Great for families”

Our stay here has been amazing. The resort is beautifully situated on the beach with a great view to the sea. True, the sea here is unfit for swimming due to the tide and rocky sea floor, but with 3 pools+a baby pool located on the beach there is really no need. The resort is completely new and just opened, which means that there is still some work going on, but it did not bother us a all. The staff is also nothing but great. The cleaning is at a very high standard and so is the overall service and friendliness of the staff who were always smiling and focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was indeed a nice buffet. We ended up dining at the restaurant every evening. We will definitely come back one day and can highly recommend a stay at Villa Cha Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort

Amazing View with Friendly and Helpful staff”

I went there during my husband's birthday and the staffs there were so friendly and accommodating in fulfilling my every request to make my husband's birthday surprise a successful one. From making sure we got the room with an amazing view to the surprise room decorations and finally to his birthday dinner at the resort restaurant. It was amazing down to every detail. They were kind enough to provide us transport to Aonang Beach outside their normal shuttle timing with a small fee. They even ensure that every request made by me was met. Thank you to all the staffs in Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for the memorable and enjoyable stay. Will definitely visit again!

Monsoon Paradise”

It is my 1st time to visit krabi and I can tell that it is awesome because of Villa Cha Cha hotel. It is monsoon season so I am not expecting any sun. but, luckily, sun comes out. and Villa Cha cha completes my vacation. I love how approachable the staffs are, they even help me to charge my phone. Tho the hotel location is a little bit far from marts, food stalls and and tourist destination, but they provide tuktuk service from the hotel going to Ao Nang almost every hour, and transport service going back to hotel. They also have free kayaking, pools, and astonishing beach view form the rooms. I love everything about this hotel. For sure, my next visit will still be at Villa Cha Cha hotel.

An excellent resort with an great location”

We loved our stay at Villa Cha Cha Krabi. it is located away from the hustle and bustle, right on the beach, but has a shuttle hourly to the busy beaches. The rooms are great, it a modern and new property. If you want to chill by the pool with the beach and sea just meters away, then book this resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and well priced.

Nice Remote Resort”

We enjoyed our stay for 3 days at the Villa Cha Cha. When we first arrived and checked into our room there was many dead mosquitos and a few live ones flying around the room. I inquired about that at the front desk and they moved us to another room. We had no problems in the new room. Location was remote but we were able to walk to restaurants and convenient stores. Pier was close and we took a longtail boat ride to nearby islands. Would not recommend the restaurant at the resort because the restaurant staff was overwhelmed the night we tried to eat there. Instead walk to the Happy Blue Monkey. Nice relaxing stay overall.

Absolutely stunning”

I loved everything about Villa Cha Cha Krabi. I will definitely be back! Their attention to detail is phenomenal. The restaurant is fantastic and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Very good”

Overall its a very nice property (for the money) - it is about 12 mins to Ao Nang central, and there is a shuttle bus. However the shuttle bus does not operate at all hours, and it isn't available early in the morning, or from 6-9 pm when you might require it. You can opt to pay 200 baht for a private transfer though. The Food at Krabi Cha Cha Villa is very good! Tasty and value for money. The Bar closes way too early. Also there is almost always dishes and drinks left over, not cleared from the night before. I think this is a very poor, and obviously either there is a lack of supervision, or a lack of co-ordination as to whose job it is to do this. The facilities (only the pool) are ok, there are 3 small pools, and there could be a little cleaner ideally. The tables and chairs already showing signs of neglect which is not good for a new hotel. Overall the grounds are nice and great place to chill. I would stay there again assuming they can improve it a little

One night stay at Villa Cha Cha”

Absolutely beautiful resort! The room was very clean, AC worked well, and a nice size deck. There’s lots of places to hang out. Dinner was okay- pricey for what it was but very nice to sit near the beach. The hotel is fairly far from Ao Nang and Krabi, there’s not really much around it for eating and activities but the hotel offers a shuttle Ao Nang for free. Would recommend for any travellers looking for a laid back vacation on the beach.

