Relaxing few nights away from travellers' usual area”

We stayed here a few nights. Check in was quick, staff was always friendly and extremely helpful. There was hot water for coffee and tea available at reception and a great seating area in front as well. The room was extremely spacious, clean, fridge and A/C worked great. The only downside to it was the bed which felt like we were sleeping on the floor, and the noise of the business underneath our room opening their business door every morning. The pool was clean and perfect (we spent two days in there and were the only ones using it), the gym was small (as per pictures) but had enough to enjoy a good workout, and the wifi worked great at the hotel. Location wise, it's about 120 THB by Uber to the typical tourist area. It is located off a busy road/highway, but there's a restaurant about one min walk across the street which had delicious food for cheap, and there's a mall about five mins walk which has everything you can need (movie theatre, supermarket, stores, and other restaurants nearby). All in all, was a perfect getaway for a few nights of relaxation!

Staff are awesome, pool is great, beds are hard”

Pros are great location, handy to malls and food, restaurants and 7/11 just round the corner. Pool is beautiful and clean, nice relaxing atmosphere. Asian style breakfast provided every morning in the dining area and water, microwave etc are available there. The staff especially the manager and his brother are super friendly and helpful, with tips on things to do locally and generally good conversation with very good English. Cons are the rooms are quite dated and the toilet and showers smelly and not super clean. Try to get a room on a higher floor to get less smell from drains. The beds are as hard as rocks so be prepared for that. But for the price we were satisfied! Stayed for over two weeks and were sad to leave the pool!

Walking distance from the mall, lovely staff, clean room with a great aircon. My only disappointment was the pool was a little green.

Three minutes walk to Promenada Mall, currently home to Thai Immigration. Mall has numerous coffee shops, movie theatre, Rimping Supermarket and meals from 25-30 BAHT up. Bakery and export discount store.

Hard beds, bad location”

The beds were ridiculously hard, they were like sleeping on the floor, there is no house keeping service, and the location is near nothing if interest.

チェンマイに新しくできたバスシステムのR2バスで終点プロメナーダ（イミグレーションが入っています）で降り、5分くらいのところです。目の前を、大きな道路のジャンクションになっており、結構うるさいです。ですが、建物はそこそこ新しく、部屋も本当に簡素ですが綺麗です。値段が値段だけに、朝食は本当に簡単なお弁当を受付近くで取るようになっています。WIFIは５～１０Mくらいは常時出ており、今まで泊まった宿の中でもトップレベルでした。近くにはセブンイレブンもあります。
