best service with reasonable price”

The hotel has offered great service with good/ reasonable price. Room features are great, private jacuzzi on the balcony with blind that you can pull up/ down. The room is overlooking the pool. The room is clean. Breakfast is good - the hotel offers wide variety of choices (western and Thai) The location is good. Even though, it's not right on the beach, but it's close enough to walk there. if you want to, the hotel has a service to drop you off at the beach. The hotel is also right near downtown Hua Hin night market. All in all, we are impressed with the service, room and location.

Great Value / Quiet and Peaceful / EXCELLENT Internet! ”

Staff is so friendly and helpful! Quiet location away from the madness and beach is only 100M away. On the beach, to the left, is a wonderful restaurant and a couple massage stands where you can get an excellent massage right on the beach. If you're renting a scooter - be careful -- Hua Hin Police have frequent road blocks checking foreigners for an "International Drivers License" or not wearing a helmet. Get a license before you come or just add the fines to your travel budget.

Comfortable Stay”

Quiet hotel mainly for Thai. Thai newspapers and only 2 sunbeds by the pool,which is lovely.No restaurant or tea making facilities in the room. However the rooms are clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk brings you to the main road for cheap pick up to Hua hin,or if you have the nerve to cross the 6 lanes of traffic you can try Mams kitchen for fabulous food .

Quiet and Peace”

A good stay in this modern oriented resort in Hua Hin. My one-bed room has a great view of the free-form pool. I love the entire set up with very stylish combining with old thai tradition and new trendy style. The service is not too bad with the manager being seen and interacted with the guest everywhere in the resort. The location is good, not too far from centre of Hua Hin so very convenient to go around and find dining places. Overall, it's one of the best resort in Hua Hin that I have been to in my perspective. I wouldn't mind going there again but then again there are so many other places that are as good but cheaper. It was worth the experience though. if you are planning a trip where you want a private time with someone "special" and don't mind the price this is the place to go. It just a bit hard to go into town and back at your room if you don't have your own transportation, since it's a bit far from town and far from the main road. It would be a bit scary to walking alone since the street is small and dark at night. Everything else it just awesome.

A Hidden Oasis”

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track, but easy enough to find. Transport required to get into central Hua Hin or Cha Am. Room was getting a little tired and in need of renovation and the free form swimming pool looked a little bit grubby. The bed was very hard - uncomfortably so. Bathroom adequate with a good supply of toiletries. On the terrace outside the room was a rather dirty jacuzzi, but a few steps away was the swimming pool. Other room types had direct access to the water. We seemed to be the only guests staying there and this was high season. The bar was closed due to no customers and no alcohol was available apart from beer in the mini bar. Breakfast was good, apart from the fact that you got what you were given. The Asian breakfast items I was given for example were unfortunately wasted, even though they were cooked to order. If they had presented us with a menu there would have less wastage and more profit for the hotel. Coffee was a DIY affair with instant coffee only; a small investment in a decent coffee maker would be worthwhile I feel. Overall, perfectly fine for a short stay and only 100 metres to the beach. Probably suffers from its location far from the local action, but good value for money nonetheless.

Great place for relaxation”

This resort is ideal for relaxation, the pool right in-front of my room balcony is my favourite. The private jaccuzzi in each room makes it perfect for couple to enjoy moments together. Location of the resort is near to Hua Hin Airport but far from the town. Unless you are driving there, otherwise it will be inconvenient for you to travel around town. As the resort is only two storey high, therefore don't expect to have breathtaking view of Hua Hin beach.

This resort is a good place for couple or family to come for vacation. The pool was amazing and if you staff at the ground floor basically you can walk out of your balcony to the pool... The nearest 7-Eleven is about 15 minutes walking distance from your resort and you need a vehicle to move around if you want to explore Hua Hin.

