Always coming back to stay at this hotel on business trip. Super helpful staffs and value for money. Parking is a little limited. Sky train is a little far as well. Would be good to have a shuttle service. However, still recommend this hotel!

There is always traffic around the hotel roads. Yes, the hotel is located between two BTS station but still very far to travel to anywhere. If you are in Bangkok for Business or leisure I don't think you will enjoy the location

Like others said, the rooms have too many light switches which were confusing and a bit annoying. The towels looked dirty and the rooms look quite old despite it being a new hotel. They got flies and mosquitoes flying over the food in the breakfast buffet. Also becoming a popular meet up place for local Thai girls and the foreigners if that’s something that turns you off.

I am a big fan of UHG hotel group, I’ve stayed in a couple of their branded hotels already, but this one I found to be lagging. Arrive to find the toilet bowl unclean and the shower door seal broken, leaving the toilet floor wet after a shower. My parents stayed in a room down the hall, they seemed ok. However dad later told me that the pool was closed when I suggested to go for a swim. We booked the hotel for that too and there was no mention on the site that it’s closed. All I can say is come on. Other than the the service was ok.

Overall great value hotel. Breakfast was good for the included price. Room's view was quite close to another building being constructed and the soundproofing could do with improvement to lower the street & construction noise.
