A good hotel ”

The Quarter Ladprao is a quite new and modern hotel on Ladprao road close to Chatuchak. The rooms are functional and comfortable, but not to spacious. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth it and you can include it into your booking, but it is focused more on east Asian guests, so you don't find e.g. cheese or sausage. The swimming pool is quite nice, but the water is surprisingly cold. Towels are provided at the gym. When you arrive by own car, make sure that you get attention from the reception/concierge. From alone nothing will happen and you just enter the car park. The car park itself is not connected directly to the hotel, so that you have to walk at least 200 meters with your luggage until you reach the reception. MRT station is directly in front of the hotel, Skytrain is 400 meters away. Union Mall is on the other side of the street, and Central Mall just around the corner. To Chatuchak is about 1 kilometer.

Great service, clean and new hotel”

The service for The Quarter Ladprao is wonderful, staffs are polite and friendly. Despite how new the hotel is, the staffs seems to be well trained. Cleanliness of the hotel is great as well. Due to the short duration of our trip to Bangkok, we couldnt enjoy the facilities. Even though the location is not in the city centre, but within walking distance, we are able to go shopping mall, MRT station, cafes and street food. It's a busy street but you are not able to listen noise inside the hotel room. Overall experience was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend The Quarter Ladprao.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in Bangkok with this price”

I initially booked 4 nights in Quarter Ladprao and wanted to book for other hotels since I was in Bangkok for 11 days. At last, I have stayed there for the whole trip. Pros Nice Location (right next to MRT - 15 mins ride to Siam) Full gym and pool (Decent gym with sufficient equipment) Clean room (standard room) Breakfast (standard Western/Asian breakfast) Cons Could not think of any, perhaps no bathtub

Overall a pleasant stay!”

The hotel is strategically located just above MRT station Phahon Yothin, and it’s also within walking distance of 15min from the newly operated BTS station Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, which certainly is a plus for travellers who wish to save cost and avoid frequent interchanging between subway lines. However the location is far from the city centre hence the traveling cost via MRT/BTS could be high and time consuming. Pros: 1) 7-11 just located below the hotel, which is perfect! 2) motor taxis are stationed just outside the hotel for those who needed. 3) the gym is also marketed to public as UrbanFit, which make it a fully equipped gym even with steam room in male changing room. 4) shopping mall within walking distance - Union Mall in front of the hotel across the road, Central Plaza Ladprao at BTS station just 15min walk away. 5) breakfast choices of food is considered variety enough to satisfy me (who is easy to feed) LOL 6) room is reasonably spacious and clean, bathroom wet and dry area is compartmentalised with good water pressure. Cons: 1) far from city, costly and time consuming if you need to travel to city centre i.e. Siam station. 2) ......couldn’t think of others!! :p I will be a return customer, or i might book other hotels managed under UHG group.

Hesite to stay”

We booked this hotel for last minute the same day we stayed. Here is so so so near with the 2 big shopping malls, the fresh market, bars and business office zone but the important place is Metro train near of. The room looks so high style by the wood and the yellow color. You can see the citylight view form your window. There is a lots of minibar but they are not the free complimentary, you have to be charged with small price of beverages in thr minibar. We loved at all with kaffir lime shampoo and body wash. You should reserve with breakfast including because of the buffet breakfast. Composed by the fruits juice; apple, guava, pine apple, milk. American breakfast whatever you want and Thai food. Overmore the restaurant is on the swimming pool and fitness center, you will admire the city view. This night was our 1st hesitation for this hotel. We should extended for 1 more night, but we checked out already walk out the hotel and booked the new room hahaha. We will review for another night.

Right Opposite Union Mall”

I stayed in Pratunam area many times whenever I visited Bangkok. This was the first time I stayed in a Chatuchak/ Ladprao area. Also first time visited Union Mall, which was right opposite the hotel. Retail prices are cheaper though less shops compare to Platinum Mall. Hotel is reasonably good. Phahon Yothin Metro Station right in front of hotel, very convenient. There is a 7-11 on the Ground Floor of the hotel too.

Near Train Station and Relatively New Hotel”

Had a nice stay at Quarter by Ladprao. Staff were quite responsive, Buffet breakfast was awesome. Its just that though this is a new hotel, I had a problem with my balcony door lock. Called the desk twice and got a service personnel who resolved the issue. Overall, had a fun stay at this hotel.

I really like the place the mall is just right outside (Union Mall and Central Ladprao) the room is clean I love the rain shower and the shower gel that they have in the room is smells lovely it's made from lemongrass. Soft bed soft pillows the room looks nice and comfy Breakfast is a buffet mostly Thai dishes and everything is yummy!! Even with the room service the food is fresh and tasty also so fast!! You wont be waiting to serve more than 15 minutes I guarantee!! As a solo travel.. I loved it. Most hotel there food doesnt really taste nice more like a boring taste.. Thai food doesnt really taste like Thai food if you guys know what I mean but here!! Its a real Thai food the flavour the spice its beautiful I very much recommend this hotel!! Lovely stay and lovely staff

Value for money but can improve more”

Location: Very close to the city, MRT and department store. Breakfast: Stay 6 nights, not much different type of food. UHG at Ari is better. Staff: Friendly and helpful but can improve more. Again, UHG at Ari is better. Room: Can hear people talk, maid clean up room, close the door from neighbor and walkway sometimes.

