib's and take the main road that will take you straight to the karon & kata beaches, which are much beautiful than the patong beach. I am recommending Alexander because it will lend you the bike on just a passport copy, however others will keep your original passport which is not at all safe in a country like thailand.

Everything was fantastic!”

Everything at The Crib Hotel was perfect from the moment we got there at 10am in the morning. They took our bags and checked us in no problem. The room wasn't ready yet but they gave us towels and let us go upstairs to enjoy the pool on the roof :) The room was clean and everything looked new. They had everything you would need- hair dryer, toiletries, a decorative rack i hung everything on to dry out. The staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile even if we were rushing out. The cleaning lady on level 2 was lovely! Breakfast had the essentials and then a few things were different like pancakes, baked beans, fried eggs alternated. It was always delicious. They checked me out quickly and I was a happy customer :) The location is literally perfect. Not loud, as it's tucked away but close to everything so you can walk to Bangla Road or the night markets for amazing seafood in 2 minutes. Can not fault The Crib Hotel, I was there for 9 nights. Thanks for a great stay! :D

How The Crib Patong help me survive 5 days in Phuket, Thailand”

My stay at The Crib Patong has been really wonderful. I really have to thank the Staffs (Ball, Praw, Nut, Saw & Sara! <3 ). From the receptionist, manager, cleaners - everyone has been really welcoming, presentable, helpful, attentive, humble, kind and informative! If you need any tips on where to eat, what to do, where to get stuff; You can always just ask anyone of them and they'll be happy to help! (in my case, Ball helped me a lot). Although there's one staff (not to mentioned his name) needs more improvement as a front liner. He talks with an annoyed tone (you'll definitely spot him). I hope management can do something about it. Other than that, my experience was a total 10/10 :)

New and cozy, great location”

Great location which is situated 5-10mins walk away from the Jaceylon mall with a small night market right beside. The hotel is a 15mins walk away from the Patong beach. There are many eateries and taxi/tuktuk services nearby. The hotel itself is nice, cozy and new. Had a peaceful stay. The rooftop pool was pretty quiet during my stay and so I got to enjoy the pool all by myself. Most of the staff were very friendly who did not fail to greet or smile at us whenever they see us. Breakfast buffet was decent with 1 or 2 changes of dish daily. If you are looking for good and decent massage, I would personally recommend you to go to nana soi area. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay at The crib and would definitely return.

Everything is great! ”

I always come back to The Crib Patong as it is very convenient, walking distance to Jungceylon, Banzan, Bangla walking street. 7-E and mini mart is side by side. Staffs are super friendly and helpful when we need help. My fiance and I will definitely come back to Phuket and stay at The Crib again.

Best Location!”

Excellent Service by Kay the staff of Crib Hotel. She was the best staff whom cared for all of us during our stay. She made sure our stay for the 7days were satisfying. The Wi-Fi connection is good, connecting rooms were spacious for our family and location is perfect for plenty of food. The Pool is great too! Thank you for arranging both rooms with queen beds. The beds very big enough for our kids to sleep with us. Housekeeping needs improvement as the cleanliness were not up to the standard. There were urine smell even after cleaning and the bathroom walls were still dirty. Toiletries were not topped up everyday. Otherwise this would be the hotel in PHUKET we would love to return too!

Nice new hotel”

