This is not the first time we have rested in this hotel. Impressions are the best: beautiful nature, thermal water, authentic interior. This time my father and I rented a villa with a private pool for two days. A young man at the reception named Ball helped to move into the room as quickly and comfortably as possible, showing true Thai cordiality. I liked the restaurant: delicious and reasonable prices. In addition to thermal water, you can also feed unusual fish in the sea channel passing through the hotel, and walk to a very comfortable beach, have dinner at a restaurant on the shore, enjoying the sunset.

Amazing Place”
My wife and I cannot have enough of this amazing place. Everything is great, the staff, rooms, food and breakfast buffet. The hotsprings are very spacious and great for the skin. There is also a large Ice bath to cool off. Towels and locker rooms are available. There is also a huge swimming pool right in the middle with a small slide. Plenty of space and paths to walk around this hotel and enjoy nature, tress and birds, lakes and ocean. Ultimate place to relax and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic resort ”
A really well designed resort with pretty much everything you need for a relaxing break. They have done remarkably well to recover after covid (virtually no tourism for 2 years). The hot springs and cold plunge are fantastic and the kids can really enjoy the pool, surrounded by nature. The staff were great and we met the owner, who is very kind and good fun.

I recently booked for 6 people in an overnight stay to celebrate my birthday. My friends and I, enjoyed the pools, hot spring, ice pool and the regular pool. We are satisfied with the facilities, nice staffs, beach, bridge, and breakfast. We will definitely come back again soon... Thank you for making our short stay great!

Beautiful hotel with spacious area and lots of trees providing good shade. Located by the beach, but some buildings and areas seem abandoned and unused. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is buffet style with limited options, but sufficient. Highly recommend the pork porridge, very delicious with generous portions. Walls in the room are not soundproof, and there was a small child in the next room crying every night. Management should pay attention to the breakfast area, as there was dust and cobwebs on the coffee cups and saucers. Dinner menu was disappointing with a musty smell. English spelling errors were frequent. Overall, would definitely stay again if given the chance.

So much to offer”
Located north of Phuket but within lease reach for day trips. The hot spring was so relaxing and we had the beach all to ourselves. Food was excellent and accommodation just perfect.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the The Hotspring Beach Resort and Spa. Most of the staffs are accomodating and can speak English. The rooms that we booked is a little bit far from the pool side, I wish there's a service or kart from our building to another. The room is clean and has everything you need (comfortable bed, tv, toilet, shower with heater, terrace, small fridge, hair dryer, 2 sets of towel, & other toiletries, cups, water heater, bottle opener, coffee/tea, water). But there are some areas of the resort that are not that clean. But it is highly recommended ✨

Sad that more people are not taking advantage of this beautiful property.Glad we could feel like we had the whole place to ourselves in the mornings and evenings though.There were certainly other guests but with so much space and so long of an empty beach we really enjoyed ourselves there. It is definitely busier in the hot pools in the daytime with many vans bringing day pass tourists but it wasn’t a problem. Staff was always cheerful, helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go again.

Relaxing hotel”
We booked this hotel to have a good relaxing day at the hot pool. We originally booked a hot spring pool villa but the aircon totally cannot cool the room. So we insisted on getting our room changed. After the initial hesitation, the staff agreed to change the room and we finally got a pool access room which had a better aircon. Overall the room was okay but the property is old and in need of a makeover. But keeping the Covid issue in mind, we could understand why the owners are not investing at the moment. Location: very away from everything but that’s what we wanted. So we booked this place. You will need to self drive if need to explore around the area. Food: there were bad reviews about the food but we will say the food was pretty decent. We ordered fried rice and fried noodle for dinner and it was very good. The breakfast was a generous spread, freshly cooked and not buffet. Customised option for vegetarians and I was very happy as myself and my gal are vegetarians. Coffee could have been better. Pool and hot spring pool was clean and well maintained. All in all very decent place and we will stay here again.

A very quiet and pleasant stay, not many people here due to the Cov19 lockdown request, but if heat battles the virus, the HOT SRINGS certainly cooks them! Rooms are nice a bit dated or modern Thai... either way, a pleasant stay, staff is friendly as all Thai hospitality is. It’s quiet, beautiful and somewhat remote... try it!

The stay at the hotel was good and the hotel complex is nice but it was disappointing to find that although the hotel is next to the beach that it was not possible to access the beach from the hotel and to access the beach it was necessary to go out from the hotel and travel a short distance of approx 1km to get access to the beach.