Beyond Standard at unbelievably low price”

The hotel was newly built with modern design, located in a prime location, easy access to both BTS and MRT. Free parking is available for hotel guests. The room was clean and the staffs can perform their duty that meets the standard. Highly recommend for those who work in Ha Yaek Ladprao area in case you don’t want to waste your time going back home, this hotel is a great choice to stay.

Great choice if you want to be away from down town”

Great location next to metro, close to weekend market, union mall across the street. Nice gym and swimming pool to keep your daily habits while away. Good breakfast. We got a good deal and all of this was for a great value for money. On improvement side, i think management should pay attention more to depth of bathroom cleaning, as there are some black formation between the tiles in bathroom due to humidity that is not removed during daily cleaning, this is cleanable with chlorine or other suitable detergent and was no big deal for us. In summary, will not hesitate to come back again in next trip to Bangkok.

Environment : Great convenient location a couple of MRT stops away from Chatuchak weekend market and Mixt. 7-11 just at the lobby. MRT station just next to the premises. Union Mall opposite the road with good massage (just 1 store at the basement), variety of food and shops similar to Pratunam at cheaper prices. Walk just a little further across the bridge from Union Mall leads you to the bigger and more modern Central Plaza which is comparable to Central World, minus the tourists. Great quieter alternative location away from the usual Pratunam. Has several night spots along the main road too. Hotel : Condition of Hotel - New as of end November 2019. Rooms reasonable size. Great heated water pressure (with rain shower) for relaxed baths. Good size TV however limited channels. Highest floor 16th. Served by 3 lifts. Swimming pool, gym and restaurant at level 6. Polite staff. Easy spot for Grab Drivers to find. NO TRAFFIC JAMS!!

A truly signature Bangkok hotel”

This is a very nice hotel in a convenient and nice location. All staffs, such as from receptionist area, concierge areas and the breakfasts area are very respectful and friendly with their "Beautiful smile". We receive warm welcome gesture and they make us feel welcome. Special thanks to Mr. Best, Mr. Kent, Mr. Fame, Mr. Action and Miss Au for their professionalism and accommodating during our stay. They provide outstanding customer services and very motivate to do falabous jobs on their duties. It is a truly signature valuable Bangkok hotel which is holding the value by these outstanding staffs. They are the "Gem" of this hotel. Highly recommend and welcome to this Paradise.

It was located in great location in front of Central Ladprao, the brand new hotel is clean and provide us great hospitality. The staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities was new and functioning in tip top conditions. Overall for my family is great experience for the rooms, facilities and services.

Good value”

Nice location, 1-2 mins walk to the nearest MRT station, and one station to Chatuchak Park to interchange BTS. Also very convenient access to both DMK and BKK airport by taxi or pubilc transportation. The room is clean and with everything you need. Housekeepers always greet us with a nice smile when we get out of our room. The only problem is the wall might be too thin that we can hear some noise from outside and the room next door quite clear. Overall, this hotel will definitely be my top 3 choices when I visit Bangkok again.

Nice location and superb room”

Stayed 15 floor and we had a superb view of the fireworks on the Bangkok sky on new year. Staff has good English and wry courteous and polite.. Clean room with all the basic things you need. The room is spacious, bed is comfortable but the pillow are too flat. Outside the hotel there is 7-11, a few steps to Phayohothin MRT and when you cross over, there is Union Mall. Within the MRT, there is a connecting underground to Central. Highly recommended to anyone who want to relax and just enjoy a chilled out time. If you prefer to stop at Pratunam, this location might be little far. Hope the price stays affordable.

I give 9.5 grading. Everything praised by reviewers is true. I booked online a Superior King with breakfast at last minute price drop. I was upset that b/f not included on confirmation receipt from AGODA . Agoda agent suggests to check with hotel counter on arrival.. Hotel receptionist checked they did offer b/f at the price the moment I booked without further question.

Excellent hotel great facilities and staff 5 star”

This is an amazing hotel I’d rate it 5 stars. So clean and lovely pool and and nice restaurant. Little bit outside Bangkok but grab is cheap and there’s also a station at union circle centre. The rooms are spacious and brand new. Can’t fault it. Only thing is I’d say they can improve breakfast by separating meat and pork for Muslim and other vegetarian guests.

This is my second stay in this hotel. Previous one was 2 weeks before. Both times I stayed for few days and got rooms from the 10th floor. The hotel was still under construction and maybe that was the only floor that was open for bussiness. Paint job seemed a bit rushed if you looked close enough but otherwise you wouldn't notice it. All and all very nice atmosphere in the whole hotel. Good services near by so it was well located. Metro/BTS takes around 30-45 mins to get to Sukhumvit area. Pillows on the bed were very comfortable. Shower worked well. Very nice hotel to stay in if you can get it at a decent price. Looking forward to staying here again.