The location of this hotel is fantastic-it's right next to the Jungceylon Shopping Mall and the Banzaan fresh produce market and night market, as well as really close to lots of stalls of typical souvenirs, massage places, food, Bangla Street, and Patong Beach. However, it is also next to the Thai boxing stadium which means it can get pretty loud some evenings. Our room was on the third floor so it's probably less of an issue on higher floors. The room was clean and everything was new and in good condition, however the shower doesn't drain properly after a while so the floor floods a little if you take too long. The hotel also has a really nice little pool/gym area on the roof, however, little is the keyword-it feels a bit crowded if more than two groups are using the pool at the same time. We couldn't hear any of our neighbouring guests so that was good. It was tricky to get advice from the staff, probably mostly due to language barriers, but most of them were very friendly. Overall we had a nice stay. One particular thing we were quite disappointed about was the car service they called to take us to the airport. As it's tricky to find a legit, metered taxi in Phuket, we thought the hotel would know a reliable car service and it would be better to ask them to call a driver rather than going with one off the street even though it still costed 800 baht, however this guy drove recklessly and we didn't feel safe at all-i.e. 130km/h on the highway (on a very wet day), swerving to avoid other cars etc. We hope the hotel doesn't use this driver in the future.

Holiday in Patong”

I chose The Crib because of its great reviews and I was not disappointed . I stayed for seven nights. The room was spotless,the cleaners came every morning to clean and tidy . I was happy and the locations are within walking distance to shops. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Patong.

Awesome”

It was awesome...Was upset because eventually upon arriving Phuket my airport transfer wasn't there at the airport despite the week before I emailed The Crib earlier regarding the airport transfer but didnt reply back and when we reach there they said i did not emailed them. I shouldn't have taken the breakfast deal though as the food there wasn't halal...But it was a very good location to stay at as we are 10 mins walking distance to Patong Beach, 5 mins walking distance to Jungceylon Mall, 5 mins walking distance to Bangla Street and there are night markets nearby and alot of food stalls served beside our hotel....The staff of the hotel immediately knew im the guest upon us getting out of the cab upon arrival....They are friendly...I was amazes as this was my first time travelling this far and receive a very nice warm welcome from the staff...Incredible

First time to Phuket”

Loved the hotel! Such an amazing location. 2 second walk from the main strip - next door to the market and shopping centre - next door to an amazing massage parlour. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful and made our first time in Phuket one to remember. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel looks exactly like the photos! They gave us suggestions of where to go, what tours to do, what bars to attend at what restaurants to go to. The inclusive buffet breakfast was pretty basic but we were happy with it. Pool area was very clean and relaxing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering visiting Phuket!

A little bit of trouble with regards the airport transfer due to a miscommunication and urgency. But the staffs are all trying to help with the best they can, especially Lei who happens to be on duty on our second up to the last day. Our room is always neat everytime we come back from our activities. Thank you, The Crib Patong, we really enjoyed our stay 👌👍

Friendly staffs and very good location! Crib is just beside the banzaan market and opposite seven eleven, 3-5mins walk to jungceylon, 8-10mins to bangla road and patong beach! And highly recommended for the tour there for booking tour to islands, atv and etc.. the staffs there is very friendly! Nice experiences to stay at crib!

Cheap and affordable”

Was searching for a few hotels before deciding on this as it was my first time to Phuket, reached quite early around 10am and asked the counter staff if we could check in earlier and they were friendly to help, at last we check in around 12:30pm. Hotel room was good and the air-con was excellent (no sound, powerful wind) love it, also it has a swimming pool & gym at the top floor if you just wish to chill at your hotel which is great for couples. Location is also great as it is near shopping mall and there is a night market beside with delicious local food! (Beware the seafood stalls as they might scam tourist about the pricings). We also managed to rent a bike which cost around 250-300baht per day depending on which bike you decide to take, it's the cheapest and most convenient way if you wish to tour around Phuket without paying those expensive tuk tuk(s). Overall, I had a really great experience with this hotel just that the staff can smile more instead of having a stern look. Worth the money!

4 day stay”

I had 4 day stay in Crib hotel while I was getting dental work done. The Crib I have stayed many times before and once again provided a very good room, clean and big enough for myself. The staff were very accommodating on a few requests that I had and a big thankyou to Sara and Tanya in reception - excellent customer service! Close to banzaan market and other restaurants, as well as 5 minute walk to bangla road or the beach. Very happy with staying here and will more than happy to stay again.
