"It was the best trip i had since i got back in Laguna. Seda has exceeded my expectations. The staff first and foremost were really nice. The guy at the front desk when i checked in (forgot his name) has been really nice. The girls who attended during the breakfast is excellent as well. Always with a beautiful smile. I was travelling with my french friend and i am proud to say that we were both highly satisfied with our stay. I am definitely going back and will definitely be having Seda as my favorite Hotel whenever i am in Laguna. Hope it can be maintained, service and room condition wise. Cheers !!"

"Unfortunately the area of Calamba Laguna has very few options and The Green Glass is the best one. I think it is slightly overpriced. They do have a # of room options and I suggest getting a better room. The location is in the heart of town so getting around is easy. The best part of The Green Glass is the extremely youthful staff whom are the NICEST I have encountered in over one hundred Philippine stays! You as a guest will always be taken care of immediately by the helpful staff!!!!"

"Altough I had a short stay of only one night, it felt almost like home to me. I had a bed in a shared room for 6 people. The furniture was very classy and the beds are comfortable. The crew was so friendly and they took care of everything I needed. Espacially the former owner Marina was so kind to drive me to a excellent restaurant nearby with delicious lokal food. Afterwards she also took me to one of the agencies which organize the boat trips to the pagsanjan falls. Defenetly a place to see! Of course they can not always provide that special service but during my stay they had only a few guests in the Hotel. So when you go to pagsanjan the best hotel is the casa marina! Maybe it is even one of the best places to stay all over the pihilippines. And if you're lucky you'll might meet the wonderful caring lady Marina personally. Like I said, almost felt like home! "

" This is a good place to stay if you are traveling in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The morning breakfast was very good. The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. We able to get a ride on the shuttle to the transportation terminal in Balibago. I would advise booking as early as possible so that you can request a room on an upper floor in the rear away from the karaoke bar. Our room was on the side of the hotel entrance and it sounded like the bar was right under us. This was on a Sunday. The desk told us that it closed at 10:00nPM but it stayed open until 10:30. After that it was quiet. There were no wash cloths in the restroom and you had to buzz the desk for toiletries. But, overall, it is the best value in the area."

"Overall our stay was what we expect it to be. Our main objective in visiting Pagsanjan is to be able to see the Falls. We were able to do just that. The staff was able to arrange the tour for us. The comfort and value offerred by the hotel was an added bonus for us. We are very satisfied with our hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is quite secluded but not too far off. There was secured parking away from the main highway. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Good for kids and relaxation as there is a jacuzzi as well. Food is quite a challenge but the staff was able to work something out for our breakfast. There are places quite close to hotel for your lunch and dinner. They have exceeded our expectations of a provincial hotel in the Philippines. Will definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Pagsanjan and will be coming back here for the summer to see the whole of the Falls. Thanks to Sharon in the front desk and Jerry (hope i got his name right) and the rest of the staff who assisted during our trip and stay here. "

"When I first stayed here a year ago, it was wonderful. Now, it is very bad. Let me start with the bathroom. The showerhead, which is supposed to be adjustable, cannot be adjusted anymore because of rust. For the same reason, the door of the shower stall cannot be moved. We were not provided with toiletries until I called up the front desk. The room is not sealed tight, so we can hear the piped-in music in the hallway. The mini-refrigerator's door badly needs new rubber sidings. Since air is going in, there is water leaking. There is a water kettle in the room, but the plug is not compatible with the wall socket. No adapter is provided. Finally, in this day and age when the Internet has become a necessity, there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms."

"I would say that the stay at Splash Suites was good but customer experience can still be improved. When we checked-in, the receptionist just pointed towards the place where we can find our room but not extended enough help. It was a good thing we were able to ask a staff member where our room was since no one showed us where we can find it. There are several complexes within Splash Mountain area and I can rate that the Splash Suites is the best among the others: Splash Mountain Resort and Oasis hotel. If going to this resort, pick the one with the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Cleanliness rating is just fair since I saw a cockroach in the room and there is a scent similar to drainage water in the room. It was tolerable but another discriminating guest will probably find it unacceptable. Kudos to the food attendant named Mhel since he was very attentive to our dining needs. You will need more employees like him. Overall, I rate the hotel a 3 over 5 with 5 being the highest rate."

"The hotel personnel are approachable, helpful and courteous. Breakfast is good. The place is clean and everything is in order. World-class service. We feel safe and secured inside the hotel and it was fun just staying in there! Highly recommended! :D"

"First of we started on the negative side as I booked this place through Agoda and when I tried to check in they were trying to charge me extra money for two kids when it was advertise online that 2 kids are free. I booked two rooms and there were six of us, 3 adults and 3 kids so I don’t see any problem with the sleeping capacity. They claim that they do not use Agoda for bookings and challenged me about it. Obviously, I know where I booked it through so I don’t appreciate the going back and forth about the issue. In the end, they agreed to not charge my kids. Other than this issue, everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and the place is wonderful. Rooms were clean and the pools were perfect temperature. The breakfast buffet was not pleasant so I would have been bummed if I had to pay for my two kids, both picky eaters. We’ll definitely come back but still stand on my ground not to pay extra. "

"Everything is nice from the start of our stay to the end. We got to enjoy the hot springs on our first day. Very relaxing I might say. Temperature is just right though one pool is a bit hot than the others. Giant waterslides were opened only during saturdays and sundays. So we enjoyed it on our second day. The resort have two giant slides (yes GIANT). The experience is the best. Your heart will drop as you fall. :) They maintained the cleanliness of the resort. Overall good :)"
