The location of this hotel is SO CONVENIENT, so close to EVERYTHING you need to see in Phuket Old Town (Michelin restaurants and the night market). We basically walked everywhere from the hotel. Service is impeccable with welcome drinks. The staff, Alan, went the extra mile to help us speak to our previous hotel in Thai about some issues we were facing. He did it with patience and a GREAT SMILE! Thank you so much, Alan. We really appreciate it. We were also able to check in our luggage before our check-in time and after our check-out time. However, because of the close proximity, you will expect some noise from the Main Street at least till 11pm on Sunday. Our room was on the first floor. I noticed that there were some dust at the headboard of the bed but overall cleanliness was acceptable. Overall, we are happy with our 1 night stay here.
