Perfect for couple”

Checking in was a breeze, however 3000 baht of deposit maybe too much as room already paid via card. Staffs are excellent, courteous, attentive, and helpful. Booked a seaview with bathtub room, my wife crazily loving it. Can sit in the tub while watching sunrise and then enjoying the sunset by the pool. Room was super clean, air conditioning works like wonder, need less than 5 minutes too cool our room. Location wise is ok. You can rent a bike just down the hill. The winning factor for this resort is of course the pool and the view along with clean well maintained modern room. Price wise, on the higher side, a little bit expensive for the room size. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my relatives and friend. Will come back here anytime soon if staying in Kata again. Keep up the good work The Sis Kata Resort.

Excellent Service and Hotel Location”

I would say that the hotel staff service is excellent. I actually planned my marriage proposal at SIS Kata. The hotel service team offers great assistance in arranging the room decoration and roses. They were helpful and responsive to my emails and offered ideas in finalizing the room decorations. For the location of SIS Kata, it is located near to Kata Beach. The visit and experience was really excellent !! And yeah, I will refer anyone to visit ! I personal feel The Sis Kate restaurant can do a bit better. However the restaurant looks great, food are good and much presentable. (One thing I was not really happy, the fruit smoothie I got was not great and natural, I was really surprised) But as I say, something needs to improve as the restaurant is not busy as it should. I know they can do it. Thank you very much to The SiS Kata Resort !!

Amazing Hotel ”

I could not say much because this hotel provided me flawless service, from the moment I entered, welcome drinks and hot towel were served, I was asked to complete registration through Ipad which was a good idea, while they are checking me in. The view are so nice both swimming pool and surrounding areas. Toiletries are nice (Lemon Grass concept). I will go back to the SIS Kata if I go back to Phuket

We had a great time at SIS kata resort. Staff was always attentive and ready to help. In the room you had a proper coffee machine which was important for us as coffee snobs. The beautiful view from the pool and a restaurant is an added bonus. We would definitely go back.. Michal and Ellaine.

Exceptional”

Stayed at sis kata for a couple of nights while we visited Thailand for a friends wedding. The hotel is quite new and offers clean new facilities. The staff where all friendly often going above and beyond to fulfill requests, and will always drop their work to greet you as you pass by. The only downside is the steep location, be prepared for a incline walk if visiting down-hill places such as Kata Beach. Would recommend this place especially to solo/business travellers or couples.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed! Top facilities,very clean and spacious room with a lot of amenities such as branded beach towels and bag,slipers for beach,umbrelas,safety box,coffie and tea,free bottles of water every day,new towels every day ect... Very good breakfast,with omlette,fried egg,pancakes,french toast and vafels fresh made by the chefs on the place on your request! Amazing view with endless pool! Staff is very polite and very kind! In one word EXCELLENT! Highly reccomend for everyone! Thanks SIS KATA once again!

Wonderful stay at SIS Kata”

Beautiful resort, amenities were top notch. Rooms were very clean and well-furnished and spacious. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a plus. I like how they provided us a separate "pool bag" with two extra towels for when we visit the pool. Also extra flipflops. This was definitely useful and I think all guests used it. Most of the staff were also very polite and friendly. Some minor inconveniences were that the hotel is on top of a hill, there were alot of slope/stair climbing to do. And the lights in the bathroom/shower are way too dim. Also our room on the first floor was blocked by the pool, so we didn't get the sea-view which we requested. Would still give a 9/10 though! Will definitely stay here if I come back to Kata next time! :)

Great hotel on the far end of kata Beach. Convenient location with stores, Thai massage rooms, fruit sellers, laundry and restaurants etc close to hotel. Short walk down to beach however walk home difficult due to very steep hill. Guests should be warned. Perhaps hotel can consider providing shuttle up and down this hill? Staff very obliging, friendly and helpful. Must be the best pool area in phuket! Would definitely stay again.

Fresh, New, Cool Place ”

Being a self controlled freak I have very high standards when it comes to hotels and booking of them! #HotelSnob! My fiancé booked this hotel and my expectations were low. How I was wrong, very wrong The set up of the hotel architecture and design was lovely, super cool, super current, super fresh. The hotel was clean, the service was great, the pool was lovely, the food was good, the beds in the bedrooms were like fluffy clouds which take you away for a nice sleep and rest. I read previous comments regarding “The hill” as a curvy girl, yes the hill was a little nightmare to walk up but it’s less than 4 mins of energy which is super worth the safe heaven hotel. #Getsomeexercise! Would I stay again? YES! And I have already arrange for my friends to come to Phuket next April and we will book this hotel again.

Clean and beautiful”

Clean and beautiful room. Housekeeping was excellent! Beautiful infinity pool and view of Kata Noi. Great hospitality from the staff. Have a great time staying there. You can just spend your day away in the hotel without getting out. Easily accessible by foot to shops but do prepare to climb up and down the steep slope.

Awesome view away from the crowd”

Stayed for 2 nights and quiet impressed with the contemporary design of the building. The staffs are very accommodating and always giving service with a smile. They have the best spa "Lets Relax" as well. Amazing view from the inifinity pool but need to brave the steep hill walk to the beach. On evenings you can drink and sit by the pool while watching the sunset, which was truly magnificent. Definitely a value for money and will recommend to my friends visiting Kata.

I like the swimming pool with a stunning view of kata beach. Especially the sunset view at the pool area was the most unforgetable moment I had in Phuket

Excellent Resort!”

The resort was really clean and the staff was really friendly to us. Breakfast was really delicious with excellent food and the beds were really comfortable. This resort was perfect for a relaxing trip at Phuket.

Great hotel”

My husband and I had a great stay at The sis! We had the room with jacuzzi and we highly recommend this room type. Even though you will need to pay a bit more than the regular room, we feel it is really worth it. The room is quite clean and modern. The only downside is the room is quite small and lack of storage space.

Comfortable bed”

I stayed at the SIS for a few days in October. The staff from the beginning were attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is attractive. It has a lovely pool and dining area where you can take in a view of the sea. The room I stayed in was comfortable. The shower was large with good water pressure. The bed was large and soft.

Beautiful pool”

Infinity pools overlooking magnificent kata beach view. Hotel is located on top of the hills, you need to hike up if you are on foot, so beware people with arthritis. Facilities are tip top. But check in process was really slow. Looking at the unruly staff at the concierge, I think she is overworked. We paid huge amount of money for our stay over new year but mislead with the breakfast, we didn't get any breakfast at all but I thought okay, the gala dinner must be great. Gala dinner was too overpriced. Food was great but you could be at least provide free flow water for the guests on a buffet. Great overall but disappointing at times. Nobody is perfect.

Loved our stay here”

Our stay at the SIS was most enjoyable. We didn't want to leave. The room was new and clean but most of all the bed super comfortable. The pool was also amazing. Will definitely return.

Amazing accomodation”

I just chose to stay here since the sunset, and rooftop pool. The room was quite big and have many things. Swimming seeing the view of Kata beach.. is amazing. It‘s really close to Chalong Pier(to scuba diving). I had a good time here. And if u want to go to Kata beach and come back from there , you can use a shuttle for free. I had a good time here. Kata beach is really beautiful and awesome.

This is my first time in phuket. I choose this hotel because it's brand new and have a nice swimming pool and beauyiful view. When i arrive i got the room exactly what i booked. Room is very clean and have a nice jacuzzi. But breakfast is a lil bit expensive and not many choices. Staff are bery nice and helpful.
