Everything was great, until i found out, there's discrimination issue! Booked same Hotel with friends, he got an FREE upgrade of room with lower deposit fees, while the staff there do not give us extra services YET WE NEED TO PAY TRIPLE from my friend's deposit! So, what this mean? We do not request for free room upgrade, yet WE HOPE TO HAVE EQUIVALENT SERVICE, YOU ARE IN SERVICE LINE! will never come back!

Not worth for 5 stars hotel”
Room space is small, very standard double room. Bed and pillow is too soft.. I requested extra pillow. Nice swimming pool but close at 7pm?? It is not convenient for guest who wish to swim at night. The breakfast is decent, not much choice and repeated. Not worth for money. The only good thing is location near to Nana station. Other than that not much worth the money u pay for so called 5 stars hotel

Excellent Popery in the Center of Bangkok”
The hotel was at a very convenient location. Everything was closeby and there were numerous options of food and drinks within walking distance. The staff were very polite and professional. Rooms were near and clean and well equipped. Breakfast had an excellent layout with many many options catering to every spectrum of guests. Overall, we had an excellent experience at The Landmark. This hotel is truly one of the best in terms of location and hospitality.

Large and comfortable room. The staff is lovely and very attentive to details. It’s very close to Burumgrad hospital (4 minutes by car), bangkok Hospital (20-30 minutes by car) and phyathai 2 Hospital (10-15 minutes by car). Ideal if you are a medical tourist in Bangkok. Also, very close to a street filled with bars and hookers if you are a sex tourist in bangkok

Everything about this place is top class. From Check in by the wonderful Janya and Mr Long ( thanks for the free upgrade) to the size and cleanliness of the rooms everything is great. Locality is central to everything in Sukhumvit and right beside Nana BTS. Only downside is food is high class food at high class prices, so soi 8 200 m away has good cheap eating.