Wonderful hotel ”

Online photos do not do this hotel justice. The reception area, pool area and rooms are all extremely modern and artistic. The rooms were also big with lots of space, a big spacious bed, a hd tv which actually had 4/5 english channels (fox movies, hbo and football included). The shower/bathroom was clean and modern. 3 large pools! Sea views and located right on the beach. Breakfast included plus food on site which was nice/helpful (portion sizes could be bigger). The hotel is located near ao nammoa pier- great for day trips to krabi’s islands. Ao nang was 200baht tuktuk away or a free transfer was provided by the hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly and went the extra mile!! Amazing hotel. Bargain price for what you get.

Wonderful place!”

We enjoyed our week stay here. Breakfast buffet with lots of options. Loved the beautiful pool area overlooking the sea. We used the free kayaks several times - to Railey East; and to the Shell Fossil Cemetery. Check the tides! Enjoyed a few dinners at the resort - accommodated our vegan requests. Staff was friendly and helpful. Attention to detail could be improved on a few things, but overall a delightful time and would love to return again. Walked on the beach almost every morning; if the tide is out you can walk along an undeveloped beach for a long ways. Bring some water shoes / sandals to help protect your feet as parts of the beach is a bit rocky. LOTS of shells to collect! The Shell Fossil Cemetery - interesting and great shopping. At Ao Nang take the Monkey trail to Pai Plong beach in front of the Centara Resort - beautiful; quiet; kayak and paddle board rentals. Sirintra Tour (behind resort) great prices for airport & Tab Kak Hang Nak Hill Nature Trail.

Excellent”

Only 10-15 minutes from Ao Nang. This seemed to be one of the few resorts that was located on the water/beach in the vicinity. Enjoyed 5 days here with friends. Breakfast was average but the a la carte options for other meal periods were good and very reasonably priced. Downside of Krabi seems to be that there are a lot of mosquitos even during the day. We ended up having to spray our room each day when we’d return as there would always be several in the room after doors were left open during cleaning service. Overall a good trip and would return. Great value for money.

Wonderful Place in Krabi ”

The Resort is quiet 4-5 km from Ao Nang Beach, the swimming pool was good, convenient for us to swim all day. The breakfast was not so many food to choose but enough. And the restaurant of the hotel provide various meal with reasonable price. The stuff was friendly.

Great value for price !!”

New facilities, clean, beautiful pool and scenery in front of the whole resort. Some people complained about mosquitoes but having taken a mosquito repellent from my home country , our room was more than fine. Other than that the staff did lack english speaking skills, but I’m sure this will improve in time. Reception is fine some staff members in restaurants are a bit difficult to communicate with unless you speak Thai. One thing a bit uncomfortable was the shuttle service. It usually follows the given schedule but sometimes the shuttle service wouldnt show up. Some people called the front desk to ask what happened or complained after getting a private ride after waiting in the sun for half an hour, but the front desk just said “I’m so sorry I’m so sorry” with no concrete explanation. This hadn’t happened to me directly but I saw a few cases of this incident happen before my eyes. But anyhow I found this place to be a gem for its price. Would definitely visit again.

Great hotel with stunning view”

Great hotel with clean and spacious room. Helpful staff and superb buffet breakfast. The hotel is located a bit far from Ao Nang beach, restaurants and night market but the hotel provide free shuttle service to Ao Nang beach. We really enjoy the peacefulness and amazing view of the beach. Ideal for a romantic trip or to unwind. Highly recommended.

Beautiful But Buggy”

Everything about this resort was great from the pillows and the amenities to the friendly staff and the exquisite views, but unfortunately our room was infested with mosquitos and we spent most of our visit smashing them so they wouldn't bite our 7 week old infant :(

Beautiful place.”

We had a 6 night stay here in February 2019. We had a junior suite which was fantastic. Spacious, clean, modern, with everything you could need. It was just a 1 minute walk from the room to the pool area which overlooked the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. Just a 10 minute free bus ride from the hotel to Ao Nang. Only possible thing I could mark the hotel down for is that they don't have enough sun loungers around the pool and there is nowhere else to eat or drink on the beach except one beach shack 100 metres along the beach. Would definitely recommend this place.

Nice hotel, super beautiful location, and amazingly friendly staff”

We had such a good time here. The location and view are stunning. The swimming pools and garden are lovely. It was great for us with a young child to be a bit away from the crazy rush of ao Nang. And they have a free shuttle service, so you can still go there easily. The staff was also super friendly, loved how they treated us and played with our toddler girl. The hotel rooms are of standard good quality and very clean. We would definitely recommend this place!.
