Very nice hotel close to beautiful beach”

The Privilege Hotel Ezra Beach Club is very nice hotel. The room was extremely cleaned and comfortable. Very good location where easy to access to other place in Samui especially to the pier from Koh Phangan. But what impressed me most is staffs, we've been served such a friendly service and exceptional services feel like we're home.

Fabulous hotel . Excellent customer service . Clean and super comfy , stunning location”

We stayed at the privilege hotel on our recent visit to Koh Samui . We payed £31 UK Sterling for 1 night and went for the garden View. The hotel is lovely and won many awards which I can see why . The service from start to finish was excellent and nothing is too much trouble for staff . The location is right on the beach and the pool over looking the beach is stunning . It has a lovely restaurant on the garden side and serves bar snacks at pool in the main reception as well as in house treatments and various other services . It’s on the quieter side of Samui so a taxi into Chaweng will cost 300 Baht and 15min drive to the busier nightlife but we preferred to have somewhere quieter to go back and sleep . Plus it’s right near Koh Samui airport and the hotel drove us there for our flight back to Bangkok for 300 Baht . Probably one of the nicest hotels we stayed in on our island hopping holiday . A great place for adults to enjoy the sun, sea and bar”

Privilege is a really nice hotel and I even had a chance to sit down with the GM who was extremely helpful to me on my business trip of Samui. The rooms are very nice and you may be entitled to a free upgrade on arrival. The pool view is very picturesque and great for Instagram photos. There is immediate access to the beach so you can roll out of bed literally into the pool or sand. The swim up bar is a nice feature and their in-house cocktails are a must-try. Perfect for young or adult travellers. amazing, just a delightful Hotel”

we loved every bit of our stay at the Privilige Jotel Ezra beach Club! 1 thing I would be aware of is the laundry service be sure to count all your pieces and look at all items when it has been returned. Other than that, amazing hotel with the friendliest and warmest greetings and an absolute stunning view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”

We took a room by the pool. The room is spacious and clean. Every day they clean up, change towels and match linens. Although we didn't require daily change of towels and match linens. The pool is large enough, the water temperature is ideal. Although we used the pool just to refresh ourselves after all-day exploration of the island. It was a big disappointment to a beach, ie the sea that was very dimly, so you don't know where you walk and what is on bottom, and the ground was muddy. So we rented a scooter and went to other beaches. The breakfast is great and varied. But staff who make eggs, don't know English, and communication is difficult. A lot of staff don't know English, which is pretty strange for a 5 star hotel. If I come again to Koh Samui, I don't believe I would choose this hotel.

Excellent accommodation and amazing infinity pool with view”

Location - close to Samui airport and Bangrak Pier ( for ferry crossings to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao), Big Buddha, and on the beach. Fantastic spot for great value”

Spent 6 nights here at one of the units on the 2nd floor. Room was a little tight but it was trendy and everything was new inside. Hotel staff and management were very friendly and accommodating. Location was beautiful being within walking steps of the beach and on the quiet side of Koh Samui. Breakfast had good variety and food/drinks were tasty. Bonus was during certain days of my stay offered complimentary food and drinks when we were chilling by the pool. Only negative was no gym on-site but the staff was able to point me to one close by. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone to stay.

A special Privilege ”

The only unfortunate thing about my stay was that it poured rain 100% the whole 5 nights! The worst they've had in some time. But the wonderful staff did everything to make up for it with great service, an upgraded room and yummy food. I was very impressed with the quality and large selection of the complimentary breakfast, even latte was included!! Unheard of at most hotels. Every evening a small gift would arrive. When I needed to go to the spa down the road, they gave me a free ride and pick-up. Guest services were attentive and thoughtful. I was treated like a treasured friend. I truly felt like I was a privileged member of some special club! Will definitely look forward to returning, hopefully to nicer weather, and I highly recommend this lovely gem to anyone.

Fantastic hotel ”

We arrived in Koh Samui in a tropical storm. We were tired and wet and the minute we walked into this hotel nothing else mattered. Rooms are amazing, staff managed to check us in early and was so good to us throughout our stay. The bar was cheap the pool was also fantastic and could use it 24hrs a day. Quiet area but that’s just what we were looking for. When it was time for us to leave they arranged taxi service for us and took out all the hard work so we could just relax Would come again and recommend to everyone. 5 star hotel :)

Stylish hotel with a great sea view”

It was a pleasant stay at the Privilege hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a pretty stylish hotel and is good for people that like fancy locations and drinking cocktails at the pool. The hotel is located directly at the beach, which was clean and beautiful. We were living in the sea view rooms on the second floor, which I would highly recommend to people that prefer to also have a bit of privacy. The view we had at the sea as well as the pool area was beautiful.

