Check in - Check out Check in time- 14:00. Check out time- 11:00. Early check in and late check out available on request with day use rate USD 200++. Staff and Service hour A resident CHEF and HOUSEKEEPER / BUTLER staff each villa. Their working hours are 06:00 to 22:00. Their service is including the price of the villa rental. On occasion and with prior notice, they are also available for late-night special events. Catering and Procurement All expenses while in residence are charged to the guest at cost =7% tax & 15% service charge .This includes all items purchased on behalf of the guest, being mostly food & beverage, but also including transportation, massages, entertainment additional staff, breakage, and all other goods and services arranged by the villa staff or the villa concierge. Events Fee For any wedding and/or private party with attendance below 8 persons is complimentary. 8-30-person USD500++, Maximum 30 persons. Additional Requests One Baby cot and high chair complimentary. Additional items are charged USD15++ per day per item. Extra staff USD75++ per person per day. Extra bed USD100++ per person per day. Extra person(The children 25 month to 12 years old) USD50++ per person per day. Cancellation Policy All funds except the security deposit, once received, are non-refundable. In case of CANCELATION, the villa owner may, at his absolute discretion, decide on the status of any monies paid. The booking is cancelled within 30 days arrival which is not refundable. If the booking is cancelled before 30 days arrival, the room fee will not be refundable but it can be used as a deposit for the next booking which availability should not be more than 1 year Security deposit A refundable security deposit of 50000THB or any other equal value currency is required on check in, which can either be paid by cash on arrival at the villa (refundable) .