Good hotel but remote location”

we stayed for 4 nights and the hotel is quite ok. breakfast is reasonable, staff friendly and the rooms are clean with a large individual terrace that gives access to the pool. there is a vcr in the room and the hotel has some films you can borrow for free. the big down factor is the distance to the hua hin centre; you have to take a mini bus or taxi tuk tuk to get there, it is about 7 km away so no possibility for a stroll ito town at will, we only went once per day in the evening. there are very few restaurants in the neighborhood so for lunch this is a little bit a problem, across the big road there is a good local restaurant and there is also a hotel near the beach with a nice setting that has a restaurant but little choice, nice setting though. overall, the hotel was ok but hua hin was a little bit of a let-down; the beach is very small and only accessible during ebb tide, with small kids it is dangerous to swim given the heavy waves and sharp stones in the water. there are much better beaches in thailand. hua hin itself is good for 2 evenings, but nothing special.

i like the pool side room very much. there is a jacuzzi bath tab in every room. but quite far from hua-hin down town. you have to take a car.

Good facilities in hotel for romantic couple.”

I love a great private jacuzzi on the balcony and very big swimming pool can pull up down to the pool from balcony. The room is clean. The hotel is also right near downtown Hua Hin night market. You can walk to the beach, around 300 meters. but beach is unclean and bad location. Breakfast is nor variety but the taste is good. Wi-fi is free but the signal is not ok. Hotel staff is good and friendly For overall i love the hotel.

From room to pool directly”

Nice hotel, from room to pool directly (1st floor), peaceful area. Hotel little bit older, but still worth of the stars. Especially private bathtub next to pool in room. Hotel not too far from Hua-Hin, so if you wanna enjoy silence but also quite near Hua-HIn, this is good choice. For family/couples.

Perfectly hip hotel with affordable price”

The hotel is located in the convenience location just only 5 mins to the city such night market or shopping mall. Also , the beach is next to the hotel by walk around 200 metre or you can ask for the bike from hotel to enjoy the surrounding around hotel. The best thing that appreciated me is the poolside, this is quite private and convenience for my relaxing in the pool just one step from the room, you can enjoy both a jaguzzi or the pool beside the room. I hope to come back at The hideaway hotel once again soonest

hideaway resort provide you the feeling if peace and comfort, together with warm welcome by reception that create such a good environment for your vacation.... dvd player provided in room and you can lend dvd from he hotel that s also a good point for hideaway, plus jacucci provided in garden room, the most impress thing for us. in terms of breakfast, variety of foods were limited bcoz not many to choose from but it understandable for small hotel.

Friendly and service-minded staffs. 5-min walk to the beach. Nice for quiet hide-away retreat cos there is all facilities you need inside the hotel, though a bit far from the city center but can get transfer service to many tourist attractions from hotel

Lovely room, great pool, not the best location”

the hotel itself is lovely but we prefer a location closer to town or city where we can walk to stores, restaurants and location attractions. this resort is located quite far from the town centre. if you like a very quiet, isolated location, this is for you. my husband checked out the beach in the morning but it may have been high tide and the water came up to a wall. there is a beautiful beach further south along the town. service was very good from all the staff and the room was clean and nicely appointed. taxi or tuk tuk ride to town for shopping and otehr attractions.

Excellent”

The staff at the resort was really helpful - regardless of the shifts. I had to make a phone call and had no access to a telephone and the staff (from the night shift, sorry I didn't get his name!) readily agreed to lend me his personal phone. All the staffs were also able to answer our queries and extended their help. They helped us book a car to the Praya Nakhon Cave and even helped us hagger the price to make it more affordable for us. Really appreciate the tips they have given us when we were in a foreign country.

Worth to stay”

I came to Huahin to celebrate my birthday. The staffs are really nice, especially the guy at night though he could not speak Eng fluently, he was trying his best to help me with the transportation method to Santorini for the next morning. I really enjoyed staying here. If I have any chance, I definitely come back here. Btw, they have free bicycle rental service, come first serve first. The beach is only 100m far from the resort. That was so good to ride the bicycle to the beach. Such a memorable birthday to me!!!
