fraser place urbana langsuan is a definite recommendations for you who seeks a great service apartment in a prime locations. allow us ( me and my wife) to start * location located in center of bangkok in langsuan road, its strategic location is nearby chidlom bts station, central dept store and supermarket, suan lum night bazaar, lumphini park, starbucks coffee, and a great place to get a messages just across it ( nillada ii) * friendly and helpful staff start from the front door man who always smile sincerely and greets you, a helpful receptionist who are willing to pointed and explained you directions, and ends with a housekeeping that are very friendly and make our unit always clean and tidy. *complete room facilities the unit we stayed in is clean, well decorated, in good conditions, and comfy. they provide iron and board, washing machine, microwave, kitchen along with its appliances, and a dvd player. bathroom is small but very compact. * fantastic swimming pool fraser place urbana langsuan has a city view rooftop swimming pool, where you can get an overview of bangkok. located in 33th floor, it gives you a great sunset and sunrise view. *pricing through agoda, we get a fantastic price. the booking process is smooth and easy! overall, its a great place to stay! thank you agoda!

Fantastic hotel with reasonable price”

Our family of three stayed in Urbana Langsuan for 6 nights. It was really a full enjoyable experience to stay here. Before we decided to book this hotel, we did so many research about it. We noticed there was so many bad comments about the hotel. But at last we still decided to choose Urbana Langsuan because of the price they offered is very reasonable. During our staying period, we managed to have a big studio. That was really big enough for three of us. Not only we praised about the size of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel also been maintained in a very good level. At least we couldn't find any dirt in our room. The bed is so comfortable, the toilet and the kitchen are so clean. Even the floor and the sofa also, the housekeeper really did a quality job! The location of the hotel located at a busy street. So is very convenience for us to getting around. Mostly the big shopping malls are in walking distance. We really love and truly satisfied to stay in Urbana Langsuan. Definitely will come back for our next visit in the future.

Convenient location, spacious rooms and friendly staff”

I have returned to stay at Urbana Langsuan for numerous times everytime I was in Bangkok. They are located conveniently close to the BTS Chit Lom station and the rooms there are spacious. The rooms are spacious and value for money albeit requiring a little refurbishment. Most importantly, the staff are attentive to your needs and requests. They will not hesitate to assist you should assistance be required. The swimming pool on the 33rd floor only adds to the positive experience as you can catch a great glimpse of the Bangkok skyline. Overall, a very good stay and experience with Urbana Langsuan.

Worth money! ”

I stayed in Urbana Langsuan Bangkok for 2 nights from 21 to 23 SEPT with my husband and 2 small kids. Fortunate, the hotel offered us to stay in 1 bed room as our kids coulnd't sleep seprately. We have Studio Room in 31st floor with very nice view and cleaness room. We also have fridge, sofa, kitchen, bathrobe and dining table in room which are totaly need to a family stay. Breakfats are not diversity but it is ok because we got good price for room. Having lunch on the first day, food is ok, staff in Restaurant is not too professional but still exceptable. Still high recommend the hotel because of nice pool on 33th floor. For sure, I will come back if I go to Bangkok.

Perfect location and nice facility”

i and family have been staying in Frazer Urbana Langsuan for may be more than 5 times, and keep coming back. You might need to book in advance to take the superior room, as during peak season it's easily sold out. What i like about the hotel is indeed the location, breakfast is great, in the night time, the restaurant will be six to twelve, which is also one of the top ten list restaurant you must visit in Bangkok. Swimming pool, sauna, and kid station are all provided. If you bring kid with you, i will suggest to take 2 bed room or 3 bed room, they provide kitchen utensil, cuttery, and also laundry machine. Room is minimalis interior design, so i love it. And it's only take 5 mnt walk to Childom center. and 10 mnt drive to Siam Paragon. 5-10 mnt walk to Lumbini park.

Nice place and location”

This is my second trip staying at Urbana Langsuan, last trip was 4 years ago and the place is still very well-maintained. We stayed at a two bedroom apartment, which had a spacious living room + small balcony and necessary amenities such as microwave, huge fridge and even a washing machine. We liked the location as it is 2 mins to Chao9 Massage, 5mins to Chidlom BTS and 10mins walking to Gaysorn plaza and walking distance to siam area without the traffic congestion. Langsuan area is slightly quiter compared to siam, still has good street hawker, restaurants and cafes, massage and beauty parlours and easy to get a taxi. The service staff was also pretty helpful and friendly. Because we stayed on the 3rd level, we could get wifi in the room. Only down side was the limited television channels. The stay was pretty good and will most probably return to stay again.

Central, comfortable, and cozy. ”

I have stayed at the Urbana Langsuan about a dozen times or more, and have referred many friends and relatives there as well. It is basically the best deal that I can find, and it does not have the a stuffy old hotel feeling. Transacting over the Internet is always pleasant and easy. As is making special requests. The security of the area is incomparable, and the ease of getting to and from the airport is great. It's no wonder that the expats from international companies choose to live or stay at Urbana langsuan!

Spacious hotel room with not so good facilities”

Overall it was a good stay at Urbana Langsuan. However, requested 2 months in advanced for a higher floor and did not get it upon arrival. Was told that the hotel is fully booked so there are no higher levels available. In the end was given a room at the 2nd floor instead and we agreed because the receptionist told us that they will give us a higher level room the next day. When I went to enquire about the switching of room the next day, they said it's fully booked and the best they could give me is a room at level 3. Which makes no difference? Also, TV signal is bad, there is a huge channel noise. The water heater is not working at all, requested for it to be fixed but it was not. So we had to bathe with cold water for 5 days. Stayed at 208B. Other than that, the rest is good, breakfast was average. Location is near to malls like platinum, MBK, and Siam square. There is a bit of communication breakdown with the receptionists though, poor command of English, which is the most important factor as most tourist's universal language is English. All in all what makes this stay worthwhile is the friendly, helpful and patient service by the staff as well as the location. Will go back again.

