Surprisingly very good...”
i booked the Nest thru Agoda... no expectations cos it was quite cheap... and i reached at night around 9pm... First impression.. nice pool they have..so settled down and everything A okay.. its quite a distance from the Patong beach.. trying to find a bike to rent.. not available ..so i walked around the area in Nanai road.. First nite..excellent.. So to cut it short ... after my booked nights thru Agoda.. i extended my stay at the Nest Resort (let me remind you there are like thousand of small hotels and rooms for rent in Patong)...cos its nice...relax atmosphere.. helpful staffs.. For the price that i paid.. its hard to compare with the other hotels here in Patong.. one of the best hotels in Patong.. and i really hope they keep the same pricing cos i know i will be here when i come back..

I stayed at the Nest resort for 5 days in Dec. I am also staying there again in February for a month. I find the location great on Nanai road nice and quiet. It is away from the busy part of Patong. But if you need to go there, it is only a short 20 minute walk or a five minute bike ride down to the beach area. The location on Nanai road has grown over the years and if you didn't want to leave that area, you could stay there for your whole stay. Except for the beach and swimming. The staff are friendly and help when ever you need them. The breakfast is enough in the morning, and it is exactly what you need to have before the start of the day. The price is perfect for the location and the food that is provided. I feel that the Nest Resort is small and is like a family home with only just a few rooms. Instead of being like the huge hotels and isn't over done.

great location, service, hotel and everything! ”
First, I would like to praise the manager of this hotel, I think his name is Tor, for managing the hotel very very well and making our stay a very convenient one. He was very helpful, informative and caring. This hotel is located at Nanai, slightly secluded but still is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and what not. We rented a bike from the hotel, mainly because we do not want to leave our passports to strangers. It took us 5mins to Jungceylon, and about 10 mins to Patong beach. The breakfast was OK for us, satisfying. This hotel has that cozy ambience and very simple decoration, which makes me feel so relaxed. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service when we were there. Otherwise our experince here will be more spectacular. Thank you the TOR and The Nest Resort team. Well done on your effort! :)

Great location and staff”
Really pleasant stay at a nice hotel with the family feel, meaning they treat you like family and are always keen to tell you about where to go. Being independent travelers and also frequent visitors to Phuket, the staff were eager to share with us, some of the other stuff that were less popular on the tourists' list but still we were excited about their recommendations. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Suite, which had a jacuzzi unit that would fit 2 comfortably. Located in a private area of the room in the outdoors, it was a good incentive to pay more, to enjoy in the privacy of your room after a long day out in the sun and bubble bath thrown in for free. The interior of the room has a very raw look but overall, cosy. As this hotel is rather new, everything still looks clean and primed. Although the toilet bowl did choke on one occasion, it was easily cleared by the hotel staff. The swimming pool would be a good place to spend an afternoon if you'r feeling lazy and great place for kids as well. That being said, the breakfast served at the hotel can definitely be much better served. Located in a quiet location about 10 mins by motorcycle to the Patong area, it would not be convenient if you are not planning to rent your own transport. However, I was looking for exactly a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle of Patong, where the revelry can last into the night. Overall, would definitely come back to stay.

Having all the 4 days stay at the Nest Resort is really very amazing. Staff were all stupendous. The Hotel Room looks really perfect. So relaxing with the Pool View right infront of you & peaceful. & Bike can be rent from the the Nest Resort itself. Love it! Thank you The Nest Resort for best accommodation you gave us! Excellent stay”
The Nest Resort was fantastic for me for so many reasons. Firstly, it was excellent value for money. The location (tucked in a corner up a hill) while not extremely convenient (10-15min away from the mall) is okay for the price and offers the resort its relatively tranquil surroundings. Secondly, service from the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful and prompt. The resort along with the room I stayed in is in superb condition. Room was clean and everything was in good working order.

Affordable centrally located budget hotel”
Cons: 1. I've booked this hotel 3 months prior arrival since we'll visit Phuket during Christmas(Peak Season). After comparing the price in Agoda.com with their official website, we've decided to book through Agoda.com. Please note that the price in their official website was twice/or more as much as the price in Agoda.com. Few days before departure, I've noticed that the price in Agoda.com was 15USD/night cheaper than the original price that we've paid earlier on. I felt cheated right on the spot. 2. There was no daily cleaning service of the room. Upon checked in, I've also noticed that the room have not been cleaned up thoroughly. The Jacuzzi tub was filled with dirt and the bathroom amenities have not been replenished. A very small amount of shampoo was provided, only enough to wash one person hair. 3. As we will arrived at Phuket early in the morning, we've requested for early check in. They have noticed us that they have one room available for early check in. However, early check in was only FOC after 12pm, and if you want to check in earlier than that, you have to pay an extra of 400THB. We have travelled to many parts of the world to many different budget/5Stars hotels, none of them have charge us for early check in. We ended up waiting in the lobby till our tour driver came and only came back to check in during that evening. Pros: 1. They upgraded one of our room from Superior room to Jacuzzi Suite upon checking in. 2. Their staffs were attentive and friendly. 3. Their breakfast was minimal but delicious. 4. Huge room with comfortable beds & large bathroom. 5. Centrally located in Phuket, only 5 mins walk to Sweet Lemongrass Massage. 6. Away from the hustle & bustle of the city, quiet during the night. 7. Affordable price even during peak season.

