Best view of the Marina in town!”
We had an excellent stay at the Ritz Carlton Millenia in Singapore. As it was our honeymoon the team kindly upgraded our room from a city view to the Marina Bay view. The view is amazing and I believe is better than if you were staying at Marina Bay Sands as from the Ritz you can actually SEE Marina Bay Sands. The staff were excellent. Probably the best equipped gym of all hotels I have stayed at. The only thing I could suggest on improving would be the pool area. It is quite dark and not that welcoming. The neighbouring Mandarin Oriental's pool looks far brighter, fun and more welcoming.

Warm feeling for a young family”
We booked the room for a belated 10th wedding anniversary celebration. The hotel had gone extra mile by providing lovely decoration with nice cake and small chocolates. We also received warmth welcome and special message card congratulating us on our special occation. This has really brought back our old memory since our first night was actually spent at Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore. Our kids also enjoyed the stay very much. we have had a nice dinner in Marina Square. I look forward to the next year celebration with Ritz Carlton again.

Lovely Hotel with caring, thoughtful staff!”
We celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Ritz Carlton Millenia. Ms Sandy Li took the trouble to ensure we were welcomed warmly to our romantically setup room with flowers, strawberries, cake & Nonya cakes too. Our twin girls received the welcome kids goodies that come with Ritz Carlton Lions and candies, nicely arranged by Mr Balan Nayaranan. also see that my surprise item for hubby was successfully carried out. Ms Michelle, the Housekeeping Manager personally turned down our room with Ms Goldeen adorning it with heart shaped rose petals, roses on our pillows & a tea bath. Mr Deng Feng ensures our room is cleaned so we could have our friends over to our room for a small get together. At Chihuly Lounge, Ms Lee Ping also prepared 2 glasses of champagne to celebrate our special occasion :) we cannot thank them enough for such hospitality! Ritz has always been a preferred hotel for being very child friendly although it's really a biz hotel. Step stools, squeaky ducks, even toilet trainer seats, corner protectors & children room slippers were prepared! Excellent hotel! Highly recommended for family with young children & elder parents! :)

The Best Hotel I Have Stayed So Far ”
I booked a Deluxe Room to celebrate a friend's birthday . I called them to request for a few items and Caroline of Guest Relationship Dept did above and beyond what were requested. They decorated the room accordingly and supported the Birthday Cekebration by giving us a birthday cake and the necessities needed for the occasion . They also allocated a room on the high floor with a breathtaking Bayfront room . Through it out , they did not everything out of goodwill . Their generosity and good will extended to us is beyond what words can describe . I am touched by their kind gestures . The staff were professional and well - trained . I am impressed with their level of personalized service and hospitality . I will definitely Ritz Carlton Millenia to my friends ! Kudos to the team at Ritz Carlton Millenia ! Well done !

i have stayed in ritz for more than nights total this year and i have always find the experience to be excellent. most of my stays have always been in the premier suite. however the only problem i face is that i noticed a change in agoda's information on this hotel. a few weeks ago, the ritz carlton millenia singapore was listed to include "free wi-fi" apparently i was surprised to be told that the deluxe room i purchased did not include wi-fi and that only the premier suite and up includes the free- wi-fi. i ended up having to pay per night to for my other deluxe room bookings in order to access the hotel internet.

Awesome staycation ”
It's beyond words can describe the attention to details the hotel displayed. I enjoyed every second of my time there. The room is huge and has no lack of style, the toilet is gorgeously design with a touch of luxury. I must emphasize that I am extremely impressed with the service quality that all the staff displayed, thank you for making my stay a wonderful one. Knowing that I am celebrating my birthday, they prepared a cake and upgraded my room to a suite. These little things may seem small but I appreciate every bit of it. The cream of the crop”
It was a one of a kind experience! We wanted something special to end our holiday in South East Asia and so we booked 2 nights at the Ritz Carlton Millenia. Even though the hotel is quite expensive, it was well worth the money we spent. Let's be honest, you pay for the view. From the upper floors you have a unique view on the Marina Bay and the Marina Bay Sands Hotel which illuminates at night giving it an even more magical feel! It took our breath away!

