"I have been to baler twice now. We booked at this hotel in a rush (we were already otw to baler). Upon arriving early, they allowed us to stay and rest to one of their room, but encouraged us to wait for another hour so that we can avail of the room upstairs with a balcony facing the ocean. We were not disappointed. the room was veeeeeeeery clean. I have been to a lot of hotels both local and international and I can say that this was one of the cleanest I have been to. It's as if you were the very first guest in a brand new hotel. We have ab AC in our room but who needs it when the wind freely blows from the ocean straight to your room. They even have a personal electric kettle for boiling water (which is really a good thing for me compared to most hotels were you need to go out of you room to get a hot water ) The best thing about our stay here is the staff. Believe me when I say that they are very very accomodating and friendly. They even have a guide complete with suggested itinerary, tourist spots, restaurants, time/schedule or each and entrance fee infos. I found this very helpful since a lot of the items indicated here were not found online. the only reason I gave 4 stars for the facilities is because they dont have phone in their room and the parking is limited. But this is actually not an issue since the caretaker is only downstairs and there will always be a parking slot nearby. Will definitely be back here again! "

"The place was amazing. Cutest staff ever. Always smiling and very helpful. The hotel was next to the beach so you could just get outside an check out the weather and surf condition. The food was the best in Baler and breakfast was really good. Rooms were big. I just have to downsides: the hotwater was very unstable, had to get it fixed every other day. And they didn't have any WiFi in the room. They said there was WiFi in restaurant area but it didn't work. All in all I really would recommend the place to everyone. "

"I love this hotel! The rooms are great value for money with a very clean and beachy kind of aesthetic. The staff are also quite attentive and super mindful of their guests. The resort is actually 20 minutes away from all the hip and happening places in baler so it can be hard to find food late at night. So they make it a point to knock at every room just to inform guests about their last call for food. That way, you can either order ASAP or get out to look for food elsewhere. The food here's great by the way. Their lunch meals are affordable at around php300 per dish which is good for sharing by 2-3 people (depends how hungry you are). They have a limited breakfast set, but my friends loved the mountain breakfast which has 'naked' longganisa with 2 eggs (scrambled or sunny side, your choice), rice and brewed coffee. I had the american which has 2 pancakes with melted cheese on top. Don't expect pancake house quality, but it's really not had for php80. "

"Been here with 2 of my closest friends from La Union. The room is soo clean, spotless actually! We loved the pillows, bed, beddings, and baty towels kasi ang lambot and ang linis. Mabilis yung WiFi, plus super mura and sulit nung breakfast, promise! No bad experience at all. 💯👍"
