    Very big villa. The staff is very nice and makes its best to accommodate requests to fix issues and provide missing equipment
    The villa requires a serious renovation as many things date or are broken. While the description mentions 4 sofa beds, only 2 were provided but in a living room with very thin curtains (not good for sleeping). Luckily the staff provided additional beds (see above). Another issue is the location. Very few restaurants nearby and any attraction or veach is at 20-25 minutes drive.

    Swimming pool was dirty. Lift was not working, insufficient towels. Rooms were dusty and the place was so dusty. Host was not accommodating as the showers and jacuzzis was not working. We asked for refund or free breakfast for compensation. This was not accommodated. Please be careful with their cheating techniques. So no professional.

    First villa didn&#39;t have a functioning aircon, toilets couldn&#39;t flush. Pool was dirty, rooms were dusty, lights weren&#39;t working, kitchen was ill stocked with no cutleries or plates and no TV in the apartment. We insisted on moving, they moved us to another apartment which had a very dirty pool, toilets had brown stains, no hot water in any of the rooms, the showerheads were dirty and clogged with algae and rust. Bathtubs were a horrendous sight with brown water coming out of the tap and not able to hold water. No cutleries again, lift made weird noises when going up and down.