All Aspects 5 Star”

My husband and I had a wonderful 7 days at Privilege in March. We loved the position. Being able to walk along the beach or road to many restaurants. Or a short taxi ride to Fisherman’s Village. The bed and pillows were bliss. Pool and beach were great. We though the often played music in the pool area would be a problem. But it didn’t worry us even though we are 60. We will definitely return to this lovely, friendly hotel. The only thing on our wish list would be more shade around the pool, beach and pool bar. 😀 Danny and Sue

Amazing view, friendly service and a pool to die for”

This was truly the highlight of our Thailand trip, from the moment we checked-in to the rushed checked-out (we were about to miss a ferry to Krabi) everything was top notch. We were made to feel special, offered a room hours before scheduled check-in and all our requests were accommodated with a smile. The owners are personally involved in the management of this place, it's kinda small but just about the right size if you don't like crowds and want a little place you can call your own. The pool is the best part of this hotel and the hotel is designed around it, the views are amazing and the rooms are nicely sized and well maintained. The only downer was the breakfast, they don't serve it at the property, you cross the road to a restaurant which was still okay but the food was avoidable at best and just didn't go with the vibe and experience we had at Privilege, other than that it's all aces. Go there before it becomes too crowded, still a hidden gem but might not be for long.

Best Samui hotel”

We just love to stay at this hotel each time we go to Koh Samui, the staff is so nice and reactive (thanks Joy !), the location is perfect, near the Big Buddah Pier and the airport, the pool and beach are so nice... We love the garden bungalows, quiet and so romantic. The restaurant near the garden is incredible.

Poolside Paradise”

We thought we would explore Samui but ended up just lounging at the pool, sipping cocktails and listening to the cool tunes. Staff excellent and as many have said, the bed is amazing. If you are looking for a large resort, this is not it but if you are looking for a hotel with a heart and something a bit different, I recommend the privilege. Good job to all staff as they couldn't do enough to make us happy.

Great hotel”

The hotel was excellent and our stay got better and better each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; the rooms were kept clean; and the breakfast in the hotel was good too. The view is excellent, with the infinity pool overlooking the beach and Koh Phagnan. The sun loungers were like small double beds, which was also a nice touch. Having a baby with us, the poolside room was perfect and meant we could easily care for her and still enjoy the sun/pool. The late check-out option also meant we could catch a later flight - the hotel was very hospitable and helpful with our baby too. The location was good - 5 mins by taxi from Fisherman's Village (arguably the island's nicest nightspot), 15-20 mins from Chaweng and 10 mins from the airport. There's a pharmacy, Tesco Lotus and 7-11 within 2 mins walk, which was great for us to get things for the baby. It's not aimed at families with children, however. It's definitely best suited to young couples and small groups.

Great new hotel”

Very chic and modern, very new, staff were great and went beyond their duties. Only thing was the housekeeping team, they should have called and checked if we wanted the room to be made up instead of just barging in. We were having our shower and were half dressed, and the staff didn't respond to our question on his being in our room. Maybe he didn't understand much English. Overall an excellent place to stay, very private but with such great staff and facilities, it will be a very hard kept secret in Koh Samui! Well done The Privilege!

Paradise”

This is a lovely hotel with a great pool looking out onto the beach. It looks exactly like the pictures. We stayed in the deluxe pool access room which was lovely with the comfiest bed. The only slight issue was that we were in the room closest to the hotel and the breakfast tables are set up right outside the door which meant it was quite noisy in the morning but it wasn't a big deal. The staff were always really helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend requesting dinner on the beach as it was definitely one of the highlights for us. There are some restaurants nearby but it is a taxi ride to Chaweng with the hotel offering a shuttle for 100 baht per person at various times throughout the day but you have to organise your own taxi back.

Exceptional”

This resort was so beautiful. It was close to shops and anything you need. The resort is right on a beautiful beach. Staff are super friendly and helpful! We met the resort manager and he bought me and my friends a round of drinks at the pool bar. I would 10/10 recommend The Privilege hotel.

Amazing hotel.”

By far the best hotel i've stayed in Koh Samui. We got upgraded with no extra charge. The staffs are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Very clean hotel. Way beyond our expectations. Hope to stay there next year with the same room and same price. 😀😀😀

Outstanding hotel”

We stayed at the Privilege Hotel, because of the easy location to the airport, and being on the water front, with our own private pool to go with it. The staff did a beautiful Happy Valentines layout on the bed, so when we arrived, on Valentines Day, and walked into the room, my GF, thought I did it. I didn't take the credit, that belongs to the amazing staff at the Hotel. Thank you to all that supported our stay, from the front desk to the house maids.