Great Location, Free Wifi, Good value for your money”

Ive stayed at Urbana Langsuan three times the past few years for the fact that it has a superb location and it offers awesome value for your money. It is located in an upmarket area with nearby hipster cafes, craft beer joints, restaurants, and Chidlom BTS is just a short 8 min walk away. I have stayed in the 2, 3 bedroom apartments before and this time I stayed in a studio. This time the room was a tad "older & worn" but it doesn't matter as it was still clean and properly furnished. I was a little disappointed with the gym though. The last I remembered there were yoga mats but it appears to have been removed. Towels were also not available for use. We aren't too fussy since we believe that this building is a residential one as well. Overall I would still come back to stay at Urbana Langsuan.

Certainly good enough on a mid-budget”

My 5 day stint at Urbana was certainly fulfilling. Unlike Khao San, the tranquility of Langsuan Road is what I need after a long day of fun and entertainment in BKK. Around the hotel, there are numerous concept and boutique restaurants that serve italian and american cuisines. Slightly further away from Urbana, there are chinese restaurants and street food. The nearest BTS is Chit Lom which is only 1 stop away from Siam station. The only drawback is that you may have to walk around 15 mins to the BTS; however, calling a cab is relatively easy at langsuan road right outside the hotel. I will certainly come back again!

Value for money and good location”

This was not my first stay in Urbana Langsuan and once again it has been a really pleasant stay once again. The property is located conveniently near to the city centre, provide good facilities and the rooms are well furnished and clean. However, the staff that does room service have been lacking in some areas. The staff that made-up my room was not very prompt in replacing old towels, floor mats and hand towels with new ones. However, a quick call to the reception will do they trick as they will usually have someone deliver new towels, floor mats and hand towels to my room. Nevertheless, it was still a great experience staying at Urbana Langsuan.

Exceptional”

Highly recommended, friendly staff, helpful, walk distance to Erawan Shrine, street food, starbucks, 7-11 all nearby. Although furniture is aged and worn, but what you pay is what u get, overall is excellent. Front desk a receptionist name Aan Aan, very helpful, responsible and took a very good care for us during our stay. The story is we've book a cruise dinner, agency promise to pick us up at our stay to the River City, but we wait and wait, Aan Aan help us call several time to urge the cruise staff, they promise on the way, but at the end, they return call to tell us they cannot make it, ask us take taxi to the River city by ourself, cruise dinner start at 8, they inform us at 7.25. Oh my god, luckily miss Aan Aan, help us call taxi, ask the taxi to rush for us in time. Finally we manage to have out dinner, really big thanks to miss Aan Aan. I hope URBANA LANGSUAN management team can read this review and reward or promote Miss Aan Aan. She deserve it.

Hidden gem!”

we stayed at fraser place urbana langsuan hotel just one night after trip to phuket,but would stay longer!we arrived early for check in,our room was not available yet,so we left our luggage at the desk and went for shopping and sightseeing.what a wonderful surprise it was when we came back to the hotel just to find out that we were kindly upgraded to 2 bedroom suit.room was amazing,beds very comfortable,all the amenities new.view from the rooftop pool is must-see.room service is great.staff are friendly and helpful.location is great,5 minutes walk to metro.would recommend this hotel to everyone!

Repeated stay”

5th or 6th time staying at Urbana Langsuan in 2013. The only hotel I will repeatedly choose to stay in during my visits to Bangkok. Location is central and of walking distance to nearby places of interest such as Central World, Platinum, Siam etc. so did not have to worry about traffic/transportation during protest in Dec. So used to the place that it feels like home.

we had a night stay at Urbana Langsuan Bangkok. It was a great place, great location with great price. The place is in the cbd and easy to communicate. The services from staffs were very good. I would recommend other and get back here if there is a chance.

spacious modern apartments”

have had a very positive experience staying at urbana langsuan. the building is quite impressive and has a beautiful rooftop pool and gym/spa on the 34th floor. stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was massive with full facilities. modern furnishing and lcd's in every room. would reccomend for short or long stay as it really is very comfortable. included was a fairly good buffet breakfast. the service from hotel staff was impeccable, looking after every request without haste and in a professionaly and caring manner.

Homely and awesome”

Awesome! The room was exactly like the pictures, the staff were attentive and helpful, the location is excellent, located in a quiet street but it istill centrally located. All of my friends preferred this hotel's location out of the other areas we stayed at, (Sukhumvit- traffic jam/ Pratunam- perfect for travellers with a jam-packed shopping itinerary) Urbana Langsuan is a great place to unwind after a long day of shopping and you can simply take a nice quiet stroll down to the massage places or to chill at Starbucks nearby

Good hotel that we always return to again”

This is our third time this year visiting Urbana Langsuan and we always book this hotel because of the good service. The hotel staff can remember us and are always very welcoming. The rooms are very big and with good facilities. We can cook our own dinner if we are sick of eating out as there are pots and pans provided and a fridge to store our groceries. We feel very comfortable staying here, its just like returning home.

fraser place urbana langsuan hotel have a good location, just 15 minutes walking to siam, mbk etc. bts skytrain station 5 minutes walk. the apartment was very clean and like home. the view from the deck, though was spectacular. would definitely come back again !!
