Stunning views and lovely property”

Hotel landscape was absolutely beautiful with complete resemblance to Tuscany. Restaurants on site were good and infinity pool had fantastic views. Golf course on site was also beautiful. Will definitely revisit again if back in Khao Yai.

LOTS OF SPACE FOR IMPROVEMENT”

toscana valley definitely a very beautiful place one has to see. hotel (town square suites) has however still ample room for improvement. booked more expensive valley view room, but could only see the valley trough a small side window, mainview was onto the piazza (in my opinion a cheat). the room itself was spacious and functional, but not very clean and worse, initially pretty bad smelling too. the fitness room is quite nice and well equiped, however closed the hole morning and only opens afternoon. upon daily request the fitness was opened for me, but rather troublesome to request daily anew and in my opinion a no go for a 5 star hotel. dry sauna not working, steambath ok, but was during the hole stay of 6 days never cleaned (same dirt on floor floor every day). staff were very friendly and also heplful as far as their limited english knowledge allowed.

A stunning place”

My son and I had a fantastic time at Toscana town square. Cycling around this spectacular ground and enjoying a few days relaxing together..love it, will come back..

My baby girl . Take stawberry to stain on bed , I heard maid said it wine , they can not clean they have to charged me 1000bath , They think it wine stain because they saw glass of wine in the room , they didnot see the box of stawberry on the table. I had never met the hotel cannot clean stawbeery stain ??? I travel around the world and stayed in hotel more than 700 times . I ‘m feel bad during stayed another hotel toscana valley on next day. Manager return money to me next day , but i told him , pleasd take it to temple. Toscana is 4star hotel , you can clean stawberry stain , i believe that , i have video clip .

All around nice, staff sweet but incompetent”

This is the second time we have stayed at the Town Square. Really super nice place, very relaxing and pleasant. Beautiful area as well. I recommend it. The restaurant staff, however, are incompetent. I feel very bad for saying this but I have to be honest. They are really sweet, smile a lot, and do their best. Some of them know English as well. But they screwed up order after order on a daily basis. I don't expect their English to be perfect but when I say "I would like an espresso single shot," I don't expect to get a pretzel instead. If you can laugh along with their mistakes, and not get angry, then you should be fine.

Very relax, refresh and lovely mountain”

Toscana is very very calm place in Khaoyai. The buildings are well built. Comfortable room (but our Toilet can't be flush). The staff help me for that immediately and can fix it for a bit. Everything was so perfect including the place for our kid, swimming pool, good restaurant and good wine!!. Most valuable place in Khaoyai.

Low season = Low operation rate”

As low season for Khao yai (April), They are not fully operate their facility. Valley view and Town view is hard to open blinder(curtain) as distance between building to building is to narrowed. In my opinion, Better visit winter season!

Good moment ”

This place was good romantic place and good memory in your long weekend. You can take photos anywhere were in this hotel. It has three big swimming pool. The best taste food is pizza which bake by stove.

Excellent facility (5 star) large rooms with nice balcony right on the village square. It's very peaceful and a large pool and fitness center and Golf course. The restaurant was excellent as well.

Cozy and nice little town ”

Love such a night small pizza in the mid of the valley. The room has q very nice view toward the mountain. Cozy and large room.

Beautiful hotel”

I was stay in mountian view room with my wife and my baby. There is no complete. The room is big space and nice design. Feel like we were in lillte village in Italy. Wonderful surrounder and good for photo. Will go back for sure!!!

Beautiful place with okay room”

Overall a very nice hotel that makes you feel like you are in Italy. Rooms were not as nice as expected for the price, but one of the best infinity pools with amazing view. Def worth visiting

Good Stop Over”

Excellent room. Easy Parking, Everything I required was to hand within the room & outwith too. The whole complex does give you a feel of Tuscany, Italy.

Bad Experience”

Reserve the Mountain View Room as picture shown in Hotel website and Agoda website. But when I reached the hotel, I got a different room (smaller), as the Mountain view room shown in their website are under renovation. They later offered me the Valley View room with the cost of Town View. The Valley View room given has so many problem (1) Toilet can't flush properly, (2) Fridge Door is so tight that need to force t open, (3) Room Door is difficult to close, (4) Pantry Tap is dropping down. They offered to change my room but I refuse, as I have been changing room for the 3rd time since I check in. Most of all, since I have already unpacked all my luggage and it is already midnight, I refuse to change room. Later they give me a 2nd room next to my current room Free-of-Charge. The purpose of the 2nd room is just that I can use toilet. The positive side was all the staffs are patience and helpful. These are those people that I will employ if I am setting up a hotel in Thailand.

Beautiful place ”

We had a very enjoyable stay, and would have liked to stay longer. Really nice place - very nice rooms, swimming pools, and cafes. The staff, however, needs some work. Most of the staff don't speak English, so you may have a hard time ordering food and drinks if you don't speak Thai. So I would suggest when you speak in English speak very plainly without adding unnecessary words - and certainly try to avoid modifying what's on the menu. Otherwise, you may end up with extra dishes you did not order. I asked for cold water and got coca cola - lol. It's okay, we all had a good laugh. Just try to find someone who knows some English. The ones who don't know English run away from you when you start talking in English, they get shy and very nervous. So treat them gently. I also don't like the bathroom sink. Stupid design that splashes you everywhere when you turn the water on. Otherwise we will be back here again.

Beautiful resort, which really makes you think you are in Italy. Food was great. Shame we didn't get to go for a bike ride as it looked like a good activity. One point though is that service was mixed at times. I ordered dinner and wine, the wine we had to sign for straight away without even touching it. I've never been at a hotel restaurant and had to sign/pay for wine before end. Also, reception rang up 10mins past checkout to see where we are. Come on, 10mins late? That put a dampener on my stay.