great hotel quiet area well priced”
the nest is located away from all the street noise from bars clubs and busy roads etc, the rooms are well sized and kept in a very clean condition with daily room servicing.The staff are fantastic attending to your every need no matter what time it is day or night. the receptionist is very polite and helpful, she speaks good english and has a lovely personality. The pool is nice and there's free wifi, its close to family mart and taxi stands. There's several restaurants within walking distance id rate this place if you dont want to pay a fortune

Amazing service and lovely jacuzzi suite”
It was my birthday trip and my boyfriend emailed Nancy in advance to ask her to prepare a cake and flowers for me, I was beyond surprised. She also made "breakfast boxes" for us because we were checking out early in the morning and left it in our refrigerator. She is so attentive and made us feel sooooo at home. Their service is impeccable and I will definitely come back again plus the rooms are amazingly comfortable as well. The hotel is however is a distance away from Bangla Road/Patong Beach, which will cost around 200-300 baht for one way. :)

Great place for holiday Its not actually far from busy Patong beach . We rent motorbike from hotel and could reach Patong beach in 5 minutes. So nice and helpful staff. I got a good price for upgrading for 1 nights to Jacuzzi Suite for my husband birthday . the room is very comfortable and very quite.

Good time in Phuket”
Stayed here for 3 nights. If you are willing to rent a bike (scooter) then this is a great place. On a bike it takes 5 mins to get to Patong Beach and Bangla road once you can navigate the sois. The staff were helpful, and made breakfast pretty much instantly once you came out of your room. Food was not that spectacular but it was nice as it was included in price. Rooms were clean and actually pretty big. There is some restaurants about 1 min on bike or 5 mins walk if you turn left leaving the hotel, the food there was the best I have had in thailand and probably one of the cheapest. Room was good value. If you are lazy or scared of scooters stay somewhere else closer to patong, it would be annoying to get a tuk tuk home all the time.

I have stayed here before for a month when I was studying Thai. It is a great place to stay as it is in a very good location and a quiet street of the main road. The hotel is located in a place where a lot of frequent travellers stay in Patong beach. A lot of small bars and thai food restaurants to eat from. Plus a lot of western food restaurants as well. I will be staying here again as the staff are as helpful as possible. The cleaners are extremely friendly and the boyfriend and girlfriend who run a lot of the hotel area are extremely nice and show you nothing but kindness.

Comfortable stay”
I enjoyed my stay here as the room and the surrounding of the place is quiet compared to Patong. Can easily get access for transportation and convenient store is very nearby. However, due to it's a new hotel, some of the drivers do not know where it is. Will take some time to locate it.

Clean room, tidy, nice and helpfull staffs”
Nest is a small but very clean hotel. The room designed in minimalist style and it has unique interior design. The bathroom is spacious and it has big window with nice awning. I also love the pool, its not too big but nice to swimm in. The staffs also very helpfull and nice, especially Nancy (thanks Nancy for your kindness). The only lack of this hotel is the location. It is far from the beach and a bit difficult to find transportation. But I had a nice time there and spent 2 nights in Nest.

Excellent value for money”
I had an excellent stay at the hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the staff and they were all very nice. The rooms are good and clean and the location for me was great, its quiet with a nice pool and in short walking distance to bars and resturants on Nanai Road and if you want something more livlier its not too far from Bangla Road either a good walk or a cheap motorbike taxi or tul tuk ride. Im booked in again on 2nd December for 3 weeks so looking forward to it again.

Great location, price, staff, pool and manager”
Our stay was a fantastic experience. The manager Tor was welcoming and friendly. Very good value for money. I was there when there was a problem with a guest and his claims of no security. The manager Tor did a great job in handling the "bad" situation that was created by an Englishman David and his ladyboy friend. It was violent and loud and I had to assist Tor in trying to keep them apart. Police were called but the situation worsened when they returned. Tor the hotel manger was correct in ejecting the guest from the hotel. We stayed 17 nights and will be back again.

Lovely, clean, friendly, modern hotel”
I couldn't recommend this place more. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff were extremely nice, and attentive. The room was cleaned daily & they even flooded my clothes neatly on the bed. The room was large and modern and the pool was lovely. It is a tuk tuk ride away from the night life but that's not a bad thing as it's quite.

Clean and beautiful hotel”
Pleasant stay! We arrived very late at 1am and no one was at Recep but they left me a note and our room key. Phew.. thought they forget about us. Very clean pool and clean room. Will be back again and price is worth it. Good for long stay!