my first stay at ritz carlton, and at check in i was a bit disappointed that ritz singapore were not in the hotel alliance, but when looking at my upgraded room, a 80m2 suite with own office with multimedia facilities and 3 big 70 inch screens in the room. i was seriously thinking about cancelling the meeitngs and invite the party to my room. the bathroom is the nicesest i have seen with view over the marina bay and the casino area. fantastic! it was like living high class penthouse style - like seen in the movies. come to think about it - the movies must have been taped here - in my room . worth .... yes one time, but not for weeks...

Luxurious surroundings and incredible staff”
Our family (two children 11,9) spent one night in a club room at Ritz Carlton during a stopover in Singapore. We arrived very early and were greeted warmly, welcomed to the club lounge for breakfast, given great advice regarding nearby activities. We were checked in early to our room (around 11.30) which was greatly welcomed after an overnight plane journey. The architecture, design , fittings and ambience of the hotel is truly great. We also loved the service at the club lounge and enjoyed drinks and delicious snacks through day. The views over Marina Bay and surrounds are incredible and we all felt relaxed and pampered during our stay.

The hotel I prefer”
While I was checking in, the reception staff asked me why I chose Ritz Carlton, so I told her this is my second time here celebrating my husband's birthday. I had such a wonderful time the last time which was 2 years back so I decided to come back again. She was sweet enough to whisper to me whether I wanted a cake for my husband on the house. However they ran out of cake so she told me not to worry, she will deliver something else to our room. And true enough, she came with strawberries dipped in chocolate. I love the service here. They go out of their call of duty to please us. The rooms are huge, clean and the Marina Bay view at night is awesome. The best hotel in Singapore I have to say!

This is our second staycation at Ritz Carlton. What impressed us deeply is not merely the excellence they provided for us. But that they take all customers feedbacks seriously. We noted that the issues we encountered previoisly were specifically addressed and we are very happy with the sincerity shown. Ritz Carlton demonstrates that their team are always looking to improve their service to provide the best care for their customers. We also noted at how RitzCarlton empower their staff to make decisions to improve the Ritz Carlton brand. Because it was a birthday celebration, i believe they were preparing the room to include a birthday cake, we were treated to a very scrumptious high tea. The turn down service was greatly improved which shows us that customer feedback are taken seriously. The rooms are very clean and spotless and even our phone charger cables were neatly tied up. Still the best hotel in Singapore, but... ”
living in singapore since almost 20 years we are regularly checking out hotels in singapore for a short weekend getaway. we know the ritz since it was opened and until today it is still unmatched with the size of room and fabulous view from the bath room, especially bath tub and the bed it offer, no matter whether you choose marina or city view rooms. so if the price comes higher as most of other 5 stars rooms take into account that your getting a room n bath that is about twice or more the size of all other rooms that others offer, unless you upgrade to suite size or so in that places. unfortunately they do not have the fantastic precor brand fitness equipment anymore that they used to have but one of those substandard "still does the job", but commonly used brands, still giving you enough push during your work-out... but not the precor work out unfortunately singapore hotel prices still way overpriced !!!!

lovely hotel, very courteous and attentive staff”
had three nights at ritz carlton. lovely older hotel but our room had been renovated and we had no complaints. still renovating higher floors. all fixtures and fittings were great. bedlinen and towels were beautiful - always an important fact. great view over marina bay. were able to watch (and hear) army graduation ceremony from our room. birds eye of marina bay sands and all other buildings around. cannot say enough good things about the staff. one female staff member even walked through with us to show us where the mrt was. thanks you.

Had a fantastic stay at the Ritz Carlton Millenia Singapore. The service was great. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful views of the harbour both by day and by night. Definitely recommend spending extra for a harbour view room.
