The accommodation is very good, with a beautiful cover and a pleasant atmosphere surrounded by nature that I really like. Additionally, all the necessary appliances and equipment are provided, which is great. However, it would be even better if there was wifi service available for guests to use.

Needs some basic maintenance work”
We have stayed in this house twice so are now well placed to comment. The house is wonderfully located in a beautiful part of the royal hills resort overlooking the golf course. The inside house space is beautiful with two large sleeping rooms and one has a great sofa. So far so good. The living area is also very nice with high Ceilings, comfortable sofa/ dining area and a good view. The problem is that the house has suffered from a lack of basic maintenance. The front door key doesn’t lock properly and the bathroom in the master bedroom has a major leak issue which causes water to drip all over the bathroom. The adjustability of the shower has worn and the height of the shower cannot be adjusted. Given the price paid of 135 USD per night we would expect these things to have been addressed by the time of our second visit which was 6 months after the first. The owner should invest a small amount to fix the plumbing, shower and put a new lock on the front door. Additionally there was a minor issue of lack of refilled water and cleaning after the first night. Also when ordering room service some hotel staff told us that our number house in the midst didn’t exist! We will put that down to staff turnover due to songkran. This is a great place if they can fix those issues and the bathroom in particular makes for quite an unpleasant experience. I would recommend checking with owner if bathroom leak has been fixed prior to booking.
